I felt like I was being profiled like someone who didn't have any money. I came straight from work and was still in my scrubs. The "doctor" took one look at me and immediately offered me the ghetto edition membership, making a snide remark about not being able to afford the deluxe treatment. Not only could I afford it, but I was going to purchase it. Her attitude turned me right around. Tisk tisk.

If you want professional and luxurious treatment with excellent results, this is the Med Spa for you! I have been to several Medical Spas over the past few years and was incredibly impressed with Greenwich Medical Skincare & Laser Spa. Their entire staff provides educated guidance and an extremely warm and comforting environment. I had terrible fat pads under my eyes and sun damage and melasma causing discoloration. They treated each issue with excellence - I feel like I've shaved 10 years off my aging process! In addition, I then chose to take advantage of hair reduction/removal for under arm and bikini. Had a small scar on my face and they persuaded me to get fraxel. Left large, permanent burns on my face and kind of just push me off saying, “it looks fine.” The scars left b the fraxel were about 20x larger then the original scar they tried to fix. Horrible place

Had the most amazing experience today with Stephanie!! She did lip filler on me and her hands are magic! She took her time with me and I left with the most amazing results. Minimal swelling and no bruises which is unheard of for this kind of treatment. Even the front staff were amazed that I didn’t bruise or have a lot of swelling. It’s all thanks to Stephanie and her magic touch.

Recently had lip injections at Greenwich Medical Spa with Amanda, and I am very happy with the beautiful results. The front desk staff was warm and friendly and went above and beyond to give me the appointment I wanted. Ahisa the medical assistant was very knowledgeable and checked on me multiple times while the numbing cream was setting in. Amanda the NP and injector was professional, took her time and 100% listened to what I wanted. Extremely happy with the results and the staff and look forward to going back for more treatments.

Just want to let you know how pleased I am with Shilpa and the Eraser. (Have completed 2 of my 6 treatments.) Her caring attitude is only surpassed by her exceptional skill set and mastery of this procedure. I was so pleased I had Shilpa do Botox on my 11's. In the 15+ years I've been using Botox, this was the best session, the best results, I ever experienced. She knew just how much to inject, no bruising, no need to come back - perfect. I had seen good reviews on Greenwich Medical Spa, and had also received a coupon for this spa when I attended a popular local Breast Cancer Fundraiser. I took that as another endorsement that this is a reputable place. I went on their website to get further information and a chat box welcomed me. They asked a few questions, and asked if they could call me. I gave them my contact information and they called me right away. After answering their questions, I thought I'd be able to make an appointment during the call. Instead, I was told someone would 'get back to me' to schedule an appointment. No one ever called me back. My assumption is they are either disorganized, overwhelmed, or really don't need new clients.

Love, love, love this place! Catherine Curtin, NP, is a super talented professional who won’t leave you looking or feeling fake. I was really nervous about having fillers in my face and she took time to talk me through what I should expect before, during, and after I had them. She worked slowly and carefully, taking time to get it right. I had minimal bruising and the final look is very natural. My husband had no idea I had this done. His only remark was, “You look beautiful. What are you doing, woman?” ;) Go see Catherine. You’ll love her — and your new look.

Excellent experience here. I've had facials at many different med spas, but this is - by far - my favorite place. I wish they weren't 2 hrs away, but it's worth it! VERY glad that they have Saturday hours, which can be difficult to find. The results from the SilkPeel Dermalinfusion facials last 1-2 weeks. I've gone to Susannah both times and she is great!
