Love the atmosphere! The facial I had was great and sooo educational! She told me a bunch of new info about my skin type and the products I should be using. Highly recommend the facial and will definitely be going back for a massage. However, I went with my aunt and they only have one facial room, so you actually can't go in at the same time. Keep this in mind if you want to go with a friend. I got a pedicure while I waited, but was a bit disappointed by it. The technician was very nice and my nails looked good, but it felt quite short and they don't really do much of a massage (which is the main reason why I get pedicures haha). My aunt got a French manicure and it looked amazing! I probably wouldn't come here as my regular nail salon, but it's totally worth a visit for the novelty (or if you're someone who really likes organic products- everything is super natural and chemical free)!

I’m visiting Atlanta from Maryland and decided to visit this day spa. Everyone in the day spa was very friendly. My boyfriend got a express massage with Ebony which he loved. I got a signature facial with Natasha which was ok but not very informative. She did not assess my skin nor did she offer suggestions. I spoke with the manager about my concerns and she explained her products and did her best to assist me. After talking with her I felt better about my experience and thanked her. However she decided to comp my facial and invited me back for another facial at another time. The professionalism shown to me was surmountable. I recommend this day spa to those visiting Atlanta and for all natives. The products are all farm fresh and made with love.

I usually don't write reviews but I always read the reviews of others. This time I felt the need to leave one. I'll give my honest opinion - both the pros and cons. My sister and I visited Iwi Fresh a week ago - for the first time. After reading all of the positive reviews, I took a chance and purchased (2) groupons as a birthday gift for my sister. The groupons were for the 1 hour massage and the 1 hour facial - each at $59. The Pros: The staff that we came in contact with, including the owner, were all very inviting and friendly. Positive and warm vibes were flowing. My sister absolutely loved both her facial and body massage. She felt like a new person - which was what I wanted since she's been battling breast cancer since May/June. Yaya was her massage therapist. She did an amazing job! While I waited, I had the $35 mani/pedi by Robyn. She did a wonderful job and I really loved the french tip. Now on to The Cons: Neither I or my sister was impressed with the appearance of the spa. When I walked in, my first thoughts was that it looked junky with all the plants (a fair share were dying)and fake grass everywhere. When I sat on the sofa near the pedicure section - I was facing an area that was cluttered with bikes and boxes under tables along with other items that perhaps should have been in storage - untidy for a spa. The place needed a good cleaning too, including the bathroom. I think that if they made it less cluttered, sanitized and cleaned the place thoroughly, and did a little renovation or made it look less dated - business would really flourish. I wish them all the best!

Went for the first time today ( I am from out of town). My appointment was for 3:30. I got started around 4:15. While staff was nice, the services are not worth the price. I had a pedi and mani done. For the pedi, I asked for gel polish, to which the technician never said they do not typically do. Then, they let me know they do not do take off dip polish (which I currently have on). So, I was not able to receive a full manicure, which I already paid for. I had to scrub my own hands, and then the oil massage last maybe one minute. I go to checkout and they charged me $25 as an up charge for gel polish on my toes- because they typically don’t perform that. Would have been nice to know before checking out. NOT going back.

Talk about making you feel at home! If I could rate this place higher I would! Everyone who works here is so educated, helpful, and sweet! And it was so nice having the owner right there to talk to and ask questions. My mom and I both got mani/pedis and massages. Anthony did both of our massages and he was great! No half butt massage here, you get the full hour. He is strong but pays attention and backs off when needed until he can get an area to settle, within an hour after getting up we both melted. He's also so genuine to talk to. Kayla did my mani/pedi, she did a great job and made sure I was done in time for my massage without scuffing my nails (which I'm prone to doing). Janine did my mom's pedi and Shayla did her mani, which looked great and she said felt great. Afterwards we shopped. No one rushed us out, and they were happy to answer all of our questions. We bought just about a little of everything lol. In fact the one item I wanted they were out of, Yolanda overheard and came out of her office to whip up some more right in front of us. It doesn't get fresher than that! Real aloe gel, real oils, real essential oils, real everything. They know some great places to eat too!

The owner, Yolanda is a lovely woman who I have had the pleasure of meeting acquaintance and creating jewelry for! The shop is very beautiful inside w/the plants all through. The owner creates all of her product fresh providing spa services and kindness. The staff is courteous and diligent in their work. Finding parking can be tricky however, it is worth the time because the services will render you fresh and at ease along w/the inviting and calm ambience that is always present.

Great experience. Walked in to a garden-like ambiance. The blend of smells were soothing. I was greeted at the door immediately by the hostess & receptionist. I was a walk-in (around 12:30p) with no appointment, but the ladies were able to fit me in at 1pm. I waited for about 30 mins. They offered me hot tea with organic honey & had a variety of books to read. Of course I took the Wi-Fi route though, but it was nice to know they had options. My masseuse was A-1. We chopped it up about Atlanta sports, all while doing a great job on my neck & lower back. Will be back soon.

FINALLY made it to this place! I went in recently on a day where plans were cancelled so I decided to treat myself since I was in the neighborhood. I've followed Iwi Fresh for years and finally got to walk through their doors. The environment is beautiful. Definitely my "scene". It wasn't busy at all when I went. I did call prior to coming to make sure I could fit in a service, which was a breeze. Maya did a beautiful job on my manicure. I brought in my own polish :) I enjoyed the vibe and the music was definitively A1 - I love 70s soul! Will be back for sure.

I attended a wedding here, on the outdoor Pavilion by the fountain. It is a beautiful, magical place inside and out. The owners are refined, knowledgeable, inviting, and skilled craftswomen. I look forward to a spa visit with my daughter- everyone I know who has received spa treatment sings their praises. The only complaint is that parking is horrendous.

I am sad to say that this was the worst “facial” I have ever had in my life. I was super excited to support a woman-owned small business, and especially one using and making such natural products, but my experience was a big disappointment. The concept is a great one, and the inside of the spa is quirky and fun. However, my “facial” was a joke. I have had many facials throughout the course of my life. Typically, a facial in the $100+ price point (which this one was) includes an in depth skin analysis, extractions, facial/scalp massage and more. This “facial” went as follows: my aesthetician washed my face with a cleanser and then an exfoliant. She applied a mask and then sat behind me silently for over 10 minutes while it dried, which was hugely frustrating to me because when you get a facial elsewhere, the service provider uses that opportunity to give you a shoulder, neck, hand, or foot massage while you wait for the mask to dry. After sitting behind me doing nothing for 10 minutes, she took the mask off and applied some toner and creams. That is literally it - the service was over. No extractions, no skin analysis, no massage of any sort (not even on the face) — nothing. And to top it all off, the 60 minute facial that I paid for it ended up being exactly 37 minutes long. I asked the aesthetician why it was not 60 minutes long and she said they usually end up being around 40. What?! So then what is the 30 minute facial? 10 minutes total in actuality? Completely unacceptable. And then, when I went to check out, I expressed my confusion again with the cashier and she simply laughed. Such a huge bummer. This could be such a successful concept if they actually delivered the services that people pay for, and if they cared a whole lot more about providing a wonderful experience for each and every customer. I won’t ever return or recommend this place to anyone else.

Great customer service / experience. I love that this shop is black owned. The prices are very reasonable. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly. They continued to offer me beverages and I truly felt like I had a spa experience. The young lady who serviced me even talked about the family atmosphere. She said, "you can be having an awful day, but once you arrive at work no one will ever know it because everything here is so positive and amazing. " That's an engaged employee. After my service, I immediately booked my next appointment and bought a gift card for a friend.

My first time today, the vibe is super cool, interesting decor and plants throughout. Everyone was very friendly and since I've been getting pedicures for over 35yrs it was ok. I asked specifically to work on an ingrown nail, no effort was made to dig at it and I had a "reflexology" pedicure, my person was not trained in reflexology or proper massage. Not worth $48!!!!!!! The staff is humble and welcoming. I met the always dancing chef Yolanda Owens who is very kind. It shows that she enjoys what she does and that her business is her baby. The setup and feel of the spa is very homey, country and sort of foresty. I like the fact that the service is not like a system that one would normally see at other spas and nail salons where they get you in and out for the next paying customer. Leah did both my manicure and pedicure which I appreciated because I had been used to one person doing my pedicure while another person does my manicure at the same time. I also had the pleasure of getting a facial by Janean who did a good job all while explaining the process and the ingredients. Some things that I noticed that could be different include the ambient noise from the main service floor. This should be filtered out for customers in the facial room because the overflow of noise drowns out the calming/ relaxing tunes in the facial room. The chairs that customer's sit in when getting a manicure should have seat backs to provide comfort and keep customer's from slouching. Also, when a manicure is being done, the manicurist should also paint the outside tip on the fingernails to sort of cap the polish. Other than that, my experience was pleasurable and I will visit again.

Yolanda and her staff are the most professional! I tell you the truth...I didn't want to leave.....after tasting the ginger tea, Mimosa, and Yolanda's Organic Smoothie...we were sold! The group that we were with bought the annual membership because we definitely plan to be back....but it works out in your favor for the substantial discount you will receive as an IWI Member! I highly recommend the $75 sample package which includes the manicure, pedicure, massage and facial! For your first time this is the idea package to get acclimated with the top notch customer service and organic products. I promise....if you love spas...you will love this place!!!!

Did you know they have been in business 11 years? They are also paperless and have weekly specials! I was able to choose which oil I wanted for my deep tissue massage with Nicky. I think I chose Hot Butter Grits? They partner with local farmers to create their products in house. The massage: Let me tell you, brought me back to life. I felt like the tinman getting his oil! Nicky had me walking out of there feeling like I haven't been using the full range of motion the Lord gave me all these years. Will definitely be going back. Oh my god, this place is amazing. I had finally decided I wanted to cut my dredlocs. It's a big deal for me as a woman to get all my hair chopped off, so it was important for me to go some place where I felt comfortable and taken care of, so I was planning to visit a few barber shops before finally deciding on one. I went to this place, and what great vibes from the moment I walked in. The decor is beautiful and organic feeling. All staff were so warm and hospitable. I got to speak with the barber Charles and ask all sorts of questions. He was super nice and knowledgeable. While I waited, I got to meet the owner, Yolanda, who assured me I would love my short hair. I'll never forget how she grabbed my hand, gently squeezed, and smiled. She was truly excited for me, and this made me feel totally comfortable, so I ended getting my hair cut that same day! I love my short hair and will be going back regularly to get barbered and styled by Charles!

My Farm to Skin Spa first experience was a memorable one. I have never been greeted when entering a place of business the way that their family greeted me. FTS Spa really has a family atmosphere where everyone is in sync together as they service the many individuals guests, as if they were hosting you in their home. I had a beard trim from their barber Charles, and he was great. He took time to find out what I wanted out of my service, gave his recommendations and encouraged me to return. The natural and organic products he used gave a different touch to a normal barber visit. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a Spa second to none!

My bf brought me here for my birthday . I received a massage by Anthony which was great! The owner Yolanda was soo amazing I loved her high energy. My facial was decent, not sure which one I had because everything was a surprise, I bought the 24k gold moisturizer and I love love loveeee it. Ambiance was great and the birthday song was super fun haha. I also got a mani and pedi and that’s why I gave 1 less star. The lady was super sweet but she wasn’t very good, she didn’t know how to take off gel so I had to teach her, In her defense my bf knows nothing about this girly stuff so he didn’t mention it when he booked my appointments. All in all the manicure and pedicure were just not good :( . I ended up calling my nail tech about it and she re did everything for me. I would definitely come here to buy my natural face products on a regular, it’s a bit far for a massage since I already have a dedicated sports masseuse near home. I may try another facial one day now that I am aware of all the options. Nonetheless this is a really cool place for a girls party ! I was hoping it could be my all In one but for now I’ll just keep piecing all my services together. :)
