I've only been here for the amazing chiropractor Dr. West. He's one of the rare good few that doesn't force you into pain, adjust recklessly or charge triple digits for 2-minute "drive-through" visits. He NEVER rushes any patient no matter how backed up it is, listens to everything you say, teaches you new things about your body through lecture and demonstration, and uses his own procedure to check which areas need adjustment. He helped me to find relief from severe back pain due to years of poor posture, as well as gave me some tips to improve my gut health. I'm now standing taller, sitting straighter and feeling better than I ever have. I simply cannot recommend him enough.

I’m updating my review based on my latest visits. I had issues with the appointments in the past. But I felt that it shouldn’t be the only factor in rating the whole experience. My wife had a chronic shoulder pain and we decided to take her to a Chiro. We chanced upon Be Truly Well while searching in web and thought will give a shot. This was our first Chiro experience and it was a pleasant surprise. Dr. West treated her very effectively, so much that we saw the results just in the 3rd visit. My Wife has been visiting Dr. West since few months and she has almost fully recovered from her hand and shoulder issues. I’m currently getting treated for Plantar Fasciitis pain which has been worrying me for 3-4 months now. Initially I saw a Podiatrist and another Chiro with not so great results. It’s just my 3rd visit here and Dr. West’s treatment is already working wonders. I highly recommend Dr. West for anyone looking for an awesome Chiropractor.

Dr West is a highly trained and skilled practitioner of ABC Chiropractic. Note--ABC is not your ordinary Chiropractic -- it has been life changing for me. I had been going to another ABC doctor for years; coming here makes that person pale in comparison. I drive over an hour each way to see Dr West and it is well worth it! I have gone to Dr. West on and off for over 6 years and have always greatly benefited from his services, but never as significantly as after a running injury last summer. After trying to rehab by myself and limping around for 3 weeks, I went to Be Truly well. Dr. Matt had me running again in 1 week and Dr. West has me running at my pre-injury pace just 2 weeks later. Thanks to Dr. West and Dr. Matt, I was able to run the race that I had been training for when the injury occurred and at a faster pace than I had ever ran before! Thank you!!!

My experience has been overwhelmingly beneficial. Dr. West is amazing. Before I started with Be Truly Well my life was virtually limited almost disabled. I've had several back injuries and reconstructive leg surgery coupled with obesity. My life before Be Truly Well was completely sedentary. After leg surgery last year I was unable to walk. I've been seeing Dr. West for four months now and my life has drastically changed. I'm not only walking three to four miles a day I'm happier my anxiety and depression are almost non-existent. I can actually bend and touch the floor without pain. I'm almost completely off of all pain meds. My advice to anyone is Dr. West honestly wants to heal you. He goes above and beyond to accomplish this and the staff at Be Truly Well are exceptional. Thank you Dr. West for all that you do you are truly appreciated!

Thank you Sooooo much for the adjustment. I haven't tried to get adjusted while I have a headache in years because it never works-- I am just too tight!!I did sleep very well and the headache went away while I slept and this thing I've been trying to address in the right cervical thoracic region finally got released with the adjustment. I'm pretty sure I've never had an adjustment like that in all the years of getting ABC. I only get to see Dr. Jeff when he is in Florida for special courses so if you live near him, you are lucky. I practiced ABC exclusively for 12 of my 14 years in practice as a chiropractor. So take it from another expert-- he's the preferred Doctor of doctors. I may go months without an adjustment if I can't get a good ABC chiropractic adjustment. Thanks for the great work Dr. Jeff!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. West for the past two and a half years. I originally started going to Dr. West to help with hip pain I would experience while running long distance. He was one of the few Chiros in the area experienced working with athletes. Not only has he been a Godsend with helping me train for 2 half marathons and a soon to be full marathon but I also saw him for weekly adjustments throughout my entire pregnancy. I attribute my weekly adjustments with him to my smooth pregnancy. The adjustments helped tremendously with the sciatic nerve like pain i experienced During pregnancy and i also Attribute the adjustments to the baby always being in a great position. I slept Well throughout my entire pregnancy and i look forward to bringing my newborn in to see Dr. West as soon as it’s born next month. The office staff is also super friendly, his office hours are great and it’s super convenient to book apppointments.

I got a deep tissue massage here and it was the BEST I have ever gotten!!! After having a newborn, and carrying my baby all the time, I had knots in my back. I write this review a totally transformed individual in almost every health respect. I have been coming to Be Truly Well for almost 3 years now. I am really pleased with the way they treat their customers and how professional and friendly they are. My husband usually gets the deep tissue massage, which he has been taking for about 6 years or longer. He loves it. He can relax and enjoy a 60min massage every once in a while. Jacky does an incredible Brazilian waxing. I have tried other places along the way but her technique has been the greatest I have seen so far. The fact I come from Brazil, I can assure that this is a truly Brazilian waxing! It is quickpainless and the outcome is fabulous. I love the feeling of being truly well afterwards :)

Nov 2018 Wow! I was going to write a review on Dr. West, because again he really score when I sign in for a half marathon and have not been training, got hurt and after first visit here I am running again... I though I got to write a review, I come to Google and see I wrote one 3 years ago... Well that just tells you he is so effective and truly amazing! I have been seeing Dr. West for over 15 years. His particular technique on chiropractic is really something I have not experience anywhere else. I travel a lot, so I've been in Florida, California and I have been seeing different chiropractors in those areas, but truly only Dr. West has made a significant difference in my body wellness. I am an athlete and have exert my body too rough at times, times I can hardly walk, or do other kind of motions with the body; 100% of those times after visiting Jeff I go out of his office walking and feeling significantly better. This on other doctors take several treatments, but on his office after the first one my body truly changes, and the follow up appointments are to really keep that wellness there. Many times before a marathon, or a triathlon I have hurt myself, thinking I will waste all the training and time on that activity, but I know that if I go to Jeff he will make sure I am fine again to compete. It is truly a technique that I have not seen anywhere else. Its hard for me when I am far from this area, since having this resource makes my life significantly better and allows me to do any and all of the normal activities I enjoy doing. Thank you Dr. West, you have made my life so much better for over 15 years and I hope for many more years to come. Poor customer service ever experienced. Would not ever recommend using this business. Obviously they are busy enough with students they don't have to concentrate on customer service. I received, from my son, a Groupon for a massage there. I realize that because I have been there before the Groupon could not be used. I visited in person and ask for the face value and I would pay the difference in cash for the service....and was refused and told to return it to Groupon. Every Groupon I have seen states after expiration they are least worth the face value....this one has not expired it was a Christmas gift. Sorry but think that is terrible customer service and would not recomment anyone use there services for anything.

I was expecting a little more when I walked in for a full facial service at the price of $80. I wasn’t too impressed with the massage technique or the duration of the massages. The products smelled like cooking oil and I left feeling that I had minimal and careless extractions with my pores. I came back home with the same blackheads I arrived in and had very little improvement with the appearance of my skin. I pretty much just got an exfoliation with 3 different hot towels and laid in steam for about 10 minutes. Not the best facial I’ve had. I cannot say that I will be going back.
