Update: After leaving the nail salon, infuriated, I ended up finding Pink and White Nails. A much more, impressive, beautiful nail salon who knows how to treat their customers. I walked back into the nail salon to show them my nails that were done professionally. They said “Good for you, now you don’t have to come back here anymore. Get out” Truly disgusting. NEVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! These people that work here are the rudest, most abhorrent individuals. They ignore you when a problem persists and they lie consistently. Do not go here for your nails or any other service.

Worst experience ever, they wasn't busy at all put me on a 20 minute wait on my arrival, then sat me in a chair which wasn't working at first until I asked about it. Water was hot, but no one was there to check on me. After 20 more minutes go by, no tech was helping me still, so I dryed my feet and left only to hear of them say im sorry...... worst service ever!!!!

*****DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY***** At first when I walked in the lady who was doing my nails told me how bad they looked and asked where I got them done before then went on to show the other employees- very uncomfortable from the get go- then as I'm getting my nails done she digs into my skin on my ring finger with the drill. It started bleeding-bad. Then she doesn't give me the shape I wanted. Then when I thought things couldn't get any worse. .. she answers a FaceTime call ....WHILE DOING MY NAILS. Do not recommend this place and this is another apollo beach nail salon that bites the dust for me. How disappointing and a waste of money. MY lady who did my nails name was Jessica .

I have honestly never had a worse experience at a nail salon. The nail tech Rosie is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I came in for an ombré acrylic nail set, and upon being told that ‘every nail tech is educated on ombré nails’ I quickly figured out that was NOT the case. After I was transferred between 2 nail techs (an older gentleman and then Rosie) I was doubtful about the final product. Included with this review are the pictures of the terrible job she did along with the attempts to fix it. The night I got the manicure here, a nail broke, the middle finger of my left hand, and I was only opening a cupboard. When I went back to have it fixed, they placed me at another random nail tech (A man who had not seen or dealt with my nails previously) and he did not use my other nail as a model for the left hand. He just put the acrylic tip on, without matching it to my other hand and of course the nail was too long, Rosie also rushed the ombré detail and the color difference is ridiculous. On top of all this, when I went back to have the nail fixed (IT BROKE THE NIGHT I GOT MY NAILS DONE!!!) they sat me with the same nail technician, obviously inept at her job; Rosie. I was so upset about how the nail came out the second time, I left with no intention of returning. However, less than a week later (I got the original manicure on a Tuesday and had to come back the following Monday for a break that occurred on Sunday) the thumb nail in my right hand broke. I called the next morning and spoke with Mae (she’d been there for each of the previous appointments with Rosie) and was promised a full set replacement when I went in to get them redone. I arrived tonight 10/23/17 early (I told her I would be there by 6:30 and I arrived at 6:15) and had to wait until almost 7pm to be seen by anyone. As with the original repair, they tried to seat me with Rosie, I refused, because she had done such a terrible job before (she mutulated my cuticles and paid no mind to my personal comfort at all) and I waited another 15-20 minutes. By this time, many of the nail techs had gone home, but I specifically asked (when I called I the morning around 10am) if I would be able to have the full set redone. I was assured, by Mae, that I would have the full set redone, but when I showed up, Mae tried to just fix the nails that were terrible. I asked if she was really only going to repair the broken nail, citing that the reason I had called so early was to confirm that I was going to have the full set redone, and she responded “I have other appointments.” When I asked if there was ANYONE else available to fix it, she just nodded ‘no’ as if I should be content with this. They ruined the nails to begin with and then attempted to make me pay to have them fixed. Mae told me she could do it, and when I asked if I’d be charged (because they’re the reason I had to come back in the first place) I was told “it depends.” I paid $65 for the original manicure and tipped Rosie $20, after I was told that Mae had ‘other appointments’ and couldn’t see me to fix what THEY had screwed up until ‘maybe Friday around 5:30,’ it’s Monday) I demanded a refund and didn’t even receive the full refund, I was given $80 back. DO NOT GO TO ROSIE. She is terribly inept and careless about cuticles. Mine bled after I had a manicure with her. Will NOT EVER be returning. I don’t understand why I was treated so poorly when each time I had an issue it was BECAUSE OF THE SALON. DO NOT HAVE YOUT NAILS DONE HERE, I DONT CARE HOW MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS THERE ARE, they don’t care about doing a good job.

Walked in to get my eyebrows threaded and was told to go to the back. Went back there for about 3 minutes. While back there I had two rude women come in the room asking what I wanted, after telling them they starred at me for a solid 40 seconds. Lady finally comes in to do my eyebrows and starts waxing me! I quickly tell her I want them threaded and she says "why didn't you tell me that?!" At this point I'm angry. Walk out and my eyebrows start burning, look in the mirror and I'm bleeding! This women has left several spots on my eyebrow where she broke skin. I will not return. Awful awful awful. I'll remain taking myself to the mall where they also charge $12 and have much better service!

Came in to fix 3 acrylic nails for 13$ The man who did my nails was very unprofessional and usually, I would have said something but instead killed him with kindness, because I will never come back here again. I walked in maybe 30-40 mins before they closed, he was basically rushing me out the door because he said he had a friends party to go to. Also, I think he got offended that I went there to repair 3 nails that I didn't originally go to them for. He kept asking about my other nail lady and also before I left told me to GO BACK TO HER. Not only was he rude but he did a sh*tty job because he didn't file them down properly and left them bumpy. I had peach acrylic but when I mentioned about painting my nails a different color, he told me "I DONT GOT TIME FOR THIS" and refused to do it, then said " I'm just WARNING you, it's gonna be way more money" Everything about him was rude and for that, I will never be back. I hope he doesnt treat everyone like this. Or maybe he's nicer when you're one of his "regulars"

I had a terrible expierience here (not the first time either) Evelyn left me waiting over 20 minutes so that she could wax someone’s brows. She left bald spots on my nails, filed them unevely, and then told me my nails were dry... put cuticle oil on them and ruined the top coat. I asked several times for her to file my nails straight (because they were awfully crooked) and ignored me and continued to talk to her co workers. Awful!!!!!

I took my nail polish off a few weeks after a Pedicure from this Salon and I had Fungus on my big toe. I feel so violated that the allowed an infected to enter my body from someone else’s toes. I’m repulsed that they didn’t sanitize correctly. Never had fungus in my life until I visited this Salon. Now I have to take antifungal pills because creams can’t reach under the nail. Thanks for the communitble infection!

Every 2-3 weeks I am here and I always tip really well. Today I didn’t like how my nails turned because the dip color on my nails was way off from the color on my toes. Normally no biggie but I’m going out of town to a wedding and wanted my nails to look nice. I asked if they would paint them to match my toes and offered to pay because it wasn’t their fault I disliked the color. I was told no they couldn’t. Not able to paint over the Sns dip. That’s a lie because I just came home and painted them myself. Customer service is important in every business and they just lost a good customer over the lack of it they showed me today.

I went in expecting great results and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted.y nails were completely bare and I didn’t ask for a pedicure. I was getting gel nails that were $25. The nails came out okay, somewhat close to the picture. The problem is that lady charged me 5 extra dollars for the small bit of sparkle on my nails. She charges my friend 3 extra dollars to remove her gel nails which I get. But 5?! Seriously she could’ve done way better and charged more and I would’ve been fine. Find a better nail salon please.

One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. I showed my nail tech how very dry my heels were before I put them into the water to make sure he understood how badly I needed exfoliating. The entire pedicure lasted 20 minutes including the massage (if you consider a mild quick rub a massage) and polish. I asked him again about my dry heels and he said they are no smooth as a baby’s bottom. I then showed him they were still rough and dry but not to worry I won’t be back. They are more concerned with the quantity of clients as opposed to the quality of their work. Save your $25 and seek a more professional salon.

Went to get nails done at 4:15 pm they close at 5pm I was told they were closing early due to mother's day! Therfore I was turned away. I sat in my car and watched a lady come in after me and they did her nails. And locked their doors after letting her in . Very rude and unprofessional. I just got my nails done here yesterday a non gel French white tip. The nail tech kept pressuring me to get gel but I didn’t have the money for gel so I just got regular and she was telling me oh they won’t last long get gel, oh they won’t last long get gel. It’s like I get it but not everyone has money to spend on gel . So now the very next day my nails peeled off !!! I get it she said they wouldn’t last long but come on I want my money back or my nails re done and if I can’t have either I won’t be coming back I feel highly disappointed ☹️ Since it was my first visit here They should have lasted longer then the very next day I wanted my nails done for a job orientation I have on Monday only a few days away and now they’re ruined just peeled off

Went to get a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows done with my mom. They did an alright job on the pedicure. the manicure I got French they didn’t even put a clear coat on them. And my eyebrows were done horribly didn’t even seem like they waxed any hair off, it was uneven and stray hairs were left. With my moms nails she got a full set and they left the dead skin on her nails and started arguing with her about it was an extra $5 to get one piece of dead skin off. Bad customer service all the way around. Very disappointed!!!! Update: after not even 24 hours the paint on my manicure already started chipping and cracking!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Tech was rude and rushed. She did not use any cuticle cream or lotion in between my foot and the puma stone or my foot and the cheese grater thing. The puma stone was obviously used and when she finished with these tools they were scrubbed with a nail brush and put back in her box. There was also a box with her name on it which has the tools such as nail file, cuticle cutters, etc which I watched her take directly from my pedicure to another client to do a manicure. Leaving absolutely disgusted and with a crappy pedicure.

pros: my gel nails looked great Cons: super informal (taking phone calls, having a baby in the salon, chatting wayyyyy to loud) not rude, just tone deaf to customer service DISGUSTING ( I only got color, no clipping of any kind....just dirty) the lady was criticizing my nails and demanding to know who had done them previously (super weird and awkward) she also said that my nails would look "bad" if I didn't get a full manicure with cuticle care (yeah...not gonna happen with your dirty tools). overall.... I felt poor AF after I left this place... I'm paying more and getting better service after that experience, If your short on cash they get the job done. But if you can, try looking for a better, sanitary place that's up to code :)

I have been getting my nails done for years and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I asked to change color options and the nail tech was so rude. She was actually annoyed that I made a request to change my nail color. I asked her is there a problem and she just looked at me as if she did not understand me. She then began speaking in her language to the others that I requested a color change. She came back and said they no longer had the color i requested. Then suddenly another person found the color when I insisted. She was either too annoyed or lazy to look. To top it all off my nails were poorly done. As a customer I felt I was an inconvenience. I will never go back to this nail salon!

Walked in today for a brow wax, was told to sign in and go to the back. Waited 20 mins and nobody services me. One employee brought a customer back and did her brows and never returned for mine. I got up and left and make it vocal inward left in the back room for 20 minutes. This place is a joke!

Upcharges for everything! Asked for a pink fill and to cut them down that was an extra $3. Just to cut my nails and file them. Also they told me I would need a manicure next time I go in??? I have fake nails? They are always busy and rushing you out the door. I won't be going back.

I’ve must have had bad luck! Ive been getting my nails done for 15yrs and this is the worst service I’ve experienced. 1st they could find the colors we wanted and the color i choose wasn’t the one handed to me... not too bad right!? 2nd I arrived with mother and she was done while i was left waiting an hour to get a filling done... after i just didnt want to get it anymore. The owner insisted on doing it right then and there... so I stayed and got them done.. worst mistake 3rd while she was rushing to do my nails.. she kept talking to the lady next to her.. and hurting my cuticles because she was busy chatting. 4th after a bad paint job... i just wanted it to be over and get out!! 5th here I am two days later!!! And my acrylic is cracking my gel is coming off

This is the only nail place I trust that will do excellent, quality work. I have cheated on Elite twice in two years and both times have had to come in the next week to have them fixed. SNS lasts about 4-5 weeks for me with no chipping, peeling or breaking. Thank you for a job well done. :)

Horrible service!! I sat with my nails wrapped to remove my SNS for at least an hour. Then my nail tech was rude and in such a hurry she left glue everywhere. One of my fingers actually got glued to the table. I was pealing glue off my fingers for days. I would. It recommend this nail salon if you are looking for good service.
