Michelle is so calm and welcoming, she makes you feel so comfortable the moment you enter the building. She thoughtfully explains everything about the procedures, also what to do post procedure. Already booked my second appointment.

Michelle is not just an esthetician but a nurse as well. She is not only a skincare professional but has a great deal of interest and knowledge with regards to overall body health. She is very down to earth and approachable, very clear in her explanation of procedures and expected results, and does not use pressure or persuasion to sell unnecessary or unwanted procedures. A visit to Secret Beauty is a very relaxing and enlightening experience.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother , who has been raving about how much she loves this place for a solid year now: She originally went to Michelle due to a scar she had on her face from acne as a teen ager. Her prices were very reasonable compared to other med spas so she decided to give this one a try. Michelle highly recommended micro-dermabrasion as a treatment for this, and my mother has been going for this treatment about once ever 3 weeks since then - as well as some sort of a radio frequency treatment (can't recall the exact name). Since she has been going, her acne scars and large pores have been significantly reduced, and skin elasticity greatly increased. Michelle is a nurse aesthetician who is very knowledgeable about the treatments and products she uses. She is very good at explaining how they work and what they accomplish. She's also not one to BS you into buying a treatment you don't need. I have only visited Secret Beauty a couple of times myself, but I would like to add that not only is she a super genuine person, she's also a complete bad-ass. If you visit (which I hope you do!) make sure to ask her to tell you about the time she chased down some kid trying to steal her car!

I had bought 3 pack of microdermabrasion thru Groupon. My first appointment was good. Made 2nd one as well. She used some harsh pack on my super sensitive skin, it started to burn right away, my eyes got watery. She used fan but, didn’t help me much and end up removing the pack in a minute. That is one bad experience. Secondly she was telling me about how they sell the treatment packs at discount price which I was not sure about. Lastly, I called to book my 3rd microdermabrasion, no response. Called x2 and left message even send text multiple times, but no response. I took my business somewhere more reliable than this.

Being a guy and trying to solve your acne problems shouldn't be difficult and you should feel good while doing it. I bounced around from dermatologist to dermatologist and never found someone that actually wanted my skin to look better. Everywhere I went they would just try to upsell me on procedures and didn't actually help my face. Fast forward to meeting Michelle and my skin has never felt better. I honestly thought I would be stuck with this horrible acne my whole life. I walk in there and can tell she is in this profession because she genuinely wants to help people. She doesn't judge and is very educated on everything she provides there for services. Don't let the name secret beauty deter you from going if you're a male because these services are perfect for either gender to enjoy. I would recommend anything Michelle suggests because she really knows what she is doing and runs an amazing business.

Michelle is an amazing nurse/esthetician!!! I had my first microdermabrasion by her today and it was a very educational experience. She explains everything in detail and beyond! My skin looked and felt so good when I was done. I can’t wait to go back for more treatments.

Unfortunately, I was unable to ever get ahold of anyone to schedule my appointment. I left 4 detailed messages over the course of 2 weeks and also emailed. No one ever responded. A place like that probably will not be a good experience. I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: I received a call the day after posting the original review. I took my business elsewhere but I do appreciate that I was given a call. Adding one star.
