Nicholas is a true gentleman but I have had very bad experience with some of his staff. I am hearing disabled and his staff were very mean and condescending to me. They made me feel very bad. I would never go back again.

this is hands down the best salon around. they are professional and do a wonderful job on hair and nails but that is just the beginning of the story. I have been to several salons over my lifetime, some for a few years and I have never been to a salon that makes you feel so comfortable, welcome and happy. they always have snacks and drinks, everyone is friendly and cheerful. they are more than happy to accommodate your schedule and your needs. prices are reasonable and if you buy products and are unhappy with them, they encourage you to return them. there's no reason to go anywhere else!

This salon has a happy vibe! Elaina Milas does an amazing job. I love that she is always continuing her education learning new techniques, the latest products and improving her skills. The hair washing sinks are revolutionary - no more awkward technicians leaning over your face to wash your hair. Not to mention Julia does a superb job getting my very full head of hair crazy clean. Definitely a highlight of each visit. I high recommend this salon!

I went here a few times, each time giving it another chance by leveling up a stylist. Each time I went in it was either for a simple blowout or a blowout and a hair cut. I have mixed hair that’s been treated with keratin, it’s thick and curly but not unmanageable, and I always made sure to let them know when making the appointment that my hair may take longer than the usual because of how thick it is. Every time I left the salon my hair was frizzy and puffy and looked awful. Multiple times I told my stylist very politely that it was too puffy and didn’t look great. I always left the salon and had to spend time restraighting my hair when I got home. To charge $70 for a blowout and trim is ridiculous if the stylist will not even fully straighten your hair. I was always made to feel like a burden that my hair was too thick or long and told “oh I have another appointment next time I’ll do better” but always charged the full price. The stylists acknowledged it wasn’t done well yet I paid the $70 every time. I emailed the owner of the salon before writing this review over 3 weeks ago to voice my concerns but I never even got a response back. I’ll never go back here and would suggest others go to one of the many other great salons in the area! Joseph Anthony is wonderful!

Oh no, it was much more thorough and Shannon explained each step along the way. Between my hair stylist, Angela, and Shannon, I will never go anywhere else! You owe it to yourself to try both of them!

So amazing! I cannot remember the last time i felt so relaxed! Mary Is AMAZING & makes you feel right at home. Wonderful environment and super friendly and someone always was walking around making sure drinks were kept replenished and the floors were slept clean! I am new to the area and I researched a place to get my hair cut because I wanted to make sure I would get a good hair cut from someone who was capable and would really listen to what I want. This place has great reviews, but this was the worst hair cut I have ever received. We sat down when I got there and we talked about my hair. I was very specific with her about what I didn't currently like and what I wanted to be done. I specifically asked her to leave the front long and cut length off the back- as in a long bob- and she did the exact opposite. Now I have no length in the front and what looks like a large, blunt-cut (which absolutely makes me cringe) rat-tail looking chunk of hair that hangs in the back. Then she put layers on one side of my head that literally look like a two year old took dull scissors and chopped away. There is NO fluidity or curvature or style to what she did to my hair. I also told her that I straighten my hair every other day, so I assumed she would style it that way to make sure it fell the right way - this is normal procedure I think. All she did was give me the worst blow-out I've ever experienced- my hair was lifeless and flat on my head- then she was done. It felt awful. The second I got home I ran my flat iron over it and could immediately see every single thing that I already hated about my hair that she didn't fix and/or made worse. I have been furious about this for over week now and am only just writing this review because I had to let myself cool down. Even my boyfriend said don't go back to her to have her try to fix it, she'll just make it worse. This was only a level 2 haircut, worth $50, but it was the worst $50 I've ever spent. I can't believe she let me leave her chair looking like I did. Additionally, it was like she was distracted the whole time, not even paying attention to me or what I said, and obviously not to what she was doing to my hair. I don't know if she just has no skill or if she had something else on her mind, but she should not be allowed to cut hair. I know I should have spoken up before I left, but it truly felt like she didn't care and she obviously thought she did a good job. Most horrifying hair experience ever. Don't go here.

Beautiful salon & results! I will recommend this salon to everyone I know 'looking for a good salon' I went here to get a relaxer in my hair because I have had a curly perm in for about 4 months and it was at its dying peak. I needed my hair to be straight, soft and beautiful again. & that is exactly what NICK did!!!! Not only did he inform of the products he was using my hair but he was explaining how they worked and why they worked the way they did. His employee TORIE was also very nice and sweet. all in all, NICK may be a "disgusting human being" but he's a God when it comes to making your hair from fried, dried and ugly to silky, smooth and beautiful!! ive only been at work for 5 mins and so many compliments!

I had an appointment with my regular stylist, who is the best, and upon arriving I was told that she was out sick. I was asked if I would like to have someone else do my hair. I went to another stylist and was impressed, she cut my hair perfectly. I would highly recommend any stylist in this salon.
