I've been to KP a bunch of times for facials (with Olivia, omg, amazing!! Totally changed my life by significantly reducing my hormonal acne.) but had a remarkable experience yesterday when I visited to get dermal fillers with Kim. I was really nervous (but excited!) and Kim comforted me the entire appointment. It was my first time getting fillers and I wanted a really natural look. Kim kept me in the loop, showing me the results every step of the way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I left with results that I'm completely obsessed with. The type of results that have other people saying..."she looks so good but I cant put my finger on what's different", which is how (i think) any cosmetic treatment should look. Super thrilled with my results and can't wait to go back!

I made an appointment at KP Aesthetics with Brianna. Brianna made me feel so comfortable coming in for my first treatment of laser. The laser treatment was very quick and painless. I have been considering botox for a while now, and when talking to the staff they made me feel so comfortable and excited about it that I went through with the treatment and I am loving the results. Kim is awesome and I will continue to receive all of my treatments at KP Aesthetics. Planning on getting my lips done here next :)

Thanks to KP Aesthetics I have had wonderful results treating the redness and blood vessels on my face due to rosacea. The Intense Pulsed Light IPL was painless and allowed me to return to work immediately. I was also extremely pleased with the Hydro Facial that we had done for one of our teenagers. I was debating writing this review or not, because the staff at this facility is amazing! Especially Brianna! I went for 9 treatments for Brazilian laser hair removal. I had noticed some results after the first few treatments but now it has all grown back. I just finished up my sessions a few months ago and I have not gone through any life events that trigger a hormonal change (which can cause some hair to grow back). I was tempted to return for more treatments to see if they will finally get me results, but having already spent hundreds of dollars on the 9 sessions I already went to, I can't risk to lose anymore for little to no results. Again, the facility is beautiful and the staff is great! It is just very disappointing that after 9 sessions, I have no results to speak for.******Just a follow up, In the comment from KP below I was told that someone would be in touch and when I didn’t receive any contact from them, I sent them emails twice more. I really just want to be satisfied with my results and again, I really enjoyed their staff and facilities; however, I have sadly still not received a response of any kind.

I have been going to KP for a couple of years now and my review is long overdue!! I love this place, I originally went in for Laser hair removal, and had a few other things done along the way. I have had laser hair removal done elsewhere previously and did not have great results, but when I have had hair removal done at KP I have had great long lasting results. My experiences have been nothing short of exceptional!!The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they are so good at what they do, I always leave feeling amazing. I have been to many other similar places but no place compares to KP!

Do not waste your time with this place. There are way too many quality places out there to deal with such rude, inconsiderate people. First, I attempted to schedule an appointment with them, and they could not "fit me in" for over a month. Then the day of my actual appointment arrives, and I hit unexpected traffic traveling from the city to this place. Being courteous, I called to inform them that I was running 15 minutes late but would be there shortly. They put me on hold and come back and tell me that the technician cannot see me, which is completely unprofessional in my opinion. I work in business as a consultant and it is extremely difficult for me to get off of work and to cancel on me when I am on my way and being courteous is something I have never experienced in my entire life. Then within 5 minutes they charged my credit card $50 for canceling the appointment! This place is an absolute joke. Too many other options to deal with this type of un professionalism.

I purchased services via Groupon. Went for 1 put of 6 sessions. My session was with Jackie. I asked a lot of questions that she vaguely answered. No results after first treatment, but that's expected. Showed up for my second, they were unfortunately in the middle of a power outage and was told that they would give me a call to reschedule. After 2 weeks, they hadn't called but they were pretty booked, so I continued to wait. After a month, no one followed up. I called, and spoke to Breanna as well as the owner, Kimberly and expressed my dissatisfaction and discomfort and that I didn't wish to proceed. They both understood and advised I contact Groupon regarding a refund and they would not dispute. I contacted Groupon, and was later informed that they did indeed dispute and will be contacting me to reschedule. Of course, they called the next day. I spoke with Denise, the front manager who incorrectly assumed that I just didn't even make a second appointment. I then spoke with the owner, Kimberly again who now stated that because I came for one session, I wouldn't receive a refund. I'm not going to proceed with, nor pay for any services that I'm uncomfortable with due to the negligence of the establishment. I'll be further disputing. And Groupon can be serious rip-off.

Absolutely love KP! I just recently got dermaplaning and a Hydrafacial done here and my face has never been so smooth and refreshed! I was GLOWING afterwards and still am three days later after the service. I am super pleased with my results after the dermaplaning and hydra facial. Not only am I thoroughly impressed with my facial, but the staff at KP is amazing as well. The staff is just the sweetest, they made me feel so comfortable from the minute I walked in to the moment I left. The girls at the front desk and the woman who did my service answered all my questions I had, showing how knowledgable they are about the services they provide. The center is very clean and has very pretty wallpaper. I highly recommend KP Aesthetics and will be sure to refer all my friends! Thank you so much to everyone at KP for such a great experience!

I had such a great experience at Kp Aesthetics. After realizing that nutrition and exercise can only go so far, I decided to try the radio frequency skin tightening with V Shape Ultra. This procedure is quick (6 minutes on my small spot) and painless (it gets very warm though). The recommended number of treatments is 4 to 6 but I saw an amazing result after 2!! I’m so pleased!! So I got a great deal on Groupon for laser hair removal and decided to make the 45 minute trip from South Valley to Newtown squared to check this place out (6 times!). Not sure it was worth it because the results have been lackluster (I’ve had the treatment once before elsewhere so I know what good results look like). That said the girls who work there are polite, nice, and attractive but I’m not sure they get a lot of male clients because they are a bit awkward with me. They seem to know what their doing but they are not nearly as thorough as the other place I went. The poor results may be due to that or their equipment. That said the place in nicely appointed and immaculate so if only the results were better it would be worth the drive. Maybe women will have better results?

Outstanding service from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. I've been going through a tattoo removal process of a large multicolored piece on my upper arm. I've had a great experience, and am very pleased with the results thus far. Tattoo removal could be a painful procedure, but Dr. Steve, Kim, and their extremeley skilled staff go above, and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible during each session. They also provide different forms of skin numbing to help ease the pain. Their entire staff is deeply knowledgable in all areas of every treatment they offer. I can't say enough about this practice. I 100% recommend this facility! Treatments I have had: lip injections, Botox, hydrafacial, acne facial, lash lift and tint, microneedling with PRP, clear lift, tattoo removal.

Beautiful office! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Kim, the owner is knows so much about the products and their effects, i would trust her with my face anytime! Update.....I just had my eyebrows microbladed. Toni did an amazing job...nothing like those YouTube videos. They look so natural! I love waking up with eyebrows after years of over plucking and grey hairs I would never leave the house without creating eyebrows. Now I can go anywhere with just some mascara and bronzer. Plus when I do a full makeup it cut my time by 20 minutes...amazing. There was no pain...slight scratchy feeling...she mixed the most perfect color. I go back in six weeks for final touch up. They look great but she will fill them in if you want them thicker and make sure they are perfectly shaped. Thanks Toni!!! BTW they are offering a special $350 for both sessions great price for extremely professional service.

I want start by saying I LOVE KP Aesthetics they are truly amazing!! Before going to KP I've always been self-conscious about my under-eyes, but at the same time also apprehensive of getting fillers. A friend of mine, who I trust, convinced me and to make an appointment with KP and I am so happy I did. As soon as I walked into the gorgeous office of KP I was greeted by the friendly staff who kept me company while I waited for my appointment. Once Kim was ready to see me she started by answering all my questions with honest professionalism and addressed all my concerns about the under-eye fillers. After I was fully comfortable, I had the procedure done, and WOW do my eyes look AMAZING!!! I look more refreshed than I have in a long time...I had no idea what a huge difference it would make until I finally had them done! Kim really did an amazing job making sure she didn't over-do the fillers and that I was completely satisfied with the results! Since then I've had my lips done for a natural bee sting look and the results are equally stunning! Again, I have always been apprehensive of lip injections, but wow do I LOVE LOVE the results! I've received more compliments on my lips than ever before and the best part is, everyone thinks they are completely natural! Kim and the KP staff really are the best in the business and I won’t hesitate to refer anyone in the future!

Kp aesthetics has helped me greatly with my acne and acne scarring that i have had ongoing for about 2 or 3 years. I was first recommended the microneedling with PRP which helped greatly with skin indentations and scarring as well as help with my acne as it helped with future breakouts. After that was done a few months later Dr. Costalas recommended i do lasering to take care of the remainder of my scars. Immediately within a few days my scars were almost completely gone with only session! Dr. Costalas and his wife Kim have been a great help to restore my skin and my self confidence as acne as well as the scars it leaves behind can affect ones confidence. I went to see Kim and her team because I`ve had a double chin for so long and I wanted to ask if they could help reduce it or eliminate it. I was so surprised about knowledgeable Kim was and how pleasant her team was when I entered their clinic. Since I was a man and I`ve never went to a cosmetic clinic like their before I was a little hesitant at first. Buy Kim and her team literally treat every one of their patients like family and make them feel comfortable. Kim explained their many procedures the clinic could perform that was incredibly impressed by their depth of treatment options and clinical knowledge. Their new office is very well lit and well decorated and it looks really nice.
