Kim is very meticulous and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and doesn't smell toxic. I enjoy the soft jazz music and message music that is played. It is extremely clean and organized. I would recommend scheduling appointments and bring cash. The negative comments would be the location parking is a bit dangerous and I would like to see a price list available at the spa.

This place was terrible. I made an appt with Andy and I got there right on time, he was busy and I believe there were about 3 other people waiting for him. He was the ONLY one doing nails and there was 2 other women but they weren’t doing anything so the one lady told me to go to the other one to start my nails since Andy was busy. She had NO idea what she was doing so I told the other woman I wasn’t happy and I was leaving so I took the tips off that she glued on and left. She knew I wasn’t happy so she gave me a $10 gift card but I won’t ever be back here! How do you have a salon but no workers and the ones you do have don’t have any idea what they’re doing!! Was my first time going and definitely my last!

This is one of the best nail salons that ive been too! They do an amazing job. The first time i went they were perfect only Andy worked on my nails. The second time I went I had Andy (for the shape) and the older lady (for the color) work on them and it was very iffy. The shape was amazing yet the color was very very streaky and it was under my nail and everything else. They love to talk to you so it makes you feel welcomed. Go here but ask for Andy to do your nails only. Also the prices are very reasonable.

I just paid $60 for my acrylics to be removed and a new set. My nails look okay, but on the bright side they are very nice and there’s a great relaxing atmosphere.

It took 3hrs to get a pedicure & a full set done, because only 1 person in the entire building can do more than a gel manicure! My best friend, me, my daughter & her son all went for pedicures! My friend paid for both her & her son in cash! Even tipped the 2 women who did their pedicures! He stayed with me when she left the salon & they charged me again!!!! Said she didn’t pay! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I came in with what I call a BOTCH job. Andy is a master at his craft, he made my nails feel natural and not like heavy bricks from the previous place I went too. I’ll always go back to Andy!! He did such beautiful work from what I had previously!!! And the price for everything was so reasonable. I love this nail spa such a beautiful atmosphere!

Thought I'd give this place a try since my regular nail tech from another location was on vacation. What a great find! Loved my manicure and spa pedicure with Karen. Very relaxing and serene atmosphere. Friendly staff. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 is that the parking is awkward. Other than that I enjoyed my experience 100 percent. The lavender spa treatment was heaven. 2 weeks later and my legs are still as smooth as silk. Although more expensive than my regular nail salon it was worth every penny. I definitely plan to return.

I am incredibly disappointed by the gel manicure I received today. It is streaky, my tips are crooked, the sides are jagged, there are air bubbles, my cuticles were not properly cut.... If you decide to visit this salon, request that Andy and ONLY ANDY work on your nails.

First time here. Made an appointment for a manicure. Didn't feel very comfortable when I got there and I felt rushed while I was picking out my color. Nails only lasted 2 days. Probably won't be coming back.

Went on Labor day with an appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The place was a zoo. The phone never stopped ringing and the line of people was almost out the door. Yet they never told anyone they had to wait, they just kept saying yes to everyone who called. I waited 15 minutes with my nails in the soaking bowl. My technician had to answer the phone every time it rang and would get up every time the door opened. With her being so distracted, my manicure looks shoddy and cheap. By the end of the appointment I had had 3 different technicians. It was the least relaxing experience ever. I totally understand it was busy and they had things to attend to. But I made an appointment and was placed second to walk ins. Won't go back!

I love this salon! The salon itself is very clean & beautifully decorated. The technicians are so kind and highly skilled. You can tell they really care about their customers. They also have a wide selection of different nail polish, gel, and powder dip colors. I love going here & always leave so happy with the way my nails look & the service/experience I had.
