Specifically worked with Andy, who did a great job of understanding our needs, our price point, and our appetite for maintenance. Never once did we feel pressured. Installation could not have been easier. Not to mention, we called in a panic when we had our first problem (our fault), many months later, and could not have received better service. Definitely a great decision to work with this crew!

Maximum Comfort Pool & Spa maintained my spa for 6+ years while we had our home in Frisco, CO. The spa water was always fresh and clean, no matter the season of the year. Typically, what ever work they performed on the spa, it was always done right the first time. I don't recall ever having to call them back to make something right. They performed maintenance every other week, or about twice each month. I would say my experience with them was mostly positive. The only con I can up with is that at $200+ a month, the service is quite costly, irregardless of the fact theirs is a competitive price.

They have never disappointed, have always given exceptional service, dealt with emergencies and kept my hot tub sparkling clean. It may not be the cheapest, but it is the best. Best pool and hot tub service in the mountains! We have been hot tub customers for years and recently added a large new pool. Their service work, led by mgr Ken Hall, has been above and beyond. This is especially noteworthy since in Vail Valley there are so many challenges. You can depend on them from start to finish. Highly recommend MC.
