There are many great things about WiSpa and you can choose what to focus on. If you are planning on going closer to midnight, the hot tub and all tubs will begin to drain and be out of service. In the primary co-Ed areas, there are LOTS of televisions, which I really dislike. This is the opposite of what I think a spa should have. Cold tub, hot tub sauna and steam room are my favorite. Employees are nice and accommodating, too.

Oh, I absolutely loved Wi Spa! I just returned from Japan and experienced a traditional Japanese public onsen (hot spring bath), and I was so excited to continue a similar experience back at home at Wi Spa. I knew they were going to be very different experiences but still the same concept of soaking naked in a hot tub. I came in with low expectations, just because I've heard so many friends of mine rave about it, I didn't want my expectations to be through the roof just to end up being disappointed. If driving, you pull into the signs that point to customer parking. There was valet only and parking was free (but is nice to tip!) You walk in and are greeted by the staff immediately at the front desk. I didn't set up any appointments but instead, just paid the general admission price, which was $25. From May 1st onwards, the overnight general fee is $40. To the right of front desk is a gym that has a decent amount of equipment. Aside from the gym, there are four levels - the women's spa (basement level), men's spa, the jimjilbang, and then the rooftop terrace. The women's locker room area was clean and spacious. You're given a shirt, big towel, slippers, and your locker bracelet. You open your locker by using the bracelet. Once you reach the locker room, you can grab your size shorts and a bath robe, and from there, Wi Spa is your oyster! You can chill in your shirt and shorts and visit the jimjilbang which is the co-ed space. There are different rooms to experience like the jade room, clay room, salt room, etc. The temperatures of the room are on a screen at the top so you know what you're in for. I personally LOVED the clay room and just massaging my arms and legs with the little clay balls. The whole jimjilbang was just welcoming. People were laying out on mats, where the floors are warm. They were either just chillin or full on sleeping. There's a cafeteria where the food was decently good. I got the bibimbap because I read good things, but I think the best thing on my tray was the side cucumbers. The prices are pretty high for the food, ranging from $12-25 dollars per meal. You don't pay there but just scan your bracelet. Once you return the bracelet at the end of the your stay, that's when you pay your bill. The rooftop terrace was also inviting and a great place to read a book, take a nap, or again just lay out and take in the fresh air. My absolute favorite experience though was the hot tub. An area where you can just feel empowered to be a woman and just chill the hell out in the warm waters, ahhhh.

Everything you could want from a spa. Unlimited access to showers, saunas, pool and everything else. You acclimatize to the nudity surprisingly fast and nobody made it weird. Food on the clothed floor was good and they let you bring in whatever you want (books or snacks or whatever). Highly recommend, felt so relaxed when I had to go.

Wi Spa is the best place for massage!!! My masseuse was so mindful of my comfort at all times and her attention to detail made such a difference. She was gentle when she needed to be and strong when necessary. She is so talented and very personable, and I'm looking forward to my next session.

I have been to this place a few times now and i absolutely love this place. The only reason im giving 4 stars is because of a shortage of blankets and robes over night and the fact they dont tell you that the kitchen closes before 11 pm . Other than that this place is the best just plan accordingly. The terrace on the rooftop is just the best great atmosphere and the jade sauna hot room is my favorite. There are plenty of other rooms to try even sleeping quarters if you plan to stay over night At 25$ till 4 and 10 extra over night this place is totally worth it. Jus prepared to be out of your comfort zone in the shower area if your not expecting it. Kudos and happy travels!

I had my first experience with Wi Spa today. It was way better than I expected. The place was real clean, employees were nice and the place is bigger than I thought. The spa rooms were very nice. Even being naked in public wasn't as bad as I thought. I didn't do any massages or anything but just using the regular amenities were good enough. Can't wait to return

I believe this is the best Korean spa in LA that you must visit. They have several different types of sauna. They also have cold, warm and hot tubs. They serve very delicious and authentic Korean food with reasonable price. Especially, you can stay overnight there with only $10 more.

The experience is very nice. All the saunas are lovely as well as the wet areas and steam room. My favorite was the roof top deck complete with fire pits and warmers. Parking is available as valet the food onsite is very nice. It can be a bit crowded at peak hours so plan for that.

Once again the wi spa proves how a great spa should be run. From the food to the gym to the services to the coed. Everything is truly 5 star. I love you wi spa. Can be a little pricey tho. It's a special occasion place, unless you just go for the gym and the spa.

Need a place to crash and escape from LA hustle and bustle? Ever just wanted to take a quick nap but too far away from home and too deep in LA? Ever wanted to sit multiple saunas ranging from freezing to you-must-be-crazy 200 degree rooms? Then Wi spa is the place to be! There are showered with all amenities provided. Visitors will be shocked as patrons are nude (sperated by genders obviously) in the lower levels (pools, jacuzzi, showers) while on the coed upper floors you'll wear the signature wi spas short and safari shorts. There's food that you can purchase which is a bit pricey but offers all the normal Korean restaurant offerings. Stay 1 hr or stay all day. It makes no difference. You can even stay overnight and sleep here if needed! There's a full size gym and an upper level where u can relax on the rooftop. WiFi is provided and plenty of areas to rest and relax.

Such an authentic Korean experience, right in the middle of Los Angeles. We spent half a (rainy) day there and had so much fun. Really felt as if we were transported to Seoul! It can get very busy, so make sure to book ahead to avoid long waits. Their scrubs and massages are quite an experience and pretty good value - give it a try! ;)

Good, not great. Well kept facilities. You get one medium size towel on arrival... After that, I could only find hand towels. Not functional at such a spa. I did a scrub and a massage. In the guys area, there were two guys doing the scrubs.... It was interesting but my guy spent half the time chatting with his colleague and he couldn't talk and scrub at the same time. The only English he shared was explaining the tip envelope. The massage was really great

Great amenities on the men's side. Clean locker/changing area, stocked grooming amenities, and toiletries. Plenty of towels. The JBB is great. Huge space. Though it gets quite warm with the heated floors and sauna rooms. The rooftop is amazing. The cafe was also great. Service was very curt which is my only critique. Otherwise a great place to spend a few hours or an evening.

Pretty neat spa! It's 45 dollars for entry free and it's open 24/7! There is a strictly gendered zone and a co-ed zone. Note: it is expected of you to be naked at the women only/men only zones. They provide the necessities such as towels, toothbrush/paste, hairdryers for you. In the co-ed zone, you wear the clothes the provide which includes a shirt, pant and sandals. There are about 4-5 sauna rooms you can enter, my personal favorite is the sea salt one! They even have a food area in case you get hungry. I had a minor inconvenience - they had me wait for my food for quite a some time, while my friends all had gotten their food and were halfway done! There is also the rooftop area where you can nap or do work. It's pretty cute!

I love this place! The facials are the absolute best I have ever experienced. Beauticians do great about helping your skin look its best. I didn't think that this or any business establishment would be so brazen as to directly steal from their customers, I guess that makes me naive. But, then again, I didn't read other people's horrible reviews before I entered, either. This same exact thing has happened to multiple people-items being stolen from electronically locked lockers, meaning management is in on the thievery! Going to this place is one of my biggest regrets. Never in my life will I forget this. DO NOT GO THERE! For all the details on my experience, please read on. I checked in using the gift card that I had stored in my wallet. I know for a fact I had my billfold before I entered, so this is not a case of forgetfulness/clumsiness. They gave me a watch with my locker number on it to electronically open and close my locker. They made me sign a waiver. I get to my locker and there are stickers on every single one saying that they are not responsible for missing items. I placed my purse with my wallet in it into the locker and trusted that the electronic lock would keep my things safe and sound. I kept my purse stored in my locked locker at all times. I kept my phone on me, thank goodness I did or else they might have stolen that too. I tried to sleep in their sleeping room. Their "pillows" and mats are very, very uncomfortable. The sleeping room was much too hot. They keep that room's door open and the people outside of it, in the female lobby, were super loud. They blasted stuff on their laptops and phones it was impossible to sleep let alone relax. I gave up on that and tried to rest at the rooftop and the people up there were also disrespectful and very loud. Let me reiterate. I drove for 9 hours and my eyes were aching, I should have been able to sleep easily but it was so loud in that spa, a place that is supposed to be tranquil, that it was impossible to even relax. I gave up and went back to my locker, which was still locked but took a few tries with the watch to get it open. My purse was there. I didn't look to see if the wallet was in there, I wish I had. Even if I did notice, Wi Spa wouldn't have done anything about it, but at least I could have made an issue of it at the time so prospective customers coming in could have heard my story at the checkout/checkin area. I drove directly to where I was staying, nowhere else, and realized that my billfold was missing from my purse. I called Wi Spa and they said "Let me check lost and found no it's not there" without a break in between, in the same breathe. It was obvious nothing was actually checked. I went to the Police to file a report, and they said because the locker wasn't damaged it wasn't an obvious break in. So, I could only file it as a missing items report instead of a theft because I couldn't prove that it was stolen. Only the employees could have accessed my locker. They are able to get into any of them when someone looses their key. They have cameras and your watch locker number is very pronounced on your arm so they can tell when you're not by your locker. I'm sure they meticulously planned out how to steal from me. It's a well orchestrated scheme. I've read that this same exact thing has happened to others, except they mostly had only their cash stolen. I didn't even have any cash in my wallet, but I really wish I had so they would have taken that instead. I would rather they have taken all the money in my name than to have taken my wallet because I had priceless photos of my late mother in there that I can never replace. I'm sure whatever scumbag took my wallet will just throw my beloved things away in the trash instead of handing it in to the authorities. This is a well oiled crime machine and they are going to get away with it. All I can do is tell my story and hope that others won't go there. Don't risk your stuff getting stolen! It's not even a good spa!

My boss recommended I come here after I hadn't had a day off in weeks. It was so great and really helped me come back to life. The spas refreshed my brain and almost felt halucigenic. My favorite was bopping between the hot and cold tub. Moms should bring their daughters here too because I think it's a great lesson on body positivity. I want to go back and try the food and the roof.

Good spa, co-Ed on two floors, food taste better then any other Korean spa I have ever been to (although it’s expensive). Since they have tapped into the tourist community via posting on air bnb they have raised the admission 10$ more which sucks but other then that they are pretty cool place. lots of different spa rooms with different things like jade or steam ect. They have a rooftop with smoking area and free WiFi too.

Overall is good. It can be 5stars but I would say about menu of the restaurant there. I couldn't waist my stomach so I ended up to go out to eat something else good Korean food around wi spa. If it is the business trick making people get out of the spa. It works at least otherwise please check the menu again.

This place is awesome! Such a great deal. Prices just increased but still it is a deal! Normal hours price is 40$ however if you go after 4 a.m it is 30$. You have all kinds of jacuzzi, sauna, cold pool etc to choose from all is included in the price. They do provide lockers to store your things and you can either sleep on the heated wood floor(co-Ed) or sleep in women’s-or mens spa area or on the roof! I really like being able to use the computers while there on the 2nd floor. There is a beautiful remodeled roof with flat screens patio lounge furniture and a smoking area. I haven’t tried another Korean spa because this seems to be the favorite if you ask around. We are big fans now for 4 yrs. Don’t forget to pack your scrubs and masks along with toiletries!

Amazing experience. 2nd time at Wi Spa. First time staying over night and I felt like I was in heaven. To have access to hot tubs, saunas, and the cafeteria 24-7 is probably one of the best ideas ever employed! And it was super affordable- only $40.00, $15 more dollars than the entrance fee. You have an unlimited supply of towels, toothbrushes, lotion, and other accessories such as a blow dryer, footwear, robes, and lockers. I absolutely love this place and would stay here rather than in a hotel any day.

Haven't been here in 3-4 years. It was packed for the holiday. I just used the general public areas and it has gotten to be more diverse in demographics. It's a nice thing, but also more people means it's a bit louder, less amenities to go around, and some times not as clean. Its still a great place to go get a good sweat, shower, and Korean food at.

My first time here, very big and spacious and pretty clean from what I see, liked the jacuzzi area a lot common area is relaxing so cute seeing little kids running around lol came here for the acupressure (shiatsu) for 115 minutes for 140$ kind of a slow start for me but as the massage progressed it got better and better. highlights were the feet arms and legs. Once you spend 120$ you get to use common areas and jacuzzi area for free. Overall not the BEST massage but with all the amenities it's a pretty good deal and very relaxing The have a mini cafe in the common area

I just got back from Europe, so I'm super jet lagged and decided to go to wi spa around 6 am. The parking lot was nearly full of people sleeping in their cars. None the less, I go to check in and the male receptionist told me the system was down, and then a female receptionist came out and said I couldn't come in because I left with an unpaid balance. I knew this wasn't possible, because I never get services here, nor do I eat in the cafe. She went away for a few moments, and then returned again to say she was mistaken and I could go in. I asked her if someone had used my name and then she said no, it was based on what I look like. Im a black woman, and based upon my phenotypes she wasn't going to let me, or anyone else that looked like me in. She said she has the right to protect the business. I don't even know what that means, and you paid for everything up front. She got very upset with I told her, not letting me in based upon my appearance is racist. I could easily pay for my admission, or any the service I wanted at this place, but they simply saw my skin color, and thought I was going to skip out on my bill. She also made a comment about how this happens every time, and how we want to blame everyone else. Girl bye. Avoid this place. Take your money elsewhere.

I was excited about coming here for the first time. I came with a couple of friends and we were so excited about getting to experience the spa together. We came from her house, one friend ready in pjs for the night and I had my pillow in hand. As we were waiting to pay in the lobby, the worker comes back to tell us that we had been drinking and aren’t allowed in. Our laughs turn to silence and confusion as he begins to tell my friend that her face is red and that’s how he can tell. He never asks us if we had been drinking or even to quiet our excitement. That would have been completely understandable. He tells us to not drink “next time”. The customer behind us even voices that she is just as confused by what is happening. We weren’t doing anything but giggling in line as we waited....because we are friends happy to spend time together. No one was stumbling or cursing or doing anything offensive. No one got disrespectful. When we ask to see a manager, the worker comes back and says we’re allowed in but again “next time don’t drink”. We instead leave, feeling insulted and unwelcome. But as we drove away, we felt so terrible about the experience that we had to turn around and ask speak to a manager ourselves. When we do, she tells us that he is following “protocol” and we “smell like alcohol”. If only she knew how wrong they were, and how THAT much more misplaced and offensive their confidence was. If anything, we smelled like the essential oils we put on before heading there. This was a few hours ago. No one is intoxicated. My friends’ face is still the same color. This experience made us all wonder what underlying factors were in play in their judgment of us.

Nice enough facility for a Korean spa in the States. I love that valet parking is complimentary. The restaurant is not great but good enough for a place like this. The spa was pretty clean and there was staff everywhere. I would have given one more star if the spa was nicer... I don’t like the smell of chlorine though I understand and appreciate the effort.

Calm relaxing spa with a large variety of saunas to be in. A salt sauna, a clay sauna,a jade sauna, am extremely hot (200F) sauna, and a cold sauna, in addition to the typical sauna and steam room. Many ways to be in a hot room! You can also get food inside; I didn't, but it's an option. I've never been more relaxed than after I left this building. And that's just with the saunas, they're is also accupressure, which I did not partake in.

Great Korean spa experience. Regular admission was $25 with no time limit. The main spa experience has a locker area for shoes, a main locker room to change, a bath are consisting of a hot tub, a really hot tub, a cold tub, a sauna, and a steam room, and the option to get a body scrub (added fee). Once clean, you can change into the provided garments and spend time in the quiet area or the jimjilbang - which has several additional mixed-gender sauna rooms. The jimjilbang area has the option to purchase food. I recommend the shaved ice with fruit ($6)!

You can either pick and choose to look around to find reasons to complain or just simply really enjoy this Korean spa. Yes it's a Korean spa and there's definitely nudity everywhere but that's what your signing up for. Yes I can see how the language barrier can cause miscommunication between certain people causing frustrations and negative reviews but again it is a Korean spa.

I can't say enough good things about Wi Spa. It is one of my favorite spa places. The whole visit was smooth, service was fantastic and I left feeling super relaxed. I will be back in the near future! Clean, great amenities, family oriented, reasonable prices, convenient, free valet parking (tips appreciated), and it has a place to eat, in case you get hungry. Only drawback is that it's super popular. If you want relaxation, avoid evening & weekends.

This place should be named, "Wi hangout spa". Not really for relaxing, everyone is with phones or computers. Even the saunas have TV.. really? Maybe it's a Korean thing. It is a good place to hangout with your group of friends, or even with your older kids..I saw mom's with toddlers..Not cool. Very crowded and loud.. No I won't recommend this. Spa is supposed to be a place to relax

Definitely the best Korean Spa in the area in terms of services, amenities, and overall environment. However, I had one of the worst experiences that I have had as a customer of any business here. Staff retaliated against me and another customer after reporting that there was someone very blatantly using his phone to record videos of people in the showers. However, once the allegations against me were made, my credibility was non-existent and I was treated like a repulsive derelict. Any and every negative action that could have been used against me was applied and even other members of management refused to discuss any details of the incident with me. Visited here when I had a long layover in LA. Loved this place! So relaxing, beautiful spaces. Felt really relaxed and wasn’t crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. This isn’t a place for those who are modest or not comfortable being naked. It has a very low key respectful vibe and I felt comfortable at all times. I can’t wait to go back when I’m back in town.

The last time I spent there about a week ago and I had a lot of fun is really an experience, the place is very relaxing and fun. This is not the first time I spend there. I love to spend one month there and relax, I sometimes go alone or with my child and we always come out satisfied, their service is excellent and the staff very pleasant and professional! I just left from my first visit, and I'm feeling very relaxed right now. I booked an appt for a buff (body scrub) and it did not disappoint. Feeling smooth. I followed up my experience with a quick test of almost all of the saunas, minus the really hot one due to timing. The clay sauna is an experience you do not want to miss. I ended it off with the ice box (which is a mild 40 degrees), got myself a cup of water and got out of there. Great place.

Had my first visit tonight and I didn’t want to leave it was a relaxing experience and I had a massage and it was great. There are plenty of saunas, spa treatments at reasonable prices and there’s a nice rooftop area and even a smokers section if you smoke. The staff were kind and professional and it’s 24 hours. I live close by and want to come here whenever I feel the need to get away from the busy LA life.

Had my wallet stolen from INSIDE my LOCKED locker and all they could say is, that’s impossible. The wallet was in there, the door was locked, now it’s gone and someone is hitting the 7 eleven, guess what? You have a huge security issue and an investigation is underway. Check other social sources for similar problems at the same spa and DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WALLET IN THEIR LOCKERS.

What a cool spa! The spa includes massages, baths, acupuncture, scrubs, saunas, a simple restaurant and rooftop. I'd say this has the most variety of any spa I've been to. Very relaxing and affordable. I did the scrub. It was very rough but days later my skin still feels like my mother just birthed me. Would recommend.

I swear one of my favorite spot in Los Angeles 1. You have to completely nude to get into the spa so be prepare to show it all. 2 it's all women of all different ages and background, everyone is so nice and chill. 3. I had the bod scrub done and it was the best ever, I felt like she scrubbed all my dead skin and dirt away. So relaxing! Highly recommended!

One of the best massage spa around Los Angeles. I visited this spa twice now to have a massage. Never been disappointed with their service. The service is superb. Their masseuse were really skilled. It was so relaxing and soothing. I even slept after 10 minutes of massage. But it was worth it. The staffs were nice and accommodating. The place was also great. It feels so relaxing just to enter the place. I also really like the scent. It was so soothing. Really relaxing. Will go back here at Wi Spa again next month. Highly recommended.

Steam room, 2 Jacuzzis, ice room, cold pool, jade room, salt room, more saunas, and rooftop all for $25. They give you a robe and it's open for 24 hours. Everytime I go to the WI Spa I feel recharged and rejuvenated. After working a long week this is the place to go and relax!

Very relaxing place to unwind and rejuvenate. Parking is free and sometimes valet. Service is excellent and have many staff working around the clock. They give u shorts, thin slippers and a shirt to borrow. Spa, Jacuzzi,steam room,sauna and cold pool are separate for men and women. All excellent rooms and working well. In the shower there is complimentary toothpaste and shaving to use. The sleeping and tv, reclining chairs room is quite and relaxing, only issue is the gym room right next door and while I was trying to sleep I heard someone dropping the weights which made lots of noise. Upstairs are the salt, rocks, ice room and all "healing" rooms. They have computers and books to read. On the rooftop is really relaxing with couches and fireplaces. They have massage services. A small restaurant serving Chinese food of course, snacks, drinks and fresh juices. **Two main issues I had was the noise coming from the gym room and that some parents brought their 2 year old kids to the men's room and I couldn't relax when I hear the child crying and screaming(I came late evening 7 pm so idk why a child was there...

I'm a big fan of Korean spas! Wii spa is okkaayy compared to others I've been too. I came here on a Saturday night trying to relax only to realize it must be family night!. Lots of families and lots of kids running around all the saunas or running around naked inside the hot tub areas. Wasn't really my favorite experience. I did absolutely like the upstairs lounge area, it's nice to relax with a facemask or have some fresh air.

Very disappointed! It was my first time there. I tried the combo massage $120 it was the worst massage ever. The strocks were so soft, even after asking for harder strocks the lady didn't change the pressure. During the massage, the lady would go back and forth doing other things, talk to other therapists (doors are kept open) ...super frustrating and I in the meantime I was getting cold. I was soil disappointed, I really needed some help with my shoulders...

I was hoping this would be more like Spa Castle in NYC. This one is much smaller. The women's spa has 2 hot tubs and a cold tub, in addition to the steam and sauna room. Some of the showers were broken and out of order. I was highly disappointed, as I am 6 months pregnant and the front desk informed me that they offer NO treatments (massage/body scrub/etc) for pregnant women "for the safety of the child". I have had numerous massages this pregnancy and every one of the therapists has known I was pregnant and had no problems with it after the first trimester. This is NOT listed anywhere on their website. I am a medical provider and know this is a bunch of BS to avoid getting sued, but be aware! I obviously couldn't use the hot tub or the saunas, so this was a wasted and annoying trip for me. Also, I don't know if they were having septic issues, but there was a honey truck out front pumping something that smelled horrendous the entire time I was there.

I had originally booked a day hotel for my long layover flight back to Sydney, since I'd be staying in LA for over 17 hours in transit. However someone recommended Wi Spa and I am so glad they did - what a wonderful experience it was! What a great place to freshen up, have a nap, go the gym and/or get a massage. My heavy luggage was securely stashed behind locked doors which gave me the extra piece of mind! Didn't even leave Wi Spa for the little time I was in LA.. And why would I after my stay here! Only complaint is that my flight schedule didn't allow to let me stay for longer :-)

What a great experience. Yes if you want to go into the gendered hot tub/sauna area you need to be ok with nudity: your own and others. Once you get over that it's a wonderful relaxing experience. I also got a massage with was very good. I think it helped that I went on a weekday early so it wasn't crowded at all.

Some of 1 star reviews are because of one individual incident and not fare to the service they have gotten there and for the whole day they spent in. Yes, there are some regulations that you might not like, and not friendly as you expect, but to be honest, it’s an affordable spa.

The only other Korean Spa I've been to is Crystal Spa nearby. Wi Spa is apparently the more famous one, but I didn't like it as much. They don't let you park your own car. It's valet or find your own parking on the street. It was super crowded when we went on a Thursday night. There were a lot of families with little kids running around screaming their heads off. Not relaxing at all. The lockers and showering areas were fine. Just one inquisitive boy loudly asking his dad questions non-stop about everything and everyone in there. I had a massage. Had to wait a couple of hours for it. Apparently everything gets booked up fast so you should make an appointment in advance. I promptly fell asleep during the massage, so it's good I guess. My girlfriend was less fortunate with her body scrub. The lady that did her body scrub broke skin and didn't even apologize. She somehow figured out that my girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to her in Chinese telling her that she had to tip her directly. She then waited near the locker entrance for her like a stalker to get her tip. My masseuse just gave me an envelope that I would later put the tip in to give to reception like how it's done at Crystal Spa. I wouldn't visit again.

It must be soft surface by safety standards for children’s room and carpet is dirty it is look like this room was not cleaned or remodeled since I first time was here (2014). Wow what can not be said about Wi Spa!!I took my daughters for birthday gifts for body scuba and aromatherapy massages. It was fabulous! Its clean and cared for. The amenities are many. Its 24 hours 365 and for $15 you can stay all night!! Its even got an eatery! It's the spot I'll go back to again and again! Oh yeah and complimentary valet parking, wow!!
