Worst service I have received in a long time. Carle is NOT customer focused and does not do what he says he will do. Wasted over a week with no results and no explanation for why he is non-responsive. Left my hot tub in a mess.

We had a freeze up on our Coleman spa during the winter 2014 and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and make repairs efficiently and economically. I would definitely use this service again. A job well done.

Carle called me back promptly. He had already researched by spa (based on my message) and told me what needed to be done. He checked to make sure the part was available at a local retailer near me. It was a quick repair I could do myself. If I need spa service again I would not hesitate to use the company again.
