When I called to make an appt I specifically asked if they had someone there that specializes in the color and highlights I wanted done. Hooked me up with this gal they said specializes in doing blonde hair with pastel highlights. Needless to say, was there for 4 1/2 hours because she had to try 3 times to try and get it to what I was told she could do. I am barely half a shade lighte and it looks nothing like I was promised. Still had to pay $150 for the disappointment and left her a $50 dollar tip because I felt baddie tried 3 different times in 4 1/2 hrs and still could do it. So much for being told we have some that is the best at doing blonde highs. Very dissatisfied I was lied to

Not only did they damage my hair but they gave me the complete opposite color I wanted. They refused to pay to fix it and customer service was extremely poor. To get this kind of result from hair care professionals whom I was speaking with for weeks prior to my visit to make sure they could do it is absolutely unacceptable. Went for a consultation for color with Miranda two weeks before my wedding. Showed her a picture of a hair color and she said she could definitely do it. Nothing crazy, asked for caramel brown. When she colored my hair two days before my wedding it was entirely the wrong color. Bright white bayalage and mousy brown is what I got. The back was orange and yellow and red and many different colors. When I explained to her that it looked awful she got a huge attitude and told me that “no one would see it when it was styled.”The whole underneath was multicolor and I wasn’t happy. I asked her what we could do because it didn’t look good and not even close to what we talked about during the consultation. She toned it more and her whole demeanor was crappy. It felt like she was throwing a tantrum. She was rough with my hair and the water was hot when she rinsed my hair this time. She didn’t want to talk anymore and the whole experience changed very negatively. Being at her mercy because it was two days before my wedding she got the color to look better but still wasn’t what I asked for.I told her it was much better (it was better but not great)and paid her for her services. It was the most expensive color I have ever had done and not worth the money. I chose this place because their reviews were amazing but learned they give 20% off products if you give them a review. Final note though, Ann did a great job doing my makeup and hair for my wedding and it lasted all night! Looked very pretty! :)Thank you Ann!

The worst service or lack therof. Had 3:15 appt with Aislin. Checked in with reception. Ignored until 3:50. Aishlin asked if I was her 5:00. I asked why would I shoe ip at 3:00 - 2 hours early. She was very rude and in very nasty tone said "exactly what I was thinking." this makes me wonder why she would not try to clarify with a customer. . . that would have been good customer service. NEVER GO THERE.

Had 3pm appointment for multiple services. When I arrived was told Shelby was an hour behind. When I stated that I had an appointment a middle aged woman with short dark hair (later found her name to be Val) stated "you can't expect a stylist to adjust their schedule ". She was so r Udell, told me I could leave that I almost did. Apparently the patient ahead of me wanted extra services and was accommodated instead of Shelby telling her she had a 3pm client scheduled. I give Shelby credit, she Asked Yolanda to come in to take care of me and no one could have been as kind and did a fabulous job and I will return only to see you. Val needs some serious customer service skills if your clientele is expected to grow

I went to this place to get a hair cut awhile back, and the lady who cut my hair was constantly telling me how horrible my hair looked. The staff definitely make you feel out of place. the stylist kept making snide remarks and just being all around rude! And when she was done i swear she said “your hair might look crooked but it’s not, trust me”! Are you serious?! When i went to look, she completely botched it! I had to schedule 2 appointments with other stylist to fix it. And they charged $40 just to butcher my hair! Never go here!!

I am quite disappointed in my experience here. I made an appointment for a cut and color. When I arrived, it took 7 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone who works there. No, "Hi, welcome in!" or "Hi! We will be right with you!" Nothing. When I was being checked in, the gal asked if I was just there for a cut. I told her my appointment should be for a color, as well. She informed me that my stylist was not even there. I'm not sure if I was scheduled with someone who wasn't working that day or what, but I waited a little longer. A different employee came and notified me that they were trying to figure out "whose books I was on." A little bit later I was taken back to the sink by a different stylist, which I was confused about since I've never had a wash before color. She, too, was not informed I had made an appointment for a cut AND color. She was going to need to reschedule me for the following day. They had already wasted enough of my time, that I was not going to make another appoint with this VERY unorganized place.

I've had terrible experiences with bleach, so I went in hoping she wouldn't say that bleach was necessary but with Aislinn's magic she gave me the color that others couldn't give me! I had a good first experience at this place. So much so that I went thru all the trouble to make another appointment before I left. The stylist and I agreed on retouching my color for the next appointment. I received a text message confirming my appointment a few days prior to it. On the day of I called to see if my stylist would be okay with trimming my daughters hair instead of coloring mine. I find out over the phone that there is no appointment. The man I talked to on the phone asks me if he can give me a call back while he figures it out. No big deal. He calls back to tell me my stylist quit and that I could try reaching out to her if I wanted. That was it. Had I not called I would have completely wasted my time showing up to my confirmed appointment since they weren't at all willing to find time for me that day. If you're looking for a reliable salon I highly recommend one of the better ones in this area.

My stylist was, Miranda. She was very professional and truly listened to what I wanted. I have very long hair and she did a beautiful job with the long layers. I will be going back to her in a month for another cut and color. A very talented hairstylist!

I have NEVER been to this salon before and because of my experience at the last salon Lush Salon and them messing up my hair I wanted to come to illusions for a deep conditioning treat and they were told by Lush Salon not to take me as a client and they listened to them. She said “several salons” however I have only been to House of Color and Lush Salon and I have messages from my stylist at House of Color and she said she nor her boss have not spoke any ill of me. Sadly and almost laughably disappointing! Salon was nice enough. Staff friendly. My personal experience, not so great. When I get a haircut, I love how great I feel when I come out. I did not feel that way today. I won’t get into all the details leading me to believe she is very inexperienced but was shocked that she let me go out with damp hair thinking the “style” would hold. Does this look like -just got out of the salon- hair? Picture taken half hour after I left.

Looking to get eyelash extensions? You’ve come to the right place. I’ve been coming to tami for about a year now and I won’t ever go to anyone else. When I first started getting mine done I had a slight reaction to the glue. Tami went out of her way and bought special glue and takes an extra 30 minutes before and after prepping my lashes. You won’t find the above and beyond service anywhere else. Not only is the service great but the quality is just amazing. I can last three- four weeks if needed between fills. It still looks amazing but 2 weeks is optimal. I’ve been to eliches, down water slides, swimming, mental breakdowns and these eyelashes don’t budge. I’ve referred her to many of my friends and they all love her. But to top it all off, you can get a spray tan, a facial, waxing, you name it all in one appointment. I WARN YOU though, they will be addicting but worth every penny!
