Excellent customer service! My main concern was hyperpigmentation and now my skin is bright and evenly toned. I can count on one finger how many breakouts (pimples) I’ve had since I’ve been consistent with receiving their microdermabrasion (every 6 weeks) as well as their recommendations on their products for maintenance. 5 star ⭐️

I receive many compliments on how great my skin looks. I have Lorraine and Shae to thank for that. The treatment I receive at Charmed, both aesthetically and personally makes me look and feel great. I started going to Charmed for my wrinkles. I didn’t think I needed too much. After several visits, I realized that I needed more. I was never pressured or pushed into anything. I have fair skin and a ton of sun damage. The products that Shae recommended have made my skin shine, youthful and bright. The team is always re-evuating the products I’m using to make sure they are still the best ones. I have since received fuller in my lips and cheeks. I had no lips. Now I do. The best part, you can’t tell I get filler in my lips. They look natural. Lorraine always has your best interests at heart. She explains everything and tells you if you don’t need something. Everyone always asks me what I do for my skin, how do I look young, what photo filter do I use and the truth is, I maintain my skin and proactively treat it. I have been going to Charmed Medispa for many years and recommend them highly. Lorraine and Shae are highly professional and are very experienced. They’ll meet with you, discuss your concerns and offer treatment options for you. You never feel pushed into anything you are not comfortable with. They know what works, and want you to look and feel your best. I’m 67, and feel under their care I look younger. I’ve received several treatments over the years, including: Thermage, IPL, Exilis, Shae’s fantastic customized facials, Lorraine’s skilled use of dermal fillers ( she’s is an artist and the outcome is natural looking) and I use their recommendations for skin care, especially love the new Oz products. I haven’t had any special treatments for a while. I’m starting to see some more wrinkles, little droop in my jowls and neck (As I said, I am 67). I just had my first Infini, RF micro needling treatment with Shae. I am looking forward to seeing the results. Shae was very caring and kept me comfortable. I was delighted when I found Charmed Medispa and if I could give them more than a five star review I would. I've been with her since 2009 and then I lost the connection due to she set up her own business without taking any "ex-customers" from her "worked place" when she left. That's why I "lost her". I came to Charmed back in October, after being referred from a friend. I spoke specifically with Lorraine about how I had Botox before and loved the results. She was friendly and so was the staff. When checking out I asked how many units I had received of Botox and only then did I find out that I had received a completely different injection. She told me I had received dysport instead, and that it was cheaper. I was never asked if I wanted an alternative, and my results were not the same. I’m extemely upset about the deceptive nature of Lorraine and her team. They had no problem asking me to pre-book and charging me the same price for Botox when after doing research at home, I found out that it’s cheaper. I will not be back.
