Spa has gone through great service improvement. The new workers try their very best no matter who is scheduled to work on the customer. They even noticed my back issues without saying anything to them. Keep up the good work!

The entire staff was very professional and considerate to my boyfriend and I for our couples massage. I've had quite a few massages now and this was his first, which he was very nervous about. The therapists we had were very thorough and always made sure we were as comfortable as possible. They took their time and worked every tension out! I highly recommend Hanna Day Spa! ♨ thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

This was my first time here and I LOVED it!! Bus was fantastic and thorough!! I did a body massage and body scrub!! The manager, Frank was so friendly!! The place is relaxing and therapeutic!! I will be back for sure!!

Got a groupon to this place for my bday. Nice clean atmosphere but I was so ready for the massage to be over. It hurt like hell. I communicated that the pressure was too much but that didnt help. I feel like I have been in a fist fight. 3 days later I am still in pain. If this was a deep tissue massage I never want another one. I've never had a masseuse sit on my butt to massage my back so I was taken aback by that maneuver. I'm sure this place offers great services just not for me. Oh the wine was tasty!

The QUALITY of the massage was GREAT! My Husband and I went for the first time and got a couples massage for 1 hour. The setting and music was very relaxing! The staff was polite and courteous as well. They showed us around and they had a private sauna and a private room for whole body exfoliation, which I’m definitely coming back for !

Our experience at Hanna Day Spa was absolutely amazing! The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room where we had our massage had the perfect set up. It was serene and tranquil. The massage itself was nothing short of awesome! This was my first hot stone massage, but will NOT be my last. Our masseuse took her time on specified areas. The wine was also delicious so definitely a win, win!

Most painful massage I've ever had, the hot stones were the only relaxing part in 60 minutes. Thats a lot coming from a professional athlete who's used to deep tissue massages. Even after I screamed in agony and told her she was hurting me, n adjustments were made. Great mine, bad massage

Love this place! Frank is awesome. I do not know what I will do if he leaves! If you find anything about this place uncomfortable, you are not used to an authentic Eastern massage and therapy. People complain about anything it seems. Go ahead if you want and go to a fancy place if you are that far up yourself. You are missing out if you write this place off!

I purchased a Groupon for this Spa for a couples massage. It said NOTHING in the fine print about not being able to use it on certain dates or there being black out dates. When I called to make an appointment for the weekend of Valentine's Day they stated I could not use it. I even tried to make it for the day after Valentine's Day and they still would not let me use it. I even explained that no where in the fine print did it state this, but they still refused. I will be complaining to Groupon and getting my money back. I don't want to use this spa.

My wife & I had a great experience. The staff was very polite. We arrived 15 minutes early, and filled out the paperwork while sipping our complimentary wine. 10 minutes later we were taken to our room. The pressure was perfect and they gave us our FULL time (an issue we've had at other places). They didnt rush through the massages at all and checked periodically to make sure we were fine. They want the tip in cash but that was a small thing in comparison. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Groupon and visited Hanna Day Spa for a massage in August 2017. The massage was actually pretty good but I will not be returning. Everything about the business was uncomfortable to me. I arrived for my appointment about 5 minutes early. It was dark and felt like I imagine a fortune teller's lobby would look. There was also smelly incense burning, which is why I assume the front door was left open. No one was at the front desk but I saw the intake form and picked it up and started filling it out. (Nowhere on it did it ask if you had any areas of your body that were hurting/injured nor did it ask some other fundamental questions that I've seen at other massage locations.) A woman did subsequently come out of the back rooms and seemed surprised to see me. I gave her my name and appointment time and I got the impression she found me on the schedule. Then a man came out and asked if he could help me. Again, I explained that I had an appointment. They had a big discussion between themselves but since they were not speaking English, I had no idea what the issue was but suffice it to say I did not feel welcomed. I was then instructed to follow the man to a room in the back and turns out he was the masseuse. He never asked what type of pressure I wanted and never checked in during the massage to see if it was right. There was no conversation at all. As I've said, he did a decent job technically but I did not enjoy the experience and would rather go to a more traditional seeming day spa in the future. BTW, at the front desk there is a sign stating that the massages are therapeutic, not sexual. The idea that they were anything other than therapeutic/relaxation had never crossed my mind and I have never seen a sign like that at any other legitimate spa. The overall vibe just didn't work for me.

If they had negative stars I would give that. What a nightmare. I scheduled two basic pedicures/manicures for my nieces. I confirmed what they would get when we got there. I waited for them to finish and when I got to the register it was double the price. When I asked why, they said the two teenagers were asked what upgrades they wanted and then let them select it without my permission. They fully expected me to pay after taking advantage of my two nieces that didn't know what was going on. We will NEVER go there again, not only because of what they did, but they cut both of the girls fingers, smudged three of the nails and never fixed it. What a horrible place.

Was a little sceptical after reading the reviews, but overall I was impressed. I booked a couples massage treatment and it was excellent. Were given wine upon arrival, given time to change in the private room overall I would say the package was a good value for the service compared to some other prices that I have seen.

I used a groupon for a couples massage yesterday that I bought my girlfriend for valentines day. The spa was warm and homey, and the staff extremely kind and knowledgeable. This was my first massage ever, but I loved it. I left with a feeling of deep relaxation that I was expecting. I could not be happier with the experience.

I have had many massages in the past. This was by far the worst I have ever had. No one and I mean no one should be subjected to a massage done using elbows and knees. Complete trash. Did not listen to my repeated requests for change.

Very bad experience, it was not relaxing at all and wish we went somewhere else. We were given wine, then literally had no time to drink it. They gave us less then 30 seconds to change before barging in. If you are looking for a relaxing massage this is not it. I'd save your money and go somewhere else.

Had a body scrub and massage with Joanne today which overall was good however I’d like to point a few observations The treatment started of with a massage (but was expecting the have body scrub first ) the massage was very good (and would have Joanne again for this ) so the therapist then did the body scrub and was told to put on dressing gown and follow her which I did to a room with a bed and shower and in the corner an electric fire which was on which I didn’t feel very comfortable about and told her to turn it Please tell me why on earth would you have a electric fire on in a wet room.??? I then put the. dressing gown on and she patted me dry with a little towel then went back to the original room where the therapist quickly rushed out and then quickly handed me a towel for me to dry myself off. I feel some time and attention is required on the set up for treatments at this place so the customer isn’t hanging on for things that should be already there. I will return for a massage however I’d like to be assured that some thought is put In place with regards to full body scrubs before I consider having one of them again. Just a suggestion have the client start in the wet room for body scrub (which I’m sure could be heated without an electric fire ) and then proceed to massage room which should be warm and maybe a candle with a relaxing scent.
