Stay at the Spa overnight and you will get the most relaxing and best experience in the world. Don't eat at the buffet.

Always a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting! I have been to the Spa solo, and with friends/family, and it's hard to make myself go home :-) Great staff and super-relaxing services. Onsite dining room is lovely, and I have always been pleased with my food. It is quite crowded on the weekends (but no hiccups in service), so your best bet is to book a package during a weekday (packages include all gratuities)--great deal! And if you're considering the Spa for a girls' day or special group, check out their "SParty" options!

Ehh... I’ve had way better. Was treated to a day at the spa. If I had paid for it I would’ve complained. Lunch was part of my package... I ordered the scallops. Shocked when three of the smallest scallops came out as an entree with nothing you could eat as a side. Literally thought to myself $8/scallop? They were the size of a quarter. The services were just okay. Definitely over priced and over rated!

I throughly enjoyed my massage here. Very clean very relaxing. I couldn't give it 5 stars because the ladies who give you your robe and slippers failed to give me a tour and I just roamed around finding things on my own.

This is one of my very favorite places to go for a girls trip or a romantic weekend. Love everything about it from the spa treatments to the Irish pub to the cooking demo. Been several times and highly recommend it for a luxurious weekend.

I do like the services here, this was my 2nd visit, the massage was great, the facial was great. I give it 3 stars simply because the women's locker room needs a major overhaul, the showers are falling apart and nasty, the grout in the tile needs to be cleaned on the floor and walls (and the steam room) and the lockers are looking really shabby. My suggestion to the owners: if you want to continue to charge the prices you charge for your great services, its time to uplift the locker rooms.

What more can I say? This place is freaking amazing. I took my cousin there for her last hooray before she walks down the aisle to her Groom. Minus the slight rudness at front desk at the winery our entire stay on the property was magical. First we did a wine tour! It was very personal and detailed. Then we did the wine tasting. The complimentary cheese and meat tray was a nice touch! Then we were whisked away via a transfer to the spa! We were a little late for our schedule lunch but when I say our food came out so fast and fresh!! Right then and there I said this place is Disney world for adults. We were treated like queens. Then we did our massages! I feel asleep in mine. So that was awesome and luckily for my cousin her massage got upgraded to a deep tissue massage!! Then we did our wine infused facials. All the staff at Cheateau Elan were phenomenal (minus the first Apple) anyone in the Atlanta area should add Chateau on their must list!!!!

This was my first visit there my daughters took me there for the week end for my Birthday this Tuesday I really had a wonderful time the stay just was not long enough lol the breakfast was great I had an 80 minutes message it was wonderful this person message me from my neck , all the way down to the end of my fingers to the end of my toes wow never had one soooooo cool had one before not like that the pool was nice and so was the jacuzzi one one side of the pool outside there was a inside also wow would love to visit this spot again there were other spots to visit we did not make my the next time around just loved it

Overpriced and overrated. The building is old and moldy. For this price they should at least be able to throw in free wifi. Also, why the heck do they not have people serving drinks in the spa? You have to go upstairs to get even a drink. There are much nicer (5 star hotels) and cheaper places in the city.

It was amazing. The massage was so relaxing and I enjoyed the hot tub and eucalyptus steam room. Enjoyed a delicious lunch and tea in the afternoon before I left. Can't wait to go back.

I'm not a big breakfast person but this menu is one of the best I've ever had! The staff is incredible! We went two mornings in a row, we couldn't get enough. You've never had avocado toast like this before, it's on steroids (picture included). Toast, avocado, egg whites, roasted peppers, balsamic glaze and some mouth watering sauce that I can't even explain. We also had the banana, almond butter, granola, and honey comb (ummm... dessert for breakfast). My husband had the wholegrain waffle and the eggs Benedict and said it was unreal. Hope you enjoy too!

Our stay at Spa Chateau Elan was sensational. We decided to take a vacation off peak season in December to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. And We found the right spot. From the time we drove up to the Spa entrance it became a wonderful experience. Lisa was a 5 star greeter and check-in personnel. Alexandra in the same capacity and rating rendered exceptionsl service. David, the bellman's supervisor, was not only informative, full of personality, courtesy, but truly one aimed to please and serve the guest. Alia, the Spa Manager and her team, Paige and Nicole, were superb and ever attending to the needs of their guest. Theresa, our server, Fleur-de-Lis honed in to the needs of every guest. She was magnificent! Robin, the Spa Operator flowed through spa ensuring all was in place and inviting. Kudos goes to Kris, the gift shop supervisor, along with Erica who served with a smile and provided a appealing atmosphere. My wife masseuse, Kayla, and my masseur, Rodney, gave a new meaning to the the perfect message. Their hands and skill set is a gift. Adam, one if the bellman, served with such professionalism and eagerness. Lastly, I commend our server, Matt, at the Versailles. He made our evening memorable with attention to detail, contagious personality and setting the romantic atmosphere. No doubt everyone's experience may or is different. However, ours was magnificent. We have pledged the Spa Chateau Elan will become an annual place for one of our vacations. Michael & Patricia

Service level: EXCELLENT! If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more. My massage was amazing & the amenities were luxurious--perfect for a STRESSED college student. I stayed overnight & was able to enjoy everything that people who were only there for the day could only access when it was crowded. The staff was extremely helpful, and provided the best service. Not to mention, if you want to go to other parts of the property (winery, pubs, etc.) you can request to be driven there! My first time at a spa & I plan to return often!

Wonderful place. The facilities are excellent and the staff is friendly. I received my first facial and massage here, and the staff made my visit splendid. They provided good instruction, and the products they used were high-quality. The amenities were just what I was looking for as well. They offer great exercise classes, a sauna, a hot tub, a pool, and many others. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a wonderful day with quality amenities.

Considering you are at the Chateau, the prices aren't that bad. They are comparable to other smaller spas in Alpharetta. It can get pretty crowded but they have quite a bit of staff to handle. They treat you like royalty (especially if you booked to stay at the spa...like babymoon package). The masseuses are excellent. Also, if you get a chance to eat at the spa (on main floor), the food is really great. Even for a picky eater (the food may seem strange), but it is amazing.

I was very disapointed by Chateau Elan Spa and Restaurant. Everything is old outdated and dirty. The staff is cold and clearly does not want to be there. It was such a waste of time and money. The only thing high end about it is the price. Its Gross !!!!

Great getaway spot for relaxation and wine, which is really good depending on your preference! Everything been ate was delicious, but I did think it was a little pricey based on quality! It is a resort, so not perfect. The main reason I would go back is because of the hospitality, most of the staff at the resort took the time to remember and pronounce our names properly, definitely appreciated it!

I went back in March and it was one of the worst massages I have ever had... although I will say, the one prior to this one was one of the best. It all depends on your massage person. I have been a hand full of times, so I called today to book two appointments and to ask if my original person was available and I believe she may have been the rudest person I've ever spoken with to set up and appointment. Not impressed. The spa itself is nice... they have remodeled a lot of it recently. Such a shame that the scheduler was so rude because I probably won't call back. Just ruins the experience. I wish this spa was consistent but their employees vary greatly. Not only the massage therapists but the employees on the phone and that run the desk. This is still one of the better local places... I just wish, after spending so much money, that they were better. Sad!

Excellent spa treatment. Superb customer service. Janice is my favorite nail technician she is courteous and knowledgeable. Also had relaxing massage. Lunch was delicious...had the crab cakes and finished the afternoon with wine tasting at the Winery. Could not ask for more.

Terrible massage experience. Literally worst- and most expensive- that I’ve ever had. I was 37 weeks pregnant and went this past weekend. I was unable to breathe through the majority of the massage due to having to sit up for the massage, and then the “focal points” were very light in pressure although I asked for deep pressure. I do not recommend this spa at all for a prenatal massage. The villas were nice for a girls weekend, but don’t waste your money on the massage.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such wonderful care! My sister and I were so impressed! Our massages were the BEST ever! (Be sure to let them know they can mess your hair up!!!...Heaven!!!) our lunch was wonderfully delishious and the QUET ROOM was to die for! We ended our night on the patio by the indoor pool and the kindest, most helpful and thoughtful assistant helped ring up our gift shop items and trained us on the tea cups in the shop. Although the restaurant had closed for the night, she had another assistant brew us some tea to try and when we returned for our bags, Crystal , who had been so friendly and kind, sent us off with a treat!! We arrived back to the room only to find that Crystal had sent us off with the gluten free chocolate cake that we had missed out on! I would NEVER pass up another opportunity to spend my day at Chateau Elan’s Spa!! You will walk away greatly refreshed!! ENJOY!

I had a massage done at the spa. Unfortunately, my massage went wrong and was diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia, which can happen. However, when I brought this to Michelle Ufer, the spa directors attention she tried to tell me this was most likely not my diagnosis! Most likely, I have a different medical problem! Maybe a blood disorder with bruising!!! I went back to my Doctor and again after more testing was diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia. I contacted the General Manager, Ed Walsh two times and he failed to return my calls. Very disappointed in the Customer Service from upper Management!

Over priced, i pay for three hours service for couples and the policy wont allow me to stay there the whole time! I order cheese plate and they keep forgetting to bring it in! I thought its more fancy with such price!! Any way the massage was professional!! Over priced
