If you are looking for botox and juvederm treatment this place is extremely expensive compared to others. I just called and some rude girl over the phone told me $700 for juvederm. Very unprofessional and unpolite. I wonder how much money Doctors lose because they hire unprofessional rude people to answer their phones. If people are going to your office to spend over $500,$1000 and up Please hire friendly professionals to answer the phone. Make sure I write down the number so I won't ever called it again for treatment at this place.

I am very happy with the Botox that I received with Dr. Chang. I find the staff friendly and accommodating with appointment scheduling. My appointments occur within minutes after arriving, and Dr. Chang listens to your concerns, and takes the time to make sure you are educated and comfortable with the procedure that you are receiving. Highly recommend.

I️ had a horrible experience. I️ had a bad reaction to the IPL & Botox treatment. My eyes were swollen shut, my face looked like elephant man & I️ missed Work & it cost me more money. I️ came back to Nouveau the very next morning and they really could have cared less. The estition who did my IPL called while I️ was there and basically blamed me for doing those 2 services in same day!!!! I️ ssid, you all booked my services, never once did anyone say to me on my day of service “NOT” to do both in same day. Your suppose to be the experts. Anyway, they care more about their dime than they do the client.
