This salon is a great place to relax. Mostly everyone wears a smile. They take their time to do a good job. There is no arguing between workers. they advertise they are an organic salon.this is not a totally organic salon. the polishes they use are OPI. I always have to wait even with an appt scheduled. they try to get as many people in its like cattle herding . service is not consistent . they say gel nails does not damage nails but it does .

Diva hosted us for a bachelorette party. They were easy to work with and we were able to easily settle the arrangements for 10 girls. Our services were great and included pedicures, manicures, gel nails and waxing. Thanks for a great experience!

I left this place wishing we lived nearby they staff was super friendly and their prices were comparable. The tech to did my bikini was was excellent and also shared tips and tricks for reducing pain during and for aftercare in the sensitive area. When we return to Bethany Beach I will stop in for a few services.

I received one of the best manicures that I’ve ever had. They were very quick to take me back even though I did not have an appointment. They were very meticulous and gentle. My hands and feet look amazing and feel amazing and the service was very professional and detailed. I received a spa Pedicure and SNS manicure. I did not use a UV light and my nails air dried. The color selection was wonderful and I highly recommend this place. They give you an individualized package when you walk in the door and everything is very clean

Never had a worse pedicure. My nails were cut and filed but so badly they were sharp by the end and you can tell they try to do the minimum amount of work. So disappointed. Just wanted to have a relaxing experience and left frustrated that I wasted 40 dollars when my nails looked better before. :(

The worst experience I have ever had getting a gel manicure. I had a gel powder manicure which the technician nor the other three employees knew how to remove the gel. The technician burned my nail when using the electronic filing machine. My nails are so thin that 5 of my 10 nails have broken. I would never go back here.

I went for a regular pedicure and got the Essie "gel-like" polish- not gel, no UV lamp required- and it has really held up! On your feet you'll end up replacing it because it has grown out, not because it's chipped. The staff was attentive even though they were very busy. We particularly liked Jay.

Save yourself the 3.5 hrs you will spend here. I had a horrible experience. I arrived at 3 was taken for a pedicure. I’m going to an event and I decided I would like the chrome nails. They are overbooked and you don’t know who will be taking care of you. I used the restroom after my pedi and sat for about 25 min after. I was told the chrome nails would cost twice as much as what they normally would be at a salon. I spot a rip off when I see one. I decided to pick another color, but my nails were being held up by the tech. He grabbed two wheels and kept asking me to pick a color. How do I do that with my hands in acetone, sir?? I picked my colors the minute he started painting I notice they weren’t correct. I questioned him and he convinced me it was the colors I chose under the bright light. When it was over I decided to take the color sample and match it to my finished nails because they didn’t look like the colors I picked. I was right, they were two different colors. I wasn’t happy so I decided to speak up. The woman who owns it started asking me for proof. She accused me of lying and said I just didn’t want to pay the extra 5$ for putting 2 diff colors on? I was in shock. Once I showed her two samples of the shade 59 and proved they were different she said it was because I had yellow nail beds as if I’m unhealthy. My nail-beds are not yellow. As I was asking her what color would fit what I was looking for she said all of the whites would come up clear on my nails. I asked her what she thought would work and she walked away from me. (I was being too nice at this point) She offered insults instead of helping me. At this point I’ve been there 3 hrs. I had to call my mom to tell her I’d be late but there was no reception. I let the owner know I had to step outside to make a call, (as she was servicing others before me) and as she started putting acrylics on someone else. She said no you can’t walk out that door you didn’t pay! I said ma’am there’s no service I have been here for 3 hrs I have to let my mom know to stop and feed my dog. She told me to leave a credit card as my fingers were still wrapped in foil it was tough for me to do. I just wanted them to correct the error so I could leave, but they kept taking care of newcomers. I now believe they purposely made me wait. I have the patience of an ox, but I was broken at this point. My hands were wrapped in foil for 45 min,and her husband came over and said I’ll take care of you. Did you pick a color?? Yes please I picked a color an hr ago.. Even another patron said I was being too They should be ashamed. Finally ready to pay and get out of there as it’s 6:30pm. They overcharged me and when I questioned it they said they upped the prices And had to charge me 5$ for gel removal, and showed me one brochure with crossed out prices in magic marker. They did not formally change the prices in their brochures. What a joke, (whose really being cheap here)? We are real estate agents and just moved into the area hoping to find a good nail shop. I have never been this aggravated in a salon. I did not raise my voice during this entire debacle, I just kindly explained I would like a different color and went through the interrogation process only to be walked away from and told not to go anywhere. We will be boycotting diva nails and making sure no one goes through that despicable treatment again. I spent half a workday there. I now know why it’s called Diva nails... it was named after the owner. You lost my business and countless others. #BBB will be receiving a letter regarding your conduct and treatment of the customers who help keep a roof over your head.

I walked into a busy salon without an appointment. I was immediately greeted by Nikki, she was great. I didn't have to wait long before I was seated to get a pedi. They didn't have latex-free gloves (I'm allergic), so Nikki ran over to Target to get a box. Truly great customer service. Jessy did an amazing job on my pedi. jessy even did a cute design. So glad to finally finding a place in this area. Definitely will be coming back.

I picked this place solely on the reviews here on Google. I was not disappointed. I got a pedicure and nail dipping done. The man who did my feet was really sweet and took my really bad caluses like a champ. He painted each toe nail with surgeon precision. Granted there was a language barrier, but he was very attentive. Then the woman who did my nails was super friendly and spoke English very well. I tipped both the pedicure man and the woman who did my nails ten dollar. I wish I lived down here because that would be the only nail salon I would ever go to.

I waited an hour and a half, which I wouldn't have objected to, since they were very busy, but I had the worst gel manicure that I have ever received. The entire experience was unbelievable . The technician stopped the procedure several times to simply talk on his phone, or to others in the salon. He did a sloppy , quick gel manicure, that chipped the very same day. The worst manicure I have ever received in the past 20 years and also the most expensive.

My go-to nail salon in the Bethany Beach area. Super relaxing and calm - I'd definitely recommend upgrading to the spa pedicure. Everyone is nice, the space is extremely clean, and the vibe is very relaxed. Great for pedicures, manicures, waxing + groups. Brought my sister-in-law's bachelorette party for a fun pampering experience and they still talk about their spa pedicures months later. <3

It occurred to me, driving home, that every other salon I've ever been to has been bright, bustling and noisy. This one is calm and cool, the only direct lighting being directly over my hands. Melodic background music made for low voice levels; thanks to screens, I couldn't even tell how many people were there. All the basics : cleanliness, courtesy, skill level, price, were fine. But there are some things, like a pressure-point hand massage, you can't put a price on. Aaaahh ...

By far the absolute BEST Pedicure of my life by Kenny! I’ve had them done in salons all throughout Maryland and as far as Maui Hawaii!! I literally want to drive from Bel Air just to come to this Salon! If your in Delaware-OC MD area you have to go here ladies & Men Too!! I am 36 weeks pregnant and he spent a good hour if not more rubbing me! Clean & friendly service throughout the salon and their prices were so reasonable especially for the outstanding service you’ll receive! By far my favorite salon! All the techs were conversating & showing special attention with massages

We (3 of us) showed up at Diva at 5:30pm on a Thursday and they were packed. Despite being very busy, we all started our pedicure services within 15 minutes of our arrival (with no appointments). We all selected the Milk and Honey Pedicure ($46) and it was well worth the extra $ (regular pedicure is $30). This premium pedicure included an exfoliation treatment, moisturizing treatment, and massage. Our technicians were very friendly and did a great job! I will definitely return for future services when in town. Friendly note, if you are going to get a nail service, you should tip between 15%-20%, as with any other service you may receive.

Made an appointment for 5pm & waited until 6pm & was still never started. When asked how much longer I would be waiting, the staff was very rude & condescending. I ended up leaving because I knew it would be a least another 30 minutes before they would start. It’s pointless to make an appointment because they overbook & continue to take walk-ins even though there clearly isn’t enough staff to service the clients.

It was a really busy day, so the 30 minute wait after my scheduled appointment was acceptable, but I understood the wait when great care and patience was taken to ensure I walked out of their services with a smile. This was my first time getting a full set of acrylic nails, and I really had no idea what I wanted, but my technician knew exactly what would be best suited for what I wanted, and was very kind in the process. I'm happy I had this experience on a rainy day in Bethany Beach. :)

Kenny, Stanley, Kelly and Anna are all great technicians. I would recommend an appointment or definitely call ahead to find out how busy the salon is particularly during summer season.

When we walked in, the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. We were not give an estimated wait time for a pedicure either. After 20 minutes, when we got into our chairs, we sat for an additional 30 minutes before deciding to leave. During that period, not one worker apologized for the wait nor did they care when we left. I had an appointment and was still there 2 1/2 hours for a mani and pedi. I tried to get a design on my toe a flower, it was a disaster and I painted over it as soon as I got home. Forget getting any design unless you want stencil. I think 2 1/2 hours is a bit long and for the high prices you should get better service.

The owner humiliated a client in front of the entire salon. She had been there awhile waiting for someone to finish her mani. She let the owner know she was stepping out to make a call (there’s no reception in the salon) the owner said no you are not allowed to walk out that door, you didn’t pay! She was in the middle of her services!?? It was sad to watch I now wish I would have said something. I will not be back.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I waited an hour to be seen despite having an appointment. I had gel nail polish which chipped and caused torn nails after 3-4 days. I have been getting gel nail polish now for a number of years in my hometown and it usually lasts 3 weeks.

No stars really, but that was not an option.....male pedicurist (a year ago) who did not speak English, really hurt my foot while giving me a so-called foot massage. I told him to stop and he laughed. I reported my experience to the desk then followed up with a letter, to which I got no response. I had to see a doctor - pain lasted a long time. Would never go back. I do not follow it relaxing when a lot of pedicure chairs are all lined up in a row

I chipped my manicure on my first day of vacation. Yelp led me here. I was not disappointed. I called because it was Saturday and I figured they'd be busy. He told me to come right over. They were busy but they were prepared for it and had plenty of people working. No waiting at all. I was sent over to George who immediately set to work. He did a wonderful job! I was so thrilled with my experience. And the manicure lasted me 3 weeks. It was still in perfect condition my nails had just grown out. Gratuity cannot be added to credit or debit cards but they do have an ATM machine and the fee is only a dollar. Very nice salon with soothing background music. I will certainly go back here when I'm down!

This was my 1st time coming in to get my nails done, I also brought my daughter to get hers done. We walked in and were greeted right away. They had us pick our colors and we were taken right back. Vance did my nails and they are amazing! My daughters nails were done by a younger lady and she did a great job as well! This will be my nail salon for all my future appointments! An exceptional place! To start when you walk in the lights are dimmed to a relaxing setting, they have relaxing music playing and a pleasing smell. It does not have TVs, which in my eyes promote for a more relaxing experience. The employees are very helpful, prompt and skilled. They do allow walk ins but I would recommend making an appointment as they get busy pretty quickly. If you are looking for a wonderful and reliable nail salon I would highly recommend giving them a try!

They’re priced $20 higher than other salons for the same service. If you don’t have time to spend half your day here don’t go. I have been here twice one of those times with an appointment. I was there for 3.5 hrs on both occasions. AVOID the aggravation.

I live locally and I would not recommend Diva Nails. They were incredibly rude and made me and my mom wait over 40 minutes to get our pedicure after saying “there was no wait at all”. It took over 3 hours to get our nails done. This happened just again to other family members to the point where they left because they were completely ignored.

not impressed...was referred by a friend....went in today June 13...seriously...had 3 different techs...1st one more interested in cell phone and watching who was coming in the door... felt they where more interest in making money... only wanted a manicure....left me when some one came in for a medi and pedi... got less than I should have for the price... just nails cut and change of color...will only use in an emergency...no hand massage.... no lotion.... wham... bam... not even a thank you....had a correction on the polish... you would have thought that I was a criminal....NOT impressed
