It was okay. I got acrylic nails done, but it painted badly and some of my nails were lopsided and there were finger print marks on my nails.They also weren’t that friendly. But there colors were gorgeous.

Today was my first time at this shop. To be honest my expectation was low because of previous salons I have been to this past 2 months. I must say that this place is fantastic and Trisha who did my nails did a great job. My husband and boys all say they (my nails) look great!! Already had 2 people so far ask where I got my nails done at--Told them Envy and gave them a card---I definitely will be back--

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this salon at all costs. The shop is unclean and still uses metal files for feet. My nail tech was rude and was on the phone the entire appointment. When I asked her not to use the drill on my natural nails and cuticles, she had an attitude. Mad because I don't want to sacrifice the health and integrity of my nail? Instead of taking the time to care for my nails she painted the gel over my cuticles. So of course they started to lift a day later. I asked for Chrome. She said it was $10 more. I said fine. Why did she paint white gel with color? I am 37 years old! I asked her about the color as she was doing it and said she was creating the look. I asked her again when she was done and she finally said that she was saving my money. What?! This place is deplorable and unsanitary. Avoid at all costs.

So I entered this place in Middletown an hour before closing for a pedi & gel nails but do to the time I was told just my gel nails and toe polish can be done so I accepted, a caucasian lady then comes in to get the same service that I had wanted in the beginning

This is the worst nail salon ive ever gone to. It had high ratings so i decided to give it a shot. I went to get a fill and my 2.5 year old daughter, toes done. I arrived an hour and a half prior to closing time. I showed the girl a picture of a simple design. Black mate with a glitter accent finger. She said no problem i can do this for you. Another woman took my daughter and asked what color id like for her. I started to look through the colors and she rushed me n picked out a pink and what she wanted to paint her toes with, i didnt even look for more than a minute , and i noticed it was regular paint that she picked out but i normally get gel so i asked her to switch for gel. It last longer n dry time is faster so i dont have to worry about smudges since 2 year olds dont sit still for to long.so The girl doing my nails started n was having a hard time with the glitter nail. The paint was not drying probably because of how much glitter she had put on the nail was to thick for the light to penetrate to the uv gel polish. She then re did it about 3 or 4 times trying to get the glitter to dry but it wasnt working. So she picked another glitter out and put it on lightly and it dried fine .i really didnt like the other glitter so i asked her to change it. She got frustrated and took the polish off with an attitude.Then before she started painting i said could we just do a light dust of the orginal glitter instead of the whole nail since it seemed to dry better she said no i just do all black, which is not what i wanted at all. Before she started to paint my daughter told me she had to go potty i asked her to wait a minute so i could take her to the bathroom and she said no you cant do anything and proceeded to start painting. Needless to say my daughter peed herself and all over the floor. My daughter is potty trained , but when she says she has to go she has to go . the woman should be ashamed of her customer service because she just lost a customer. I will never go back to that salon nor will i ever recommend it to any one i know. I felt completely rushed and felt horrible for my daughter that she was basically forced to humiliate herself by peeing her pants. When a paying customer comes in you should listen to their requests and not rush them. I cant rates lower than a 1. All I can say is that she finished my nails and my daughters were finished but did not taken into consideration what the customer wanted at all. Total waste of my time going here.
