Great wellness day. A friend and I love to book our appointments together for our Manicures and pedicures. So happy they were able to accommodate us. The atmosphere is very relaxing. This is a truce spa experience. Our skilled technicians were a delight. All the staff is very friendly. Helping you to feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend this place they offer more than just nails and hair. A Delightful place that has a full line of services including massages.

I've been going to Aqua for years - they are very accommodating when I need to make changes to appointment times for various services. I appreciate the online scheduling, but it can get confusing when requesting multiple services - but it helps if you add details in the notes section of the online request!

The first time I got my hair done there was ok besides the stylist kept walking off and it took 3 hours for a color treatment! Even walked off while washing my hair and got water all down my back. I made an appt to get my extensions took out and redone. 2 appts 2 days at 2:00! Welp, i took the day off work and got there and guess what!!!! Not even on schedule. I have my cards to prove it as well! Not even a sorry or can I reschedule your appt from anyone. I will not be returning.

Told the lady to not cut my hair too short. I even showed her a picture of how long i want my hair to be. Ended up cutting my hair wayyyyy too short to my liking. Can never get back my hair quick enough for my upcoming trip.

I was visiting family in Augusta for the weekend. I decided to treat myself and my 2 girls for a pedicure. We chose the Aqua Salon & Day Spa and we were truly impressed. It was a very nice place and the staff was super. Sarah was our nail technician and she did an awesome job! I have a mild nerve condition and she was very gentle and attentive to my issues. This was the first pedicure I've ever had that didn't HURT! I will definitely be back when I return to Augusta again.

I love going to aqua spa!! I have gone many times for couples massages - both with my husband and my sister. That may sound odd but my sister is shy and likes having me in the room with her. Everyone is so sweet. They have donated a gift card to local dog rescue auctions!! I always have an amazing massage and the deep tissue is well worth the price. I’ve never had any other services here but plan to try them out for a haircut & new style and hope that’s as good as the massages!!!

Massage and facials get 5 stars from me but nails and hair service were not great. I'm going to give nails another try but the salon walls are very dirty and shelves are dusty so I won't have anything done there again. When I had my hair washed my hair was yanked a ton and I'm not tender headed but it was unsettling. Angela with facials is my favorite service ever! Her knowledge is top notch and very relaxing. The overall products available in the salon as a whole is fantastic. Oh and front desk is always polite and helpful.

I had my curly perm done and it was a horrible experience! My hair was straight on the top and barely curl on the bottom. There was no customer satisfaction guaranteed at all. They were not very nice especially when I complained after it was done that it wasn't the way I want it but instead blame it on my hair for the messed up they've done. I wish I have done my perm somewhere else. It was very upsetting knowing you went to a professional to get your hair done professionally the way you want it and you came home very disappointed and upset. I regret it so much! I would never recommend their perm and hair cut to anyone personally based on my experiences. Go somewhere that is more professional and someone that cares about your satisfaction.

Firstly, kudos to this salon for working my fiance In VERY last minute for an emergency trim, during Masters Week no less! Very professional and prompt in that way. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The stylist who did my fiance's hair was sweet but timid which doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the work. The trim was mediocre. Not horrible but not great either. We probably will not return.

I love Aqua Salon and Spa!! Their aesthetician and Novalash Stylist Angela H., works miracles with my skin and lashes. She is nothing short of amazing! Courtney at the front desk always has a big smile and greets me warmly at every visit. Grace and her staff treat their clients like royalty. It is obvious that these professionals love what they do. If you demand the best of skin care, Novalash, and any other spa and salon service, Aqua is definitely best place to go to! Ask for Angela. :)

Customer service is a zero. Non-accomodating even after they dropped the ball on my scheduled services for Saturday. They gave my slot to someone else without telling me. I booked online and received an email with the confirmation of my appt for such services. I emailed back right away asking to confirm my friend's appt since we were all coming together and they had not received an email confirmation. I was on duty at ft Gordon so I couldn't call them to get clarification, however I sent a couple emails 3 days before to the same perso and they neglected to write back. We show up to my appointment and find out they were booked. The receptionist read the email to me so she did receive it! Never did she apologize for dropping the ball. We paid a taxi to get us there from post! We won't ever return and it's upsetting Aveda is connected with this salon. Perhaps customer service workshops would improve the way they treat people. Being military students temporarily on post we have limited time on the weekend (stated this on my email) and they did nothing but ignore my email and request for reply prior to coming in.

I am very particular when it comes to my hair and Stacy did an outstanding job. I loved her personality and dedication to her craft. I have a ton of hair and he patience and expertise surprised me. She recommended stuff I would probably not do ordinarily but I loved the finished product. I am definitely going back again! :) Fantastic job.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!! I went to get a manicure and pedicure and the service was absolutely terrible. I am not to person to complain about anything but this my nails looked like my three year old painted them. I had originally asked to get the dip powder done and when I got there I was told that the person who was supposed to do my nails was not there and that they could not do that. The girl put my hands in a bowl of water and it literally burned my skin. The appointment took way longer than expected so I had to leave quickly but once I had the chance to look at my nails and toes I was honestly so disappointed because the massage I had gotten done there was wonderful. I also do not like when I am at a place of business and I hear others talking rudely about other employees and saying inappropriate words. I called and left a voicemail and no one returned my call, I also emailed and no one returned that either.

I experienced terrible customer service prior to going to the spa...they failed to disclose ancillary fees. They took the time to get my credit card information but failed to disclose deposits & fees!! I will never go or recommend it because when I mentioned to them about my disappointment they were extremely rude & tried to overtalk me for the entire conversation, they said they don't tell on the fees when you book an appointment which I think is ridiculous!!!!
