I made an appointment yesterday for today at 3:00 pm and drove there for 20+ minutes just to find out from Dusty (The manager) that my appointment had been cancelled. Dusty stated that they tried to reach out to me earlier in the morning and when I was on my way there. I showed her my phone and told her that no one called me earlier in the morning or left a message. The only missed call from them was at 2:27 pm when I was driving there and I don’t take phone calls when I am driving. So annoying and very poor customer service!!!! Dusty reserved me an appointment at 5:00 instead!! Really??? Wait two more hours?? As this was not already an inconvenience? She also stated that she can provide an enhancement for the next time I make an appointment.... Really??? A $5 eye treatment, feet scrub, aromatherapy, etc... Ridiculous!!! I reviewed other comments from the past and it seems like the owner needs to work on their front desk staff/managers. This review was from Daniel another dissatisfied customer. “They seem to cancel you appointments regularly for various reasons, if you booked 1 day, or 3 months ahead, front desk seems very temporary and GREEN. Management - invest in your staff, and treat your customers better.”

Terrible customer service. They got my appt wrong and were so rude about it. The front staff were not very welcoming or cared about you. The lady who gave the massage talked a lot and told me I had to give her a high star rating in the email. Been going to massage envys l Over but no more. They lost my business

This was my first massage in five years and only my second one in my life. I must say Andrew was awesome!! He has so much knowledge about what he does and has a lot of passionate in his job. He had no problem educating me along the way. I was very nervous walking in for my appointment today. By the end of session I never thought that I would feel so comfortable. I had a membership during my pregnancy Which expired in December 2017. My last massage was scheduled dec 10 however on the 9th I cancelled the appointment because I was in labor. After my delivery I had to wait 6 weeks before getting a massage. Today when I returned to the store to schedule my massage, I was denied because they informed me it expired dec 29. I explained to them I was in no medical condition to get a massage and recently gave birth as to why I could not get my massage sooner. They denied my request to use my massage that I paid for. This is a store that was closed for 2 months during my membership and I did not complain because I thought I would be able to use my banked massages when they opened back up. This is also a store that has cancelled one of my appointments because they could not provide me with a pre-natal masseuse. manager didn’t even have the decency to come talk to me face to face, she stayed in her office. The massage therapists are wonderful - the front desk ladies are wonderful. The floor plan and space of the new and not improved Massage Envy - Briargate - horrible. The the Tranquility Room - is COLD - not peaceful. The chairs are like the chairs of a doctors office and yes they have just put up blinds for the Light Blinding Room - horrible. I do not want to see who is passing by - I want to not see anything - I want tranquility. NO privacy either - you have to cross the main entrance to go to the other side of rooms. And as a paying client - the front desk location does nothing for me either. The door faces NORTH - COLD WIND! And the employees who have to deal with that during the winter!!!!!!!! How thoughtless of corporation and the owner. Oh yes - the art work in the rooms are cold and not soothing either. Nothing tranquil happenin at the Massage Envy - Briargate.

So my friend booked me an appointment as a favor to me. First time getting a message but they ask you to fill out a survey about your health. I did and unfortunately I do have cancer. By time it came for me to get the message the front desk tells me that the person I'm booked for was uncomfortable I told them it was brain cancer I didn't ask her to even touch my head!!!! Just annoying very rude as if I chose to get cancer or if I'm contagious Never again!

I've been coming here about a year and I have been very satisfied with the service. I have found a wide range of therapists to suit my needs. I know that Cassie and Erin are great for a more relaxing massage and Rachel is great for a more deep tissue. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love this place!

My wife had $300 in coupon gifts and went for a single massage ($75) and was told in order to carry over the remainder of the coupons she has to sign a membership contract. She was told she can come in to cash out the remaining coupon money for additional massages. When calling in 4 month later to schedule a massage we were informed the contract was a 3 month contract and has expired and she can kiss the rest of the coupon good-bye. No bending the rules or honoring for the miscommunication she was given! Will never go to these crooks again and hopefully others will follow suit!

I received a massage from Danielle, LMT at this location. I felt very relaxed and she has positive energy. If you are stressed, need to relax and clear your mind, I highly recommend Danielle. The atmosphere in addition to her energy creates a serene experience.

They have good therapists here but they’re front office/admin are impossible to get anywhere with. I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks. Every time I call they promise it within the next 24-48 hours..

Mike is professional, thorough, with excellent communication skills. His talent and experience becomes apparent immediately as everything he does is intentional and effective--no random, light, absent-minded lotion application with this one! Pressure was perfect, deeper pressure was where needed and indicated. As a picky massage therapist myself, I can say Mike will be my regular go-to person for aches & pains! Also, the facility itself is clean, nice, staff in general congenial and professional. Definitely good value overall.

I'm new to massage and new to this area, after visiting this clinic I'm now a member, I enjoyed my 90 minutes and had an awesome experience with my therapist. Not only did I walk out feeling relieved of some tension and stress but left with some helpful tips regarding my back and neck. Thanks to the staff and my therapist Nicole! Front desk girl was doing me a favor by gracing me with her precence. And... DO NOT get sucked into holiday discounted gift. Upon using service you will be hard sold into a minimum if 1 year membership that you'll probably never use. The only decent masseuse is always booked and my busy schedule makes it extremely hard to see her when I have the time. Totally not worth the money. Best thing there was the anti-aging facial kit I bought. I later found it cheaper at Ulta.

The meat mill of massage places. No one to one client interaction. They didn’t seem to care about your pain, the kind of pressure you want, etc. You’re just another body to massage and get out the door real quick. They also really try to push their membership on you. You can opt to avoid the membership fee, but then they charge an arm and a leg for the 1 hour massage and they hassle you to buy it.
