I visited rose nails last week for the first time, and i was talked up to getting my first full set of gel nails because i was told they would last longer and look better for longr vs. acrylic nails. I was excited at first, but I have only had my gel set for 9 days and i have had 4 nails break in that time and i was recomended I have a fill in already after only 9 days!!!.. Im a stay at home mom too so im not that rough on my nails.. I went back to get them fixed and I was charged more!!.. The second time I went to get a nail fixed I was told that i may have gotten a bad set, but I dont see how that is the customers fault!?.. Thats like going to a restaraunt ordering a meal, having it come out wrong and you having to pay extra for the mess up! Thats just not right!. Ive learned my lesson.. I will not be going here any longer. The outcome of the services that were preformed was not worth my $$65..

Dee is the best, she is the only one that does nails right the way you want them done !!! As far as anybody else , they do not listen and quick to over charge (always trying to charge more for length on acrylic nails )-now I can understand if you get your nails super long but I get my nails the same length at jc nails and v2 even diva nails and have never been charged more!!! since I already needed a new set today knowing to take the old set off and put a new set on would cost me more money which I was fine with when she asked how long I wanted them I specifically told her the same length as before and showed her she said that would cost more so I said to make them a little bit shorter !!!she filed them so short i basically hated my nails yet still charged me more for lenght!! Now when I approached kevin the owner about this he couldn't understand me and thought I was talking about the way I had the ends of my nails shaped and filed which costs more for that I kept informing him no I meant why am i still being charges more for long nails when she cut and filed my nails so short that I was very unsatisfied being I do not like short nails. They still charged me 40 for a full set of acrylic nails, which is absolutely ridiculous being I just got acrylic nails with no designs just basic nail polish. I have been getting my nails done for several years and I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. I always gets my nails medium length and never been charged more for the length now I could see if I got them super long or something but I always get the average medium length nails. Now I will have to go to jc nails to have this fixed I'm in tears how short my nails are.

This place is great! I got my nails too long at another place last week and they knew exactly what to do to fix them. Made them shorter, filled and color. They have a better variety of colors than other places in the area too. I will never go anywhere else.

I recently started going to this nail salon, the owner (I believe his name is Kevin) has done my nails each time and I’m extremely pleased! He introduced me to the “dip” 3 weeks ago and now, I cannot see myself getting anything else! The dip, is very light on your nails and the time getting your nails done is cut in half, which is GREAT!!

So to be fair if Dee not working don't get your nails done don't deal with anybody else because they'll be jacked up screwed up or tore up or bleeding as in my case. And there's no such thing as customer service in this place if anybody else does your nails and they screw it up you will pay for them to fix it.

I was disappointed. None of the tools that were used on me were clean. They were covered in dust and nail residue. There were kids being noisy and running around and it was overpriced. I could go to a spa and have my nails done where the tools would have been disinfected and given a hot tea for what I paid.

Ok so they really push you to get all these things that you dont need and they pushed me and my little sister to get gel on our finger nails so we were like fine which were 20 dollars more for the 2 of us. The next day 2 of my nail polish peel off and i didnt pick with them! That same day 1 of my sisters nail polish peel off. Now its 3 days later and mine are all gone and my sister has 2 left. They did a good scrub on my legs and an ok job on the nail polish on my toes. We payed 90 dollars together. They didnt even rub or scrub our hands. Never going again...

me and my friend recently got our nails done about two weeks ago I asked for a full set, French for the color and my friend asked for a full set with gel polish only to be told when we went to get our fill they would have to be soaked off and get a whole new set BE VERY CAREFUL GOING HERE THEY LITERALLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT NOTHING ELSE BUT GETTING YOU IN AND OUT!!!! NOT TO MENTION WE WAITED ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER STILL CALLING BEFORE HAND AND BEING TOLD YES WE CAN COME ON IN !! NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Got my nails done here the people were super nice but they filed my cuticles and it hurt they said you will be fine then they were using a electric file on my nail bed and got the ring of fire later that night my nails were aching and my cuticles were bleeding if you come here DONT get a lady name Anne

The past 2 times I TRIED to get my nails done, I sat and waited in the lobby for an hour and a half when I finally got up and walked out. This last time I called and asked how long of a wait they had, he said he didnt have any wait to come now. I live literally 2 minutes away, so I jumped in my car and drove over. When I walked in, there were 3 people waiting in lobby. No one even acknowledged I was there. 3 more women walked in after I did. Eventually, about an hour into the wait the owner came over and asked what each of us wanted to get done, and then took every person except me and another girl and placed them in seats, all getting pedicures. After about 25-30 minutes, one of the guys was finished with a plain polish mani, he had her pay and he left instead of taking me. I figured after an hour and a half of sitting in the lobby and them taking people that came in after me was enough so I got up and left. I will NOT be back.

Do snails bite is the best ever! I have tried several in Rehoboth Beach and Lewis in the service is always mediocre-at-best and sometimes very poor. Rose Nails excels at everything. You pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

I would give Rose nails 500 stars if I could, this place is GREAT! They are wonderfully kind and friendly to both customers and even to each other. It's such a happy and relaxing environment. Not only are they nice, but the work is thoughtful, not rushed and impeccable. My pedicure and manicure are nothing short of perfect, and were topped off with hot stone massages. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you cozy nails- I will keep coming back again and again!!

People were really nice, and lots of colors to choose from. HOWEVER, my toes are really bad. They hurt, and half of my side nail is gone! Paid $30+ tip and I don’t even like them. Plus the files and tools were not sanitary. Files had white lines on them as they have been used on another client. There is polish on the sides of my skin too. She did file and get cuticles off but I don’t think it’s worth it.
