The worst place yet! Not only was I one of two people. I came out of there with more cuts than when I work in my garden. Cindy was who worked on me. Even when I jumped she just kept going and got more cuts. It got worse when a customer came in and left. She took it out on my hands. I also got a pedicure and ended up,with fungus on my feet and had to see a dermatologist. If I could put a negative -10 I would.

Worst experience a friend and I went in for two sets around 5pm and it was as if they were rushing to do our nails. I got a full set with regular matte done and the matte was horrible I asked them to fix it and they just came and brushed more matte on & by the time we left to examine the nails under light she didn’t cover my entire nail bed with the matte on not one single finger. I was charged 30$ which was way too much for a regular set with no design and their prices aren’t consistent. My mom received a full set with designs for only 25$ a couple of days before my friend and I went. Oh and there’s no refunds beware ladies!!

Just thinking maybe I should give another review because this is my favorite place to be! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and I’m never, ever disappointed. Cindy is my nail tech and does my waxing and she always makes me feel beautiful. I always feel so comfortable when I come in and they treat me so well and my nails never look bad or chip for the 2 weeks I wait to get another rebase! Thank you Cindy and the girls for always being so welcoming. You know I love y’all ❤️

Came in and was told I was next. Ended up making me wait 45minutes just to get a shellac mani. Took over an hour to finish the mani and my shellac started chipping off 3 days later!!! When I called to ask them to fix it, they kept telling me to call back later when they weren’t busy and ultimately ended up telling me that it was my fault the nails chipped. I’ve gotten shellac manis for years and NEVER had them chip in less than a week to week and a half AT LEAST! Not to mention, my nails are super crooked when I told the technician multiple times and asked her to fix it. I will never spend my money here again nor will I recommend my worst enemy to go here! I wish I could give negative stars!!!

Cindy and Katie are the ones who always do my sns manicure but one usually always is too rough and makes me bleed at least twice. They’re very kind though. The thing I would love to see is a better way to display the sns powders because their book is a mess and doesn’t have most of the colors. I wish they would dip fake nails in each color and display those so you can see what the color will actually turn out like since they never look like they do in the jar.

I went there for a birthday gift for myself and have been there before. Mine and my friends pedicure was amazing, but when I got my nails done it was utterly ridiculous. The tech did not know what she was doing and now my nails look like a twelve year old did it. I will not be going back. IF YOU GO DONT LET ANYONE ELSE TOUCH YOU BUT CINDY. SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNOWS WHAT SHES DOIN!!

My nails came out nice BUT it took 3.5 hours to get mine and 3 other peoples nails done due to low staff. The staff kept forgetting that my mom and my aunt needed manicures and my daughter needed a pedicure. Also I’ve never had to pay for both acrylic and powder plus the full set price. Way over priced for the amount of time and service that was provided today. I will NEVER be back.

Wanted to have a mommy/daughter manicure with my daughter. Cost 30$ My daughter only had her nails painted. The nail tech was mean. She is 5 years old, she was holding still but the lady barked orders at her the whole time. My daughter has been going since she was 3. She knows how to stay still & quiet. She wouldn't put a gem on, she wouldn't do anything but a flower on but 2 nails. The flowers looked like I had painted them on. I had my painted the same as my daughter but with a manicure. Oh and the tech cut a chunk out of my finger. 1 word to describe them: RUDE!

Nothing but good things to say! A very inviting and comfortable environment. The employees provide excellent customer service. I never feel rushed and always walk out with exactly what I want at a fair price. They take their time to make me feel pampered and appreciated. I’ve only been here a few times but the employees remembered me and made me feel very welcome.

I drive from Hampden and Wadsworth to come see Cindy for a pedicure. She's wonderful. I suffer from ingrown toe nails and she doesn't just make my feet look pretty but she actually does a very thorough job of cleaning and caring for my feet.

Awful. Took half my nail off & cut my skin very deep. Got the color I asked for wrong & then proceeded to charge full price! Got home and noticed the lady didn't even put the top coat on the shellac. Worst experience at a nail salon.

I love this nail spa I use to go to Lakewood but Cindy and all the girls are wonderful I tried there S N S nails it's a dip power thats better for ur nails and I love them there 40 dollars a full set but it's worth it

I only get a manicure pedicure a couple times a year. I felt very comfortable. The place was clean! Staff are friendly! It made for an enjoyable spoil myself experience. Thank you! It may temp me to go more often.

Tried this shop for the first time to get a rebase, and almost all my nails lifted within days! Shellac polish chipped off on one nail also. Ive been getting my nails done for 30+ years so I know bad service. The manager wasn't understanding my complaint or frustration because she offered to fix the chipped polish as a solution. I insisted they fix all my nails. Made an appointment the following with the manager to get a new set and now I'm' waiting 15 minutes!
