I noticed Half price Hot Tubs one night after visiting the bowling alley next door. I was intrigued so we decided to pop in and take a peek. Next thing I know I'm sitting in my backyard drinking martins in my new hot tub in the middle of January! They offered us a great financing plan(cheaper than my lawn mower) and next day delivery.

I love my hot tub it works great and they are always here for me for chemicals filters or whatever questions I have. My hot tub is very high quality and I paid half price for it! You cannot beat half-price hot tubs.

what the? hot tubs there are 8000 and over. and i got my hot tub for around 3500 and it is way more fancy and has more options then the 9000 ones there. never shop for a hot tub here. there very over priced.

We plan on buying our hot tub from Half Price Hot Tubs. I have owned two hot tubs one brand new "way to expensive" and one "used" less then half the price..."But i don't recommend buying used if your not handyman!!! Back to Half Price Hot Tubs...We visited them last year and it is really simple, you need to ask them what there bottom line is and the hot tub will be half or slightly less then half the price of "ANY HOT TUB STORE!!! P.S. DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB AT ANY CONVENTION...YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF BIG TIME. Again, Half Price Hot Tubs is a great valve place to by your hot tub. Tony

Wow! What a great experience dealing with Half Price Hot Tubs. From purchase to delivery everyone was great. I knew nothing about hot tubs but Jerry took the time to explain all the different models and all their features. And with all the questions I had, he never made me feel rushed. In fact, quite the opposite. Even now after owning the tub he's still readily available to answer and of my questions. As far as delivery, Rasheed and his men did a great job. Getting it onto my deck was no easy task, to say the least. They used every trick in the book until they succeeded, and the entire time being sure not to damage my new tub, or my deck and property. It was great to finally deal with a company that has such good customer service. Thank you so much.

Naturally I thought the ad was bs but figured I'd give it a click, I texted the owner keith who immediately got back to me and met me after hours at the store. I had service done with this company. I was having a warranty part replace on my jacuzzi. I first called them in the beginning of April and spoke to Terrell. Got an appotiment for April 30th. They came on time and were very nice. They use text messages to confirm the appotiments witch is very cool. Willbert is the technician who came out, he is great!! They ordered the part and install it today June 11. They are very nice and did a very great job!! Thanks so much!!! I will be useing them for all my hot tub service.

You can stop looking, this is the place to buy your hot tub! I went all over the Delmarva Peninsula looking for hot tubs and this was the best. The price at Half Price Hot Tubs is the reason we bought from Keith, the owner, but it is the outstanding service that made me take the time to write this review. He spent a great deal of time answering my many questions at the store when I was looking at the hot tubs, and made sure I was happy with my decision. The delivery and set up was flawless, and quick. After the installation I needed some help figuring out the sanitizing and balancing of the water. Keith went above and beyond by helping me through the start up process. Great guy and awesome company!

Rashid and Chance. These delivery guys were large and in charge. - First thing they did was look over the area the new tub was going and how they were getting in postition. - They got the tub were it needed to be. - I had no fear of any accidents or scratches to the tub. -He took my old tub and it was not easy due to the bad shape it was . Falling apart as they got it on the heavy moving dolley. -took all the debris left behind from the new tub and old - Respectful and thoughtful guys. - Rashid went over the complete set up and function of the tub and I was ready to get my Hot Tub experience to a new level. The Good: I entered into a contract with Half Price Hot tubs on July 11th to repair my spa. They charge for diagnosis and an hour of any needed labor. Great. The tech diagnosed a thermostat issue and then went through the jets with me one by one to decide which ones needed replacing, as well as some pillows. The tech wrote down the parts and made a list of what to order, told me he'd have an estimate for me by the 15th. The bad: I left for then returned from vacation on 7/22. Imagine my surprise that there was no estimate. I called the office. I found out that parts list had been lost. No one contacted me? I made arrangements for them to come back out (I had paid for them to come make that list). They did. There were two estimates - one was higher...it included 2 jets which I was told were going to be labor intensive to replace. That was the estimate I chose. Imagine my surprise when up upon the approval my credit card was charged the FULL amount of all parts and labor for the job. It wasn't even on the calendar yet. When they came out to do the job, they were late. I didn't hear from them so 45 minutes after the latest time they gave me I had to call the office. No answer and no return call. So a call to the tech - my job got bumped from morning to afternoon and no call to me. The tech finally came out and he replaced three jets and two pillows and told me he didn't have all the parts to do the rest, that not everything he ordered came in. When I filled the tub and turned on the power...the jets popped out! I placed several calls and sent emails to little response. I did learn that he as out, and that he is the only tech the company has. But there was no response as to when I might expect anyone back out. The one email response I received was appalling professionally. And the owner's words started with, "I was not aware of your situation until reading your letter" and ended with ,"Keep in mind that at any time you are welcome to try to find another company to repair your old hot tub." After being forced to drive to the store and confront the owner, I was finally refunded all but the parts in my possession. I since have had all the repairs done by an actual professional who knows what he's doing and how to treat his clients. The repair took all of two hours and was completed without the "Labor intensive work required" (nearly a $400 jack up to the original estimate pricing)for the two jets which, it turns out, were fully functional and not, as diagnosed, in need of replacement. They had been turned off. Furthermore, he told me they were never going to be labor intensive if all they needed was replacing. The labor intensive part would have been if they were being repaired for a leak. And the new jets popped out because the tech from Half Price Hot Tubs didn't glue in a part as he was supposed to (he even commented to me that the directions said glue it but he shouldn't need to). After getting a copy of all the parts ordered, which wasn't on the estimate I agreed to and was billed for, I found out that the thermostat was never ordered and so not part of the estimate I agreed to at an exorbitant price. I was lied to on multiple occasions, the work was not performed in a timely manner and was shoddy, communication was jaw-droppingly unprofessional, and I was charged without my written or verbal permission. There's more I could write about this experience, but this should be enough to be considered my psa warning. If I could, I would give it Zero Stars.
