Spent a four day weekend for my birthday at the lodge and did have a spa treatment with a body scrub. Enjoyed the experience very much . Maddie was very helpful and the total experience was wonderful.

Customers be aware. I was in the process of planning a group spa for 13 people for over a month. when i finally manage to reach a certain Olga she ask me to send her details about what I needed. 2 weeks later i had to contact her myself for a follow up. she claims the email was stuck in her outbox. She sent me the same programs but a more expensive package. 2 days later, once again i had to call her myself for clarifications. They stated they could no longer accommodate the group because another group selected the dates. when I spoke to another person she told me Olga was not there and the staff was not large enough to service the group. The service agents did not show courtesy or apologize for their poor and lack of communication. for the cost i expect better service.
