I usually don’t write reviews but I have to. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is great as well, but let’s talk about the wait time. I arrived at 12:12pm and was taking backing in 5 min of arriving. I did not get out of there until 4:40pm all I got done was wash dry and some pin-curls. The wash girl was not allowed to blow dry my hair so I set back into the waiting room for 25 min, at that time my hair was a dry nest. Finally a girl came out to get me to blow dry my hair but by that time my hair was matted down on my head. You can tell she didn’t know how to detangle or blow dry my natural hair that she had to get someone else to do my blow dry. My stylist was micheal Flagg he is very nice but my hair was cut so uneven I want to cry, he chopped my hair . I didn’t notice until Today Because my hair is curled but I did notice my hair was extremely shorter on one side I’m so upset I will never go back there again. I usually go to Sherell who is amazing but she was unavailable so I tried her husband. Never again will I return and I really like their staff but it’s not worth the wait and the uneven cut.

I absolutely LOVE My NEW salon. When you walk in you are personally greeted by name by Ms. Sonji or one of the many very talented stylist. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. I have been coming here for past few months and I LOVE my Stylist Ang! She was the first person I let put PERMANENT COLOR in My hair and I absolutely love it. She is very into her work and her clients (Guest) feeling comfortable and like they are being well taken care of. Angie as well as the other stylist are great to be around, and whenever I’m in there, there is always laughter and just good vibes going. I truly LOVE going there to get my hair done.

After looking for a shop for about 2.5 years I came across Resh (like you) through a google search. After debating a week or so I made an appointment. This shop is like no other! Professional, fully stocked to handle ALL manner of hair and styles, fantastic set up so you don't feel crowded, AND THEY LISTEN ABOUT YOUR HAIR NEEDS! It was nice to look around at the other ladies getting their hair done and see beautiful, long, strong hair being worked alongside stylish weaves. Unless they move to another state I have found my salon (and I still may follow them then). Thanks to Siara and Rose for a wonderful experience.

I'm here visiting in the Delaware area I was in desperate need of having my natural hair done. They saw me at the salon the salon was beautifully decorated everyone was extremely professional I had a great experience. A young lady named Crystal did my hair and she did a great job I give Resh salon five stars. The only kinda negative thing I have to say is I don't believe she put any moisturizer on my hair but I'm not sure about that. I would definitely recommend Resh Salon to anyone and everyone I had a great experience. I would definitely return!

Just moved to the area and happened upon the salon thought I'd give it a try, hoping it would become home....Appealing atmosphere...initial customer service great....once my hair service started hope was shattered....customer service became no service, wait time ridiculous...owners on site and did not intervene to stop the train wreck....very disappointed

A hidden gem! This is not just a salon, but an Experience! The staff is courteous, professional yet personable. They are time conscious, which I absolutely love. My stylist Angie was so nice and her skills are amazing. This was my 1st time getting serviced here and I already made my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon. I will not add any photos because they will not give this place any justice, you have to see it and experience it to believe it!

Beautiful salon, warm and inviting receptionist, very accommodating. The shampoo assistant washed and detangle hair, set me up on steamer for hair but it didn't cover my whole head so didn't get full affect. She blew out my hair and sat me in the stylist Marie chair. She did not straighten my roots or edges just took chunks of my hair and curled it and I was done. This was the worst blowout/curl style I've ever received. I rather had paid for shampoo and conditioner and put my hair in a ponytail. There was no real attention to my hair once I left the assistant and moved to the stylist. I plan to go back to this salon but I will request not to go back to her.

Anyone who posts under five stars has gone to the wrong salon. New to the area was looking for a hair salon for my daughter and I. I was so happy to find Resh. The owners welcome youike you’re family. Extremely professionalism is practiced by all of the staff. I was happy not to hear profanity or other things that sometimes happen in hair salons by clients or staff. My stylist Krystle is the ultimate best! So much to offer it’s almost unfair to call this a hair salon because all of the services are amazing. Hair steaming is my favorite! I am so grateful for a business like this and will continue to support! My daughter and my hair is flawless! We get so many compliments!

I am beyond thrilled with this place!! So happy to have finally found a salon whose atmosphere matches the quality of their service. Drinks and snacks while you wait, super friendly (and knowledgeable) staff, and an owner who you just can't help but fall in love with. Even the other customers were friendly; a trait that I have not found in any other salon I've ever been to. I told Sherell (the owner) all about the troubles I've had as a white girl with curly, frizzy hair, and also about being a natural red-head that's been bleaching to platinum for the past two years (a learning experience for some stylists, since red-heads don't typically go blonde). I've tried out several different salons (I've probably been to about 7 in the past year alone) on a desperate search for "the one". Resh understands that hair is about texture not ethnicity, and handled my delicate/highly damaged hair better than any Caucasian salon ever has. After one visit, and one helluva haircut, I'm sold. While I'd of course want to stick with the owner for future visits, I'm confident enough that if she trained her staff to do what she does then I can't imagine ever having a bad experience here. Their pricing is also incredibly reasonable: a shampoo comes with your cut; no extra charges, just great service! Sherell could easily charge more for her talents but I am so glad that she doesn't, because I might not have found this place otherwise. If you are a woman who enjoys the finer things in life and believes in supporting and building up other women and local businesses, then I cannot recommend Resh enough. I can't wait to go back! Thank you, Resh!!!

I've been referred to this salon by a good friend. However, I never had the chance to go until today and I'm soo glad that I went. The service was great from the time I walked in the door until I left. My stylist LaRee was very professional and fast! I was surprised at the time I spent in her chair to come out looking more than satisfied. I also enjoyed the atmosphere because I felt at home.

Been coming for years and I am a new mom I wanted to get service done first thing in the morning and spoke to the stylist prior stating I had a baby after driving 40 minutes I show up early just to be told I couldnt be service due to policy. I understand rules but I truly wanted a pamper day for myself I was extremely disappointed at the time wasted getting my child ready at 4am for a service an had to turn around an go home.

This salon is amazing. I've been getting my hair done by Sierra since 2012. I've also gotten my hir done by Angie, who does as an amazing job. My hair has improved so much since I began going to Resh. I always receive compliments on my hair and I've had several people ask me where I get my hair styled. The stylist are always friendly and very professional. They create a fun, warm and welcoming atmosphere. I love this salon! I highly recommend this salon and especially if you are natural.

I had an appointment here and the girl blow drying my hair had to ask someone else for help on how to detangle it because apparently she didn't know how to work with natural hair. I asked for my ends to be trimmed and the stylist did three snips around my head. I paid extra for my ends be clipped and barely anything was done. When I called to make another appointment to get my hair braided, I asked if they could style my hair without blow drying it and apparently that's not an option. So you don't accept clients who prefer not to heat style??

My experience at Bliss Elements Salon & Spa has always been exactly what their names describes, "blissfull." The salon offers a very upscale, nice atmosphere here in Wilmington - something that is hard find. I also love that I can not only come and get my hair styled, but I can choose to enjoy other spa services as well. Additionally, I love that I always happen to find a nice pair of earrings while browsing the jewelry they have for sale. And, lastly, I can't go a day without the shea butter I use for my body. Pure delight. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a one stop, classy stop, for their salon and spa needs.

I called on Wednesday morning to see if there were openings for that day. The receptionist was friendly, and very kind, and she was able to schedule me for a noon appointment with one of the shop owners, Michael. I was welcomed, as soon as I walked in, by the receptionist, the calming music and the wonderful scents of the room. I registered for service and was directed to a lovely waiting area with comfortable seating that is out of the way of traffic. I was promptly called and introduced to Michael by his assistant. Michael did a brief evaluation of my hair (I cut off my locs after 15 years and hadn't been to a salon for all of this time) and sent me back for a wash and deep conditioning. As I waited under the dryer, different employees greeted me warmly and offered me refreshment: water, coffee or tea. I was later taken to Michael's area and he again evaluated my hair and made a few recommendations. I agreed to everything he recommended and I am thrilled with my hair. I've found my hairstylist!
