Bad service, the nurse had only 2 years experience in doing Botox, kept saying "I don't want to do too much". I did not ask her how many syringes she was going to use, probably used four and charged me 300.00 and that was with 10 % discount she claimed, I did not see ay difference at all, 1st time as a patient, I also took my 35 year old daughter, and she only wanted her forehead and eye lines, did not do enough botox , no difference in her lines at all! I called to let them know and see how we could fix it, the head nurse who Informed me she owned the place, and she had trained that particular nurse was rude, nasty and refused to either see me , as for my daughter she was going back to San Francisco, she refused to give her credit ... in her own words " I cannot please anyone", " you have the right to give us a "bad" review! I thought the client was always right all the time! I am a Registered nurse and we always make sure the client is satisfied and happy! and if the client is not, we either fix it or give credit! Not in this place, the head nurse who owned the place was nasty and rude, thinks she knows everything! not going back or recommend this place!!!!

Gerty Bland and her entire medical team at Premier Medi Spa are truly exceptional. Gerty is a surgical nurse specializing in cosmetic surgery and the entire Premier staff is guided by the extraordinary cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Gregory Bland. I stay on a regular maintenance routine with Botox, Juvederm, and lasers and Gerty guides me every step of the way. She is brilliant in analyzing where and how much (or how little ) my face needs to keep me looking youthful and natural. I can't imagine trusting these medical procedures with anyone else!!! I have heard that some people will actually go to a dermatologist, or even a dentist, for Botox, etc. That would be terrifying to me because they don't have any cosmetic surgery training! !! For the most youthful, beautiful, and natural you , only trust Gerty and Premier Medi Spa. I've been going to her for over a decade and couldn't be happier with the results! !!!!!

i honestly cannot express how absolutely amazing my experience was with Mychelle! I was very nervous going in to start with because it was my first time being in a place like this. After i had my laser hair removal consultation with Mychelle my mind and nerves were eased. The appointment itself was very enjoyable and i found myself extremely comfortable there. Mychelle made the process as painless as possible and even quite fun. Not to mention the rest of the staff are just as amazing, i just did not have as much time with them

I'm often asked what kind of makeup I use... People say, 'your skin is so beautiful!" However, I believe it's not only the makeup, but the care I receive at Premier MediSpa... I get the Elos laser treatment at least 3-4 times a year. It stimulates collagen, lightens or removes age spots and tightens my skin. Love Premier MediSpa!

Owners are greeting and selfish. They treat employees bad and say horrible things about their clients. Prices are high. Service is poor. Had an appt. with Kortney and she complaint about the place the whole time. She should focus on her work. It was hard to get an appt for a massage.

First time getting juvaderm in my lips. Overall I had a bad experience and horrible result. The filler was above & outside the upper lip. It’s been almost a year & it still hasn’t completely dissolved.

Dr Bland is absolutely amazing. He gives you the raw facts. Many people want a overnight Kardashian body; he will inform you of what is best for your body structure. I am 6 months post surgery and my results are beautiful!!! He advised me, his staff took care of me and made me comfortable from start to finish. I received follow up phone calls everyday for a week following my procedure (weekends included). I had access to my nurse for questions through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Bland is the best plastic surgeon in Colorado!

Having done sports my entire life, out in the sun all the time, this is the first time with any kind with a Medi-Spa, and they were so amazing, informative, welcoming, and friendly during the consult. Also, I had my first procedures done today, and afterwards they didn't try to sell me anything. I have great advice, and have been given a lot of info on what I do need to purchase to enhance my skincare routine, but, I think it is notable that they didn't hard sell products, like some lesser facilities may do.

I am a very talented local massage therapist and have both sold and created skin care products. I research everything to a pulp before I spend my money on something. I've always wanted HA (restylane/juvederm) injections but was nervous that they would look to obtuse, or that it would be painful. When I came to Gerty, i already knew that this place is the best in the area for injections and other Medspa services. Also, she was the only person willing to do just a half syringe, and the price was very reasonable after checking around the area . Just as I will pay 1000$ for the best serum instead of trying many 50$ serums that don't work, I was willing to spend money on what I decided would be the best place based on research- even though the price was surprisingly good. The best part of this review is the service and results. The building is lovely, and you feel like you are important and all of that. They offer the latest/innovative medical procedures as well. When I came in I told Gerty that she is the professional and I trusted her aesthetic to inject wherever she felt would look best in the lip area- one of those situations where I'm really glad I trusted her expertise and vision. I just did the lower lip and half a syringe the first time...**and it look amaaaaaaazing**. I don't have super thin lips to begin with, I was more concerned with some cold sore scars around on/around the lips, but WOW I loved it!!!! I came home and my mom- who is one of the most critical people on earth- said...ok...I know you had something done again, didn't you?! But..what was it? Your face just looks..more rested or nicer or something. I said....I got injections and she was like, ohhh! Wait- you did WHAT?! You're only 30 years old, what the hell? It was subtle enough, yet gorgeous..after hearing and seeing awful outcomes from injections of every substance, I was also amazed at how little it hurt and the very minimal swelling/bruising etc. Everyone has complimented me and I have referred many of my clients to her, because I want everyone to have the experience I have had. Since then I have gone back to get my top lip done which hurt slightly more and bruised a tiny bit, but was well worth while. Will continue to go to her for laser and other procedures. I took my wife here on her birthday for a consultation about getting lip fillers. They were kind, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. We're able to get the procedure done here and it has had excellent results, she looks absolutely radiant and has assured me that we're are going back. They even have a prestocked makeup room for customers post procedure so that they can look their best when leaving.

So I used to see Jessica for my lashes and brows. My lashes hurt so bad I got them removed and I had little to no eye lashes left. I also got a chalazion cyst from here. I got my eye brows (microblading) done they looked awful and uneven. When the girl removed my lashes they where so stuck together and looked awful.
