I have had wonderful spa experiences at Alluvia. The massage, pedicure and waxing were all done with about 24 hours notice from the time I wanted the service and my appointment. All the employees are detail focused and listen to what you want from the experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable. The locker rooms have steam rooms and hot tubs. The view of the mountains is also lovely from the patio attached to the spa.

I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure. I booked the Essential Pedicure, which was listed as a 50 minute pedicure. What I received was a quick pedicure, no massage, used an electric callus remover on my heels, lukewarm water to soak my feet in which quickly turned cold. I was in and out in 40 minutes. The nail technician was 15 minutes late, no excuse given. Because the spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity, the employees are guaranteed a tip.

I had a great and memorable experience at this spa. A place that is truly relaxing. I had a small issue with one of my services and the staff was kind, professional and quick to remedy the minor bump. I highly recommend Caitlin for a massage. I've had many massages since a car accident a couple years ago and I never truly felt relief from the muscle tension until Caitlin worked on it. I highly recommend this spa but would like to offer a word of advice: If you are traveling, I would not stay at the resort. The pictures aren't true to actual quality and there are other options for better prices with better food. But again, the spa is exceptional!

Overall the spa experience was okay. The staff were wonderful. One main complaint is that this high end spa offers dollar store products in the locker room. It’s almost like a slap in the face when you are paying for high quality services. The facility could be updated as well. One benefit to this spa is they offer mimosas and food. The food was excellent and I had no complaints in that area. My advice to the management is invest in high end products and updated the facility. This would get you 5 stars. My Esthetician was Abby and she was excellent.
