I followed them from the old location to their new location closer to home. They do all types of massage well. I personally need deep tissue massage that really digs in. Very professional and no inappropriate touching. They have a couple of ladies that can work on me with their elbows first to get the knots out and then get on my back with their knees and really dig in. They do a fantastic job of working out the knots and realigning my spine. It is like a massage and chiropractor visit all together at a good price. The owner is a really nice guy who always remembers you and accommodates for your needs.

By far the worst massage my husband and I ever had! This place was highly recommend & we were very disappointed. My massage person & I say massage person NOT a therapist for good reason was very inexperienced. He massaged me with his forearm and elbow for the majority of my massage. A 90 minute massage was purchased for each of us, he barely touched my feet and when I turned over he never massaged my legs or feet. My husband’s massage was so light hardly any pressure he asked her to go deeper and she never did. Now it was at 7 PM on a Sunday but that doesn’t mean we should not have the type of massage that we paid for. We will not be going back.

I've only had the back and full body massages here and they have always been great! Not today. I asked for a head to midsection massage and was assigned Paul. He was too rough! When he hit areas that hurt I told him, "Ouch! That hurts!''. He only replied, "hmmmm", paused, then moved on, but came back to those areas later. He worked my legs, which I didn't want because of neuropathy and he hit areas there too! I am more sore than I was when I went in. I will ask for Allen next time if i go back.

Awesome service, unbeatable prices Just got back from vacation and was in need of some relaxation. It was my 1st time here and I absolutely loved it and plan to return! Was a walk-in, greeted promptly, and led to a nice plush chair. I was provided water in a tub for the feet soaking. Then shortly after my chair was reclined for the foot rub. I opted for the 1/2 hour foot rub and 1/2 hour body massage. So did the Mister. I hated my massage had to come to an end. Unbeatable/affordable rates top the icing on the cake. We can see ourselves being regulars here...definitely looking forward to next time! Amazing services, sweet prices. There was nothing I didn't like.

This place use to be my go to for massages and I was a regular here going twice a month often times with friends or my girlfriend. So often that I have used their stamp card and received the discount after all stamps. Back then the owner would allow me to choose or reserve a specific person for a foot massage because I had several terrible foot massage experiences with some of their masseuses and would leave the place unhappy. Lately every time I try to go the owner tells me I can only reserve someone for body massages. This means if I ever go to get a foot massage there is a chance of getting a poor massage who is not as good. Just recently their prices also went up and customer service has been going down hill. It’s sad because I would tell a bunch of friends and family to go here and even say who to get the massage from but no longer recommend as there is another new place I have found around doraville.

My 2nd time was very poor, as I did not receive the same masseuse, I didn't remember or asked neither did they ask me if it was my first time or did I want the same masseuse. I paid for a 1 hour full body massage, and had no preference on the sex of my masseuse. The massage felt more of a chiropractor session then massage. As I paid to leave My masseuse is waiting almost at the register While the owner Mark checks me out. I didnt decide to leave a tip because the service was not even at all what I was requesting for As I walk out, another associate yells "mame" multiple times while guest are in the lobby, I walk back and she shows me the receipt and asks for a $10.00 tip of my service, I clearly drawled a line through the tip portion of my receipt indicating no tip. I WAS completely offended this associate shouts for me to come back to the register multiple times like I did not pay and for her and my masseuse to be standing right next to each other as we are discussing the tip was completely unprofessional! There is no gratuity fee in the service nor is it a requirement only suggested!!!! "MARK" the owner was there as well and I asked him about the tip being optional and he as well said it was only suggested. So I clearly stated to him being that it is suggested and not a requirement, that I make the final decision to tip or not and should not be yelled at by his associate to tip what they wanted me tip especially with the same masseuse inches away from me. Mark proceeds to say "they are not my slaves, they only work for me." I mentioned nothing of anyone being slaves only how poorly they were conducting buisness in front of people and my masseuse, if you were in a resteraunt and your waiter swiped your card and brought your receipt for you to sign, your waiter should then walk away until you either sign, tip ect... not stand over your shoulder to see what you will tip them and if you don't tip them because of whatever reason the manager should not follow you out to the parking lot or cause a scene because you did not leave a tip Maybe your employer had poor service Very rude and an disappointment.

Add far-infrared sauna if you're cold, flotation pod if you need to change, cryo-therapy if you hurt. Clean, friendly, caring - addictive! and makes us so productive the next day.

I have had many massages. I've literally been in malls, strip malls, and stand alone places. I have had mobile massage therapist come to my house. This was by far the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was great. The employees were amazing and the price is unbeatable! $25 for an hour long foot massage is unheard of. I do worry how much the employees are getting paid. For that, I was a generous tipper. I would encourage everyone to do that. Overall, amazing!

The 60min foot massages are great!! Don't let the word "foot" fool you. Not only do they work on your feet but they also do some work on your legs, arms, neck and head. Wear pants that you can pull up over your knees and a shirt with a loose neck. (Take off your necklaces and earrings) Also...be prepared to leave a generous tip. Maybe $6 - $10 for your session. Reservations are not always necessary but just to be on the safe side, I would call ahead especially on the wknds. You're going to feel like you're floating on air when they're done with you.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here since the old location on Buford hwy. The customer service is the best and also pricewise the best place to get an hour foot reflexology for only $25. I see some others comments about being rushed or the place being busy. We usually try to go on a tuesday or wednesday at about 5:30 or 6, and we are the only people there. We also like to request the smaller room with 3 chairs as well. Overall this is a great place with a caring front of house staff as well as the masseuses really know reflexology.

After 30 or so massages I have had this one was definitely the best. I got an hour full body and 30 minute foot and at $65 it was a bargain. My masseuse couldn't have been over 90 pounds but was an absolute professional. The last massage I got in Atlanta lasted half as long as I paid for and this one went 15 minutes over. I felt like a new person after this and will make it a new thing to come here a couple times a year.

Found this gem randomly. I wanted to have foot massage and also shoulder and neck before my foot surgery. The male masseuse, Peter Wong listened to my concerns and focused on those pressure points! I felt very relaxed afterwards. The front desk staff are very friendly too. I went on the Sunday night, they suggested me to make reservation, which was at 0830 PM. They close at 10 PM, and there were still customers coming at around 9 or 915 . It's a busy place. :)

We saw the reviews on google and yelp and thought we would try it out. 1 hour later, we come out and just sit in our car in complete satisfaction. We just both looked at each other and just sighed. She then told me that you could get a 1 hr body and 1 hr foot for 80. Ask for Judy or Amanda! Update: My mom just went and can’t wait to go back when she’s in town. She had Liah. Go there!

We just discovered this little gem a couple of weeks ago. We impuls booked an hour long foot massage. We were given a choice of the room with or without the TV, we opted for the quiet room. The service starts with a nice soak followed by about 40 minutes of foot and lower leg massage. They then turned their attention to our neck, shoulders, upper arms scalp & ears. It was very relaxing and well worth the fee. We returned the following week for the 90 minutes float in the sensory deprivation tank - I'm looking forward to trying other services.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. The facilities are wonderfully designed. Staff is very accommodating of customer needs and desires and very friendly. The infrared sauna was very relaxing. Good massage. Quite deep and at times I found myself wishing it was over. It felt like the therapist was going through a menu rather than always responding to what my body was doing, but if I said something he would change his pressure. There is this weird kind of neck massage which is more like pinching that I did not like. Overall, a good experience at the spa. Next time I would be more explicit-- before I went into the massage --about what I wanted. I have two suggestions for the spa. 1, have some lockers where customers can keep their purse and clothing so they don't have to haul them around from one treatment room to the other. 2, and this is most important, think about all the plastic that is ruining our oceans and littering our planet. Please find a way to limit the amount of plastic cups you use. I was handed three different plastic cups even though I was still carrying the first one.

I am trying out foot massages near me, and this one was priced similarly to Treat Your Feet-OTP so I went. The massage here was absolutely amazing, and they actually worked on the pressure points in the leg. As a bonus, the 10-minute body massage that comes with the $30 foot massage is actually really great. Way more than I expected- they did face, head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and thighs! The ambience isn't too bad, and the hot tea they gave me was a bit cold, but the massage made up for it. To top it off, because I have flat feet, I get a sore spot on my shin that requires a lot of kneading, and upon request, my masseur spent an extra 5 minutes on it for no extra cost! I found Treat Your Feet -OTP's massage a little too gentle..didn't really knead my muscles well enough. Go here instead!

First time floating. Was a pretty good experience. Our sessions were 1.5 hours which for our first float was a bit much. Wish we could have done it for half an hour but it was still a great experience. I would give it a 5 star but the tank kind of smelled a little musty and sweaty. So I was concerned about when the last time the tank had a nice deep clean and wash.

Interesting place. I had a cramp in my shoulder/neck area that just wouldn't go away and thought maybe I needed a massage in that area to work it out. I got exactly what I paid for. I wanted a chair massage for 30 minutes, with a concentration in that area. The only negative I'll say is that it was done in a group room with about three other people. It was dimly lit, but it could have been a wee bit more private, with a curtain to allow us at least the vision of privacy. The other people in the room talking and what not was not ideal, but for the price and convenience, it was worth the money I paid.

Not only do you get an incredible foot massage, but they also include your face, head, shoulders, and arms. 1 hour of bliss for $25!! You CANNOT beat this! I've also received a body massage and it's ridiculously therapeutic. They will deep tissue without charging extra. They have the best prices in town. I live in Kennesaw and it's worth the drive. Especially if you include pho for lunch at Quoc Huong and a trip to Buford Hwy Farmer's Mkt before heading home! Do yourself a favor and GO!

I have been coming here for quite a long time. I like the service. I got what i was paying for. But today they lost my business. Reminding clients to tip on full charges, when using discount coupon....reasonable! We often forget that tipping should be based of suggested prices. Good call... But trying to convince you to tip 20%, regardless of service....and all this while masseuse is present,NOT ACCEPTABLE! This company must be makings hundreds of dollars an hour. Telling me that they are concerned that masseuses do not make enough money and that we (clients) need to pick up the tab, preposterous! Come on, increase their minimum wages or train them on therapeutic massaging but do not make clients believe that is their responsibility to pay the masseuse salary. We would be better served by hiring masseuse directly, and pay them the total 75.00 rather than the 15.00 tip. Tips are are a matter of social custom. In day spas, 15-20% is typical, but we know this is not a spa. We even forfeit being able to communicate fully in English with the masseuse for the benefit of a low cost rub down. I hope they are not underpaying their employees.

My wife purchased me a 1.5 hour couples message and a 1.5 float therapy for my birthday. First off, Judy gave me an amazing message, i was totally relaxed and felt great. After the message, she got me into a bath robe and slippers and escorted me to the float room. There the owner gave me an orientation of how it works and what to do. This was my first float and was amazing. My mind and body was so relaxed. I fell asleep throughout the process. My thoughts took me to a happy place in my mind and afterwards i told my wife that it felt like i was in space floating or maybe how it may have felt being in my mother's womb, but of course none of us could remember that, or have been in space, but that was my thought process and experience. I highly recommend everyone to try this experience. I plan on making this a normal routine.

I treated my boyfriend for his birthday to a couples 30 minute foot massage, 60 minute body massage, and a 60 minute float. The floatation tank experience was 5-stars, the foot massage around 3-stars, but the body massage experience was awful and I would give it less than zero stars, hence the 2-star review. The entire experience felt very rushed: we moved through 3 rooms during our visit and felt the relaxation jolted away as they rushed us from space to space. We made appointments over 2 weeks in advance and they weren't overly busy. We also had to correct the therapists during the session multiple times as their technique did not justify the pressure. (I love pressure, but deep massage without skill is dangerous) I gave feedback to the manager whose unapologetic response left me feeling like they didn't care. Upon checking in we were asked if we wanted relaxation or therapeutic massage for the body massage, plus what areas to focus on. My BF wanted focus on his neck, shoulders & back. I wanted a full body massage with even focus across all regions. They started with the feet soak in chairs in a room with a TV muted with music on. After the soak, the ~20 minute foot massage was next. No communication, they just grabbed your feet and put the recliner back. My boyfriend commented that he watched my toes being worked on while his toes were never touched. Both therapists used fast & repetitive strokes, with a lot of pressure on the arch of the feet. I had to tell the therapist to move to a different part of my foot. Other areas of the feet were almost completely ignored while some were over-worked. The hot stone portion at the end was nice until he put the hotter side of the stone on the top of my foot which burned. Next up, body massage. Both therapists got onto the tables to increase their pressure. When the male therapist got on top of the table with his knees on either side of my ears straddling my head, I could feel his pants on the back of my head. In 20 years of receiving massages all over the US my head has NEVER been straddled. After some amount of time, my back felt over-worked. I said I wanted to turn over. He told me to hold on & left the room. I looked at the clock & 36 out of 60 minutes had passed. I decided to turn over before he came back. I asked for my legs & arms for the rest of session. He said "head too?" and I said "ok" - After some very fast and hard strokes to my forehead, he started to put my head into a neck stretch & I stopped him. At this point, I did not trust him to be able to safely stretch my next and I told him to please focus on my arms & hands. He worked on 7 out of 10 fingers, which is a sign that he was NOT focused on what he was doing. He finished putting pressure on my thighs, but the buzzer rang & he stopped before finishing. My partner said his therapist did not do the focus on the neck & shoulders as he asked for, spending most of the time on his back, with some work on the legs, head, and neck. He was not warmed about the host stones and he said the experience was jarring as they were very hot and unexpected. For him: 45 minutes face down & 15 minutes face up. For me 36 minute on back & 24 minutes on head, shoulders, arms, which would have been the same as my partner if I had not requested a change. I asked for full body & got mostly a back massage. We will definitely go back for the floatation tanks. We plan to give the massages one more try, doing longer feet massages and asking for relaxation instead of therapeutic for a shorter time period, emphasizing not to spend 2/3-3/4 of the time on the back. Full disclosure: I am a 10-year licensed massage therapist who uses hot stones in my practice. I have thousands of hours of training and special training for hot stones to secure liability insurance. I am concerned this staff does not have the adequate training and skill to be using deep pressure or hot stones. Straddling a client's head on the table is also a questionable practice.

Great value. Great people. The only reason why I didn't give five stars is because the face rest on the chairs and the tables is uncomfortable. I feel like they are being cheap about the face rest. I have gone to private massage places and there face rest were extremely comfortable. If they fix the face rest problem, they will be five stars hands down.

I drive 30 miles to visit this facility. If you enjoy an intense massage and can stand the "feel good" type of pain, Paul is your man! He has a very firm touch, but he can be gentle as well. My only complaint is I wish he would concentrate more on your feet.

I was very disappointed with this place. We had called to reserve for 10 people and when we called them back to confirm, the person answering the phone (Mark) said that we had called to cancel the appointment, But no one called because we were all having lunch and was really looking forward to the massage. When we asked who and what was the number that called to cancel he could not give us the answer and just keeps saying I'm sorry, I'm sorry. It's not like we were not a paying customers, and it's not like they were losing business. We had to make other arrangements and was thankful that Magic Hands were able to accommodate us last minute, and they had such awesome customer service. No I don't work for them.

Will never go back! Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at this massage location. My husband and I booked couples massage and the staffers were extremely unprofessional - giggling and talking in their native language. After asking if something was wrong the giggling stopped temporarily but then shortly started again. We walked out after 15 mins into the session because it was not relaxing through the giggles and talking. I didn't expect a 5 star experience for the price but did expect a basic level of professionalism. It was the worst massage experience ever and would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy.

Went in yesterday did not have a good experience at all. The same pain I went in with, I left out with. When I walk out I want my body to feel like a limp noodle. Not a brick wall like I went in. I had Andy he had to be new. I asked for more pressure he act like he was scared to apply it. On top of that his phone was ringing while I was getting my massage. The very first time I went I has Leo who was great beyond great. They have lost a customer very disappointed. Now I have to find another place and hope they are better. I shouldn't be this tight still after a 1 1/2 massage.

I've been here a couple times and the atmosphere is clean. However, the massage therapist I get the feeling wing it or not properly trained. the guys who worked on my back put a ton of pressure without consulting me. I seriously thought their elbows were going to damage my spine. I would be very careful and make sure that you're clear with your directions. I think their lack of training couldhurt someone and result in a personal injury claim.

Revisited after several months, and had a really bad 1 hour body massage. She handled my body very roughly, and didn't feel relaxed at all; I felt I was being treated like a sack. I've had some good experience in the past, but the one who massaged me yesterday was really bad. I think this place is a gamble, and would not return again. p.s. They ask you to tip at least 20%, and until now I felt that was reasonable considering their competitive price and an okay massage. But yesterday, I felt really BAD paying those 20%, after feeling that I had totally wasted by $50.

The Best Massage I have ever had! I have visit Spa Sydell, Massage Envy and more frequently but they are nothing compared to the massage I experienced yesterday at Harmony. Grace the therapist was Tops, as she put all her skills to work and I left feeling amazing and the next day feeling even better! With my feet massage, each indiviual toe was given special attention. Called an hour before hand on Valentine's day. The customer service was amazing, I could tell he was really trying to help us out and fit us in last minute. He got us something set with no problems. Very clean and friendly environment. But the massage was the best part. Definitely the best massage I've ever had. And the price. $100 for a hour long couple's massage on Valentine's day... I love this massage spa. Not only are the prices very affordable you get treated like roytaly. It's well worth your money and time. They really care about their customers. Not to many places like that. Most of the time people just care about money. They make you feel welcome and you leave felling like a whole new person. It's amazing how relaxed you feel after the massage. This is the only place I go to. I always walk in and never have to wait. The service is excellent. I'm going to start making weekly visits.

Usually this place would have five stars the price is very fair and reasonable but when I went yesterday it was ridiculous not the price but the simple fact that they were trying to make me tip extra money.....when tips are not required but they are appreciated the lady at the front told me that the ppl who serviced me and my mother were going to be upset that the tip was not enough...... I could not believe this that’s like going to a restaurant and they tell you whatever you decide to tip is simply not enough. That’s ridiculous I could have left no tip at all.

I agree with Alex about the Owner . You need to charge the prices ! Not harass the customers for Tips. I expect the same service each time I get a message . Your Massage people (not Therapist ) are not consistent with massages . They are not into what they are doing . It is hit or miss for them ! My husband and I tip well . That was not enough . I was a frequent customer . You told me that I could find another place to go . Not address the problem . You have different therapist coming in and out the country & you are training them on the job if that . That is where your quality lacks . Again I say charge the correct price and stop pimping the massagers and maniupulating the customers . I will never come back there and your scheme will come to and end soon . People pay for services . Not for Manipulation & money making for you . At the end of the day you are making the most not the massagers . Pay them more as you adjust your rates !!!!! This place used to be good. The massages are good. But first of all they raise the prices. Second when you are about to pay they ask you if you have already tip the staff. Than they show you the receipts from previous customers and show you how much they’ve tip so that you can tip the same amount. So on top of the $45 you pay for the service they demand you to tip $15. And if you request someone you have to tip no less than $20. And last, once you already tip the staff they still go and ask the massager if he did get tip. The rating is definitely for the owner. The level of customer service received from the owner is definitely unacceptable.

I have been a customer of this spa for more than 5 years, not totally consistently but I used to go at least once a month or maybe even more when they were located on Buford Hwy. I have always had nothing but positive things to say about them. I used to go with my boyfriend, I brought my son & brother in before for services and today I brought my best friend in for a birthday treat. Everything went fine with the services until I got to the register. The older gentleman, who has always been very nice & pleasant, was totally rude today. His employees mixed up my ticket & I was trying to explain to him what should have been on the ticket but he would not listen, got smart with me, and was just overall rude. I honestly was very shocked because I have NEVER experienced this sort of behavior or service from him. I was really embarrassed by his treatment because I had raved to my best friend so much about this spot. I don't know what was going on today but I left there VERY upset with the feeling that I would never return. I really hate to feel that way too because as I said, I've been going there for over 5 years & have never had a bad experience but I refuse to spend money with people that treat me badly. It's so sad that businesses start to grow & their customer service begins to decline.

I don't have any complaints about my experience here. I reserved a 1 hr. Massage, explained to the host that I needed firm but not heavy hands. Henry was my masseuse and he was great. He really put effort into the service and listened to my modifications. Feet are not included in the full body unfortunately. But I will be sure to add the service next time.

The manager at this location was extremely rude.I went few times for body massage but Tonight i went for a foot massage i asked for the girl who took care of me before. She came started the foot massage and left. Then later on somebody different came in. When i asked for the other girl. The manager came in and explained that the other masseus got a 2 hr of body massage where she makes $70. and a foot massage she makes only $10 and is something they give to their employees when there is no anything better to do....Very "Nice" Explanation First of all they charge a $100 for 2 hrs. Meaning the employee makes $70. More than the house Really?. It sound unreal to me..Anyway I found it. Very unappropiate comment to say to a client. To make it worst i explained the manager that the night before i left a tip in my credit card and bopefully she was awared that i didnt leave without tipping. The manager jumped saying i was insulting him insinuating they dont give the tips to their employees??? and i can leave the place right now? because i ofended him. Excuse me??? I strongly believe to react like that something is going on there with the tips. There was no reason to be rude with a client who was just asking. . This manager should be better at a retirement home or at his house. He has no customer service skills. Terrible
