Best lips in CT. Anita wolf @faceit CT is world recognized injector for galderma and allergen. This made my decision easier knowing she trains all the doctors and nurses. My husband was so impressed by my lips and perfect pout, he came in for cool sculpting and Botox. Beautiful spa, great staff, great experience. My only five star review

Had really bad shoulder pain from trying to play sports in a way that I probably shouldn't. Kristin did a deep-tissue massage and has really done wonders on some persistent muscular pain I've had for months now... really amazing work!

I can't say enough good things about Face It!!! I've been going for about a year and participate in the membership program. Two areas is about $120/month and you get regular refills, as well as a 15% discount on other products and services. Anita Wolf is absolutely amazing and a super talented injector. She's done my cheeks and tear troughs with Restylane and I love the Dysport above my brows. I never bruise with her and the Restylane results are instant gratification! I also have to mention how awesome Jodi is!! Jodi was able to clear up my rosacea better than any M.D. dermatologist I've seen over the years. Seriously, I mean it when I say Jodi is a miracle worker! Treat yourself to a Hydrafacial Luxe (the Luxe includes microneedling) and I swear to you that your skin will be glowing in the dark! You'll also be so relaxed, you may not be safe to drive home after! This med spa is super clean and comfortable. Don't roll the dice anywhere else!

The ambiance of this place is perfect for a spa. It feels relaxing with the aromas the moment you walk in! The seating is comfy! The staff was so friendly and my Esthetician Jodi Daniels did an amazing job on my facial! It was so much better than I expected and I left there feeling like I had brand new skin! I have been seeing Jodi for Hydrafacials for about a year now and my skin looks better than it ever has. Jodi always goes above and beyond by adding light therapy or a peel as well as the Hydrafacial. Thanks to her I no longer have hormonal acne, which I had been fighting for years. Came here for a free consultation for hair removal. The technician was very helpful in explaining pricing and how effective the treatments would be on each of my areas of hair. She even told me point blank the treatments would not work on my upper lip as the hair was too light. Her honesty had me saying yes to treating my armpits, an area she told me would work very well. The laser itself is a little warm and gets a little uncomfortable after a few seconds of application. The feeling is not much different to tweezing, just more at once. My technician was kind and took it slow. She even gave me a test feel to calm my nerves. Come clean shaven and wear a tank top and a bar you don’t mind getting a little messy. The ultrasound goo they use with the laser tends to dry white and crusty. Comes out in the wash. It’s only been one treatment so far, but I’m hopeful the next few will start showing results.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at Face It. Anita gave me a thread lift along my jaw line. Then during the procedure, she gave me an injectable without confirming price with me (so I was socked with an unexpectedly large bill at end of appointment). More importantly, there was no communication about how painful the procedure would be. It may have been lack of experience on her part, but it was deeply painful. Then after I left, there was no follow up phone call (which is odd - I always receive follow up calls after any medical procedure), my face burned and was hot for about a week due to an infection. I continued to have sharp pain for months after the procedure. I tried to resolve this directly with the owner; Anita told me "it was probably nerve damage:" (!!), offered a free botox injection as compensation but given the awful experience I did not feel comfortable going under her needle again. Would not recommend. Edited to add: the owner had her lawyer send me a baseless, harassing letter following this review.

I visited Anita Wolf at Face It In West Hartford, CT. Upon walking in to the medical spa, it is warm, well decorated with a professional staff. This place has it all from Botox, Dysport, Restylane, facials, acne care, pedicures, mocroblading, cool sculpting and laser hair removal. I chose Anita through a friends referral for my Botox touch up. I’m glad I did, not only did I get a great result, I learned she is the trainer to the stars as she trains all the injectors in the reinstate area. It’s a beautiful medical spa with full service injectables, IV therapy, facials and professional staff. Five stars, highly recommend

Do not go here. I am suffering from irreversible damage thanks to inexperienced person they hired. I have shelled out thousands and have to have a spot on my lip biopsied which will leave a scar thanks to this place . DO NOT GO HERE!

Went to Face It for threading to face and neck region after having multiple treatments of V Shape at another center with no results whatsoever. Anita, the owner performed the treatment and is a nurse. She was meticulous in performing the treatment, making sure the areas treated were completely numb and ensuring my utmost comfort at all times. The results were absolutely incredible! I only wish I hadn't wasted so much money on the V shape and found this center a long time ago! Also had threading done to alleviate crepiness of upper inner arms. Again, the results were amazing.I woke up the day after the treatment with zero bruising whatsoever and no swelling as well which is a testament to the quality of this practitioner.Would highly recommend Anita or any of the highly trained staff.The spa is beautiful and welcoming in their aesthetics as well which creates a relaxing atmosphere.

I researched long and hard to find a new med spa after moving to CT nearly 4 years ago. I chose Face It based on its stellar online reviews and the recommendation of several acquaintances. Anita Wolf is a superhero with both needle and laser alike - the most masterful injector and aesthetics RN I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She listens to her patients' needs, desires, and concerns and she has a keen eye for detail and is excellent at explaining procedures, outcomes, and benefits. Nancy Rinaldi is, hands down, the best aesthetician around. She has many tried-and-true techniques, but also keeps up with the latest trends and treatments. Moreover, she's detail oriented and ALWAYS knows exactly what my reactive, hormonal, acne-prone skin needs. Sharon and the rest of the Face It staff provide a seamless experience when it comes to booking, payment, as well as answering and referring client questions. This review is a long time coming and the five stars are well deserved. These ladies have taken such good care of me over the past four years, I wish I could give more!

I went here with a shoulder injury that's been nagging me forever. Kristin Harpie was recommended to me by many people in town. I got an hour massage with her. It was very deliberate in the sense she was trying to relieve my pain. That was yesterday. Today I feel amazing. Kristin followed up with me and gave me advice on icing. I am going back to her this week again for her to continue to relieve the pain. I should also mention that the spa is beautiful and she is extremely professional.
