I love this place. Yes, their English is a little rough, but it is well worth a small thing like language barrier when they communicate perfectly well with a good service, great prices, and a really good massage.

I used to be a regular. However I will never go again. During my massage, the woman left and another woman came in because they were busy. I understood, but when the original woman came back, the other woman, who was an amateur and not very good, got offended and accused me of discrimination. She was rude and disrespectful because I preferred the original woman. First of all, it's my money and I decide who gives the massage. Second, the younger woman had no excuse to talk to me that way. I told the owner. Not sure what will happen but I'm not going to find out. The service used to be good, but not anymore.

Jack is very excellent! I went to Chiropractor for a couple of times, which however did not relieve me from pain too much. The way Jack did is fast and skillful, so my 6 months' haunting neck and shoulder pain were diminished a lot.

It doesn't have the bells and whistles of a Beverly Hills spa but the quality surpasses any spa I've ever been to. Jack, by far, is the best masseuse I've ever had. I have high blood pressure, hypertension stage 2 to be exact. I have serious stress that I'm trying to minimize and with that comes some serious knots in my neck, shoulders and lower back. His techniques are amazing. Don't take this the wrong way but I like it hard. I need someone who isn't scared to really work the knots out and he does just that. Family owned business, jack is the primary masseuse there. The set up inside is very casual and you can hear what's going on outside. Rooms come with 4 walls and a door but nothing overhead. I am willing to hear some noise from time to time in exchange for a A+ top notch massage. Prices are unusually low. 1.5 hrs massage will run you $70-80. Every 10 massages you get 1 for free. If you're not picky and willing to try something new I highly recommend you go see Jack. I feel they don't get more business because people think it's a shady place from the look of it outside. Dark and has glowing lights of the word "massage". It is far from being shady. It's a true oriental massage. If you're reading this than you must be interested. Be open minded and don't judge a book by its cover. Try it and I guarantee you will be happy if you can overlook some of the minor things..... Linda

Jack is awesome. With many years of clinic experience, he really knows how to treat my neck and back pain. I always felt so much better after each visit. The price is great as well. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone around me.

His amount of pressure and consistency has helped me recover from the fatigue of my job, time & time again! Highly recommend this place!

Went for the first time and had a good experience. Co-workers and I had had a stressful 2 weeks, scheduled post work massages on a Friday and were not disappointed. The service was great, we went straight in to our rooms. The masseuse asked the depth of pressure and got to work. We each had the 60 minute massage. Afterwards, we were given a bottle of water as we paid. Not fancy, basic interior and relaxing music. My only issues would be that I wish the heated portion lasted longer and that you had a few minutes to just soak it all in afterwards. We will definitely be returning.

NO STARS.(had TO ADD A STAR IN ORDER FOR THIS TO POST) . STAY AWAY!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, FELT VIOLATED. GUY WAS ALMOST IN MY PRIVATE AREAS, WOMAN DID MY HUSBAND, SAME EXPERIENCE/ WORST PLACE EVER! THE NEXT DAY, WE WERE BOTH IN PAIN. THEY WALKED AWAY WITHOUT A WORD - SUCKS!!!
