Erica is awesome! I discovered Fresh Faced Skin Care from a Living Social deal and I have been going to her every month for over a year now. I couldn't be happier with my skin, breakouts are so much fewer and far between. The personalized peels have faded old acne scars and pigmentation. She offers so many different treatments and she explains the benefits of each and what she thinks will work best for you. She comes from a hard science background, not just 'cosmetology', so she really understands what's going on with your skin from a cellular level, and from the line of products she has available, she can tell you which have ingredients that will help you attain the results you're looking for. She only has one client at a time (unless maybe you come with a friend), so you always have her full attention, and her small studio is very relaxing. I always look forward to scheduling my next appointment! (Which is very easy to do via her website and she has a range of hours, including evenings/weekends, which is perfect.) *I wrote my review before I read the others, and it's funny how similar they all sound, but it's because it's so true!! :)

My daughter started the teen acne program about a month ago. After two years of dealing with a dermatologist with very little impact/change we decided -- what the heck. The standard approach of antibiotics and various topical creams was not working! A month into the program and we are already seeing an improvement in my daughter's skin. She has fewer pimples, her skin discoloration is improved --- but even better--- is the improvement in her self esteem because of how much better her skin looks. Erica took the time to explain how her approach differs. She relates very well to teens! Highly, highly recommend!

Highly recommend Erica and her products for people that have struggled with acne!! I have been going to a dermatologist for about 5 years, using prescriptions to help clear up my skin. For the first few years these prescriptions kept my face pretty clear, but it was always so red and irritated! However, for the past year or two these products just stopped working for me and would pretty much just make my face dry and bright red! This is when I learned about Fresh faced skin care! After only 2 weeks of using ericas products, my skin is practically crystal clear. It is truly amazing. If anyone is on the verge of giving up on their skin, give Erica a try! I first 'found' Erica in 2014 and have been going to her since (Four years!). Her facials are excellent, and I signed up for her monthly VIP Facial Peel plan and watched the transformation of my skin! It was clear, less oily, faded sun spots and redness, and soft. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time in the sun and tanning beds when I was younger, so I now have lots of brown sun spots. Recently, she has been treating my arms to fade the sun spots. I've had only three sessions and see a remarkable difference already! Amazing! I also use many of Erica's products. She is a scientist, so every ingredient in each product is thoroughly researched and tested. I highly recommend Clarity Serum, Purifying Bar, Pore Perfection Toner and her amazing Sunscreen (the ONLY sunscreen I'll put on my face). She also has a fantastic make up line. Erica is very easy to talk to and she listens to your concerns. I completely trust her with my skin. Thank you Erica!

Erica at Fresh Faced Skin Care completely revolutionized my skin. Prior to my initial consultation with her, I had painful cystic acne and was completely frustrated after years of expensive treatment that never worked. I had tried every drug store product, multiple estheticians and facials, infomercial products, and even consulted with dermatologists. I had thrown in the towel hypothetically when my dad gave me Erica's contact information and told me, "She sounds like she really knows what she's talking about. You should give her a try." He had already prepurchased some treatments for me. I was so frustrated with my skin and thought that Fresh Faced Skin Care would be another waste of hundreds of dollars for product and treatment that I had already tried before. My experience with Erica was absolutely great!!! I have been to different dermatologists and just felt that my issues with my skin was not progressing at all. I went to see Erica last year and she was right on top of things!! Erica is awesome. She is so knowledgable about skin and specific skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, etc. She doesn't promote or sell anything that she doesn't stand behind 100%. That's refreshing now a days when it seems like most estheticians only want your money (I've been to many). Erica does NOT recommend anything she doesn't believe won't truly make a difference in your skin. You can tell she is passionate about making your skin the best it can be. I love the PCA line she uses and will continue using her products, my mom also goes here. She is also very easy to reach if skin advice is needed. She will reply within the hour.

I met Erica after my sister recommended her to me~ I am post menopausal and have had acne all my life~ 58 years old ~ and beginning to show my age ~ When I first went to Erica I had rough ruddy splotchy skin prone to breakouts and blackheads on my nose ~ So she recommended her signature peel ~ And now I have had three as I am in her VIP program in which she gives a great discount for getting a peel once a month ~ the third peel (which I had today) she gives an additional enzyme treatment ~ Then with her add-on plans I added a microdermabrasion treatment for an additional discount! She also offers a discounted facial (for her peel customers) So I also get a beautiful custom facial once a month as well ~ She changes her special facial every 2 months ~ so far I've had the strawberry enzyme with mint mask and lemon enzyme with goji berry mask ~ and as if that isn't heavenly enough she gives THE BEST face massage!! Now my skin is silky soft smooth and more even-toned and and vastly less oily ~ With her recommended skin care products my wrinkles are vanishing!! WOW and best of all no more blackheads on my nose! LOVE

Erica is always professional and gives excellent advice with any skin care concern that I bring to her attention. She has made such a difference with my skin in general, but more specifically with the treatment of several age spots. They have lessened greatly in pigment with simple, effective peel treatments. I also use her make up and have never used any make up product that is so beneficial for my skin. She has 2 offices which are in convenient locations and each office is ALWAYS clean and tidy. She follows her scheduling effectively and has never been behind schedule and often times can take me early to free up more time in my day. Erica is personal and friendly.
