This is an absolutely beautiful spa and the staff not to mention the services are second to none! I live in Greenwich and a friend said this spa was far superior to any of our spas here in the area so I and a girlfriend gave it a try! Elegant, excellence and award winning to sum it all up. We will definitely be back, our facials were the best we've ever had as were the pedicures and massages. I even had Laura the RN there for Botox and she did some juvederm to plump my cheeks and lips. They look the BEST they've ever looked!!! Really nice front desk and the owner went out of her way to spend time with us and just to check in! Thank you again, love you guys, we will be back!

Best birthday present I ever got was a gift certificate for a spa day here. Top notch place. Massage was heavenly, pedicure was great and we even got champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Customer service was top-notch.

Had the most wonderful experience at this spa last week with a friend. The staff there were remarkable and went above and beyond in quality of service and professionalism. We almost didn't go based on the poor review someone had given but word of mouth through friends indicated it was a bogus review. Sure enough, the spa is beautiful for starters, actually the nicest I have seen, impeccable cleanliness and our facials and pedicures were truly the finest we have ever received and I've been to a LOT of spas! We will definitely return here, the manager couldn't have been nicer and they even serve a complimentary glass of wine when you check in! Thanks to all the staff for making this a lovely birthday weekend experience, we shall return!!

If you plan on going here you better be prepared to remortgage your house. If you reschedule, on top of their absolutely absurd pricing ), they'll CHARGE you. They barged in on me WITHOUT KNOCKING (!!!) when I was getting changed once and I was seen absolutely stark NAKED. Then they had the audacity to charge me EXTRA because I received the "Red Carpet Package" from my father as a birthday gift, and didn't choose to get a 60 minute manicure 60 minute pedicure 60 min facial AND 60 min swedish massage all on the same day.. So what did they do? Charge me separately for each service so I used my gift card and then owed them some crazy price afterward. Some gift. This place is a SCAM!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I asked to show me in writing on the gift card receipt where these fees were coming from. The fat, rude blonde receptionist was completely unapologetic, talked to me condescendingly and simply pocketed the money. Nobody made an attempt to get the manager or offer an apology for the inconveniance. NEVER GO HERE!!!! AND IF YOU DO - DON'T RESCHEDULE IT'LL COST YOU!!!!! 20 bucks!!!!!! I will ensure all my friends ad family (I've only heard horror stories from my peers, as well) will NEVER RETURN!

Excellent massage therapy. Purchased the deep tissue massage for 1 hour. Was greeted with a glass of red wine (my choice) while my wife and I waited a few minutes in a room with a fireplace. The massage was a good loosening up workout for my back. When finished I felt relaxed and drained. Made me want to schedule another in a month. The price was $90 I think, it was a gift.

Amazing! A+! Chrissy did my daughter's hair, makeup, and nails for prom, and we couldn't be happier! She made it look like my daughter has tons of hair even though she only has a long bob (just about shoulder length). The up-do and makeup were done exactly as my daughter wanted and lasted the whole night. Chrissy listened to what my daughter had to say and encouraged her to give input throughout the entire process to make sure it was going in the direction she wanted. Chrissy is super sweet and made my daughter very comfortable from the start. I really can't say enough about the phenomenal job Chrissy did!

I am absolutely disgusted and since they are not going to fix things I decided to warn people of what is going on at this "wonderful" spa... Walking in, its a beautiful place you'd think you were in heaven. That's Not the case, the front staff gave my sister an attitude just because she only was paying for mani and pedi services and not more. Then within not even a week , my nails chipped away (the day before my wedding) and I got the worst fungal infection! My sister took hers off and all her nails are slowly rotting away!! That's both our hands and feet!! 4 different bottles of nail polish were used! We have contacted the manager just to warn them that 2 people received fungal infections and I received an email back saying that I had one THAT day that I came in!!! I work in dermatology I would know if I had any sort of infection! Not only that I would definitely NOT have gone to get my nails done if I had one and further more if I had one why was I not denied service ??? Also, if I had said infection why did the girl not put gloves on ? She had direct contact with my nails, even using her own to scrape polish off the sides of my supposed infected nails !! Gross ! She said I spread it to my sister but not to the women that actually touched the nails ?? Don't think so.. She asked for several things of documentation proving I had the infection which only shows she has experience in this and knows exactly what to ask for. I hope anyone else comes forward that has been here and also got infections from this place because they think they can get away with this! We are absolutely disgusted! Please note I have gotten my nails done at various places and NEVER once had an issue! All she needed to do was properly apologize!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a small business. For Christmas I asked for a gift card to the Spa. Not knowing the businesses had separated or that there would be an issue. The gift card was purchased at the Day Spa, when in fact the intentions where to have continued service at Transitions Spa. When I reached out to the owner of the Somers Day Spa asking if all, part or ½ could be transferred? he blatantly said “no” When I said I did not use the Day Spa for anything but hair services with my stylist Donnie who no longer works for the spa his response was “there were several stylist I could choose from”. (I have found my stylist and that is Donnie to whom I followed to his new location) I find it sad he was not able to work with me and at least split the gift card between the two locations, considering the intent of purchase.

Beautifully decorated salon and spa with stellar staff. I truly feel like family walking into the spa with how you’re treated by everyone there. I’ve had many services from massage, facial to manis and pedis. I go twice a month for manicures alone. I travel nearly 45mins for this service because the ladies there go above and beyond.

I've been a loyal customer of this spa for over 8 years. I've always had a good experience with the services and staff...until recently. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our pregnancy by getting a couples massage. The massages were amazing. Afterwards, since we were all greased up and going to dinner afterwards, I asked if we could rinse off which was always an amenity offered to us whenever we had massages there. The manager, Lisa R., gave us an attitude but we were still given towels. Since she gave us an attitude, we rinsed off as quickly as we could since we knew they were closing soon and thought maybe that was why she gave us an attitude. My husband finished getting ready first and waited for me in the lobby. As he was waiting, Lisa R. preceded to trash talk us and made some very rude comments (referred to me as a trophy wife and said "This isn't the f$%king YMCA) to another an employee, unaware my husband was sitting less than 7 feet from the reception desk. The other employee Lisa R. was talking to, knew my husband was in the lobby as they made eye contact when he walked by the desk. Perhaps she let Lisa R. say what she said on purpose but after she made the comment about it not being the f$%king YMCA, they started whispering. I walked out into the lobby and Lisa R. walked us to the door to say goodbye. She was complimenting me up and down about how I looked and asked where we were going to dinner. My husband acted like he didn't hear a thing to Lisa R. but as soon as we got into the car, he told me everything. I was really upset but how unprofessional, phony and tactless this Lisa R. had acted. If you're going to have such obnoxious opinions about people, at least wait until the people have left the building. Lisa R. is in the hospitality industry. Her job is to make people feel pampered, relaxed. Not only that, she was showing another employee that it's acceptable to her to trash talk clients while they are still in the building. The whole experience put a damper on our dinner. I called and asked to speak to the owner, Laura J. the following week. I left two messages and one day, Lisa R., calls me and says that she sees that I'm trying to contact the owner. She wants to know if she can help me instead. I was appalled by the fact that she would call me. I felt she was trying to intercept the messages as to not get in trouble. I told her to never call me again and to have the owner call me. The owner finally calls me back the next day and leaves me a message saying that she's busy with appointments and if I need assistance, to contact her manager, Lisa R. I called the owner back and left her a message describing what happened and that I would not be returning as I didn't feel comfortable going back knowing that her manager treats her clients this way. The owner never called me back to get more information nor to apologize. The owner must think this behavior is acceptable. Unless Lisa R. intercepted the voicemail and deleted it. Either way, the owner lost a loyal customer, not over poor services but the poor, unprofessional attitude of her manager. Very sad.
