They took the time to listen then gave me three different treatments...cryotherapy, for which i had purchased a groupon, celluma, and spot therapy. They were clearly more concerned with making me feel better than selling services since the owner did not charge for the other two treatments. That turned out to be a good business decision because i will be back and i will tell everyone I know. My kneck feels much better too!

My experience at Colorado Springs Cryotherapy has been amazing. One year ago I had total knee replacement on both knees at the same time. Despite rehab and working out with a trainer, I felt my progress had stopped. I read about cryotherapy and with high hope and minor trepidation I entered the cryochamber. From day one I felt improvement!! After a few treatments, I felt I could hop and skip across the parking lot. My trainer even noticed I had dropped a few pounds. Hey, I'm still not where I want to be rehab wise, but I felt good enough to go to Peru and finally visit Machu Picchu this month! Cryotherapy has been a wonderful addition to my self care journey. I have started Celluma treatments here as well! The staff, Kristen and Noah, is helpful and accommodating. I love Colorado Springs Cryotherapy.

I’m rating the CryoSkin they offer as that’s the only service I paid for. The three stars are for the staff that are nice and helpful. I just wish I had a realistic review of CryoSkin before buying a package so I’m hoping this will help someone who’s considering doing it. After 7 sessions, CryoSkin did not work for me. In my initial meeting, I made sure that I was a good candidate and I also followed all of their guidelines on what to do before and after each session. It’s pricey and if I had to do over again, I wouldn’t. Just hoping to help someone with a realistic review.

Such a great experience! The staff is so helpful and friendly. I have suffered terrible cramps for many years. I used the cryochamber every day for a week, and didn't have to take one pain pill! I also slept so much better and had more energy and vigor for my workouts. I will definitely keep going! Also, the facial feels amazing, and my skin is glowing after! I like that it stimulates collagen naturally to help prevent wrinkles and other conditions that we get as we age.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the spa is immaculately clean and inviting and the machine lets you do pure cold to 300 and something below zero, or alternate hot and cold. Definitely a unique experience and it made my hip pain go away!

I've been going here since right around the day they opened this year, and they have done very well to ensure the best experience possible. I researched cryotherapy pretty heavily and listened to a lot of Dr. Rhonda Patrick to hone in on the most useful approach to cryo. These guys do the same thing. Perpetually learning, to stay on top of their cryo "game". Definitely suggest that anyone who has never done cryo before, or are on the fence, give them a call.

Great location, wonderful staff, and the product, strangely enough, just works! The first time I visited Colorado Springs Cryotherapy, I had just completed the Incline that morning and had an intense work out a day prior to that. My body was severely sore to say the least. In fact, my legs were cramping up on my drive over. So much so that I had comtemplated going to my gym up the street and sitting in the hot tub instead. I was skeptical to say the least. One quick session later, my skepticism was no more. Cryotherapy works! It's hard to describe, but almost immediately after my session, I felt tingles all over my body. The tingles transitioned to heat (make sure to drink lots of water afterwards). That heat quickly turned into energy. Literally, my body wanted to go on a jog or something! Best of all, no pain! I scheduled another session. I want to try cryotherapy before hitting the gym.

I felt a little apprehensive at first, not sure what to expect, but the staff were exceptional at explain things to me and making me feel comfortable. So I was told about this place and I decided I would give it a try. I went in on Friday and all I can say is I loved my experience. The spa was clean and the information about the different things they offer was very informative. I have some major issue that my body is struggling with and I was told by a friend that I needed to go give this a try it will help. I did the cryo machine, it was fantastic!!!! Just one treatment I could feel circulation in my legs that I haven’t felt in a long time. I also suffer from chronic lower back pain... I did a 30min treatment with the celluma... putting it on my lower back. Let’s just say it was relaxing and usually I can’t sit that long without being in extreme pain. After the treatment my back felt relaxed. I decided to get a few packages to try and get control of my pain and to do the weight loss .... so I will keep you posted on my results. But so far I was very pleased with the treatments I received and there package prices.
