Customer service isn't any good at all for newcomers especially (which to me you should treat really nice) and they will talk to you like they know what they are doing but end results show different. So here is my story, I went in on a recommendation Donna is a woman that has been cutting a male relatives hair so he recommended her because she told him she knew how to do all colors+ meaning fashion colors to and I'm someone who likes to be unique and try different things and I'm not scared to do it well I went in and it sounded like she knew her stuff so I let her do my hair (wayyyyy overcharged and even made the comment that she should've charged me more which as you can expect was the first red flag a temp color should never cost you more than a permanent color) then she just kept making comments about my hair constantly complaining about it. It's bad when you go into a salon and leave feeling worse about yourself due to how the stylist was talking about you (THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE) especially in that line of work your job is to make ppl feel good and beautiful. Well when she finished my hair i liked how the end result looked in the salon (even tho it was nothing like I asked for) i was still very satisfied, I went home and followed all the after care directions.... after 1 week the color faded drastically almost to grey and almost completely gone. I told her and she wanted me to pay full price to add another coat of temporary dye and her full price was more than $110 which was what I payed the first time and she said she should have charged more the first time so i called around to other salons quite a few and they said that if their clients color would've faded that bad in a week they would've re done it free not full charge, not 50% off, FREE. They also stated that for the service she did the first time which was lightening it up then dying it it would've been 100 or less then after that for just temp dye 50 or less (50 being in the high range usually for multiple fashion colors.) But for one temp fashion color using 1.5 bottles of dye $25-$35. This woman was trying to charge more than $110 for a $25-$50 hair style every time even when she didn't have to lighten it first and need I say lightening hair is not hard when you are a pro and shouldn't cost that much when your not foiling it or anything just applying it then washing it out but that didn't even bother me, it was the fact that when my hair faded completely after less than 7 days and 1 wash in between she didn't offer in any way to help me I would've even payed half price but no she didn't offer to help me in any way she even told me where to get dye and do it myself.... and another thing that floored me.... my husband did the dye and it turned out better than when she did it and the color I wanted to start with. This salon is not for customer service at all.
