Decent service, neither outstanding or bad. I've been to Top Ten Nails several times and have never been pressured to purchase services I didn't want, so that's good. The entrance is a bit weird, it feels like you're in the wrong place at first, but then realize the nail area is in a different section of the space. I've always gone with friends, so I've been talking more to my friends than the staff. So the staff has not been unpleasant, but they've also not been outgoing toward us either. Their basic pedicure is a little more pricey than other places I've been to ($25), but it does include a hot wax treatment that isn't included at the other salons I've been to. The pedicure chairs aren't super close to each other, which is nice if you want solitude, but makes it a little harder to visit with a friend if you're going with someone.

Ally is the best!! She's does a great job on my fills & my pedicures. Everytime I go the salon is full of people!! All of the other technicians are very friendly also.

These young women work hard here!! Hope the owner reads this posting... Decided to surprise my wife with a pedicure and wanted to see what it was like! I enjoyed my pedicure! The massage of the feet and ankles with hot stone was amazing! Do you offer just the massage part without pedicure?? SIGN ME UP

Totally unprofessional! I went to get my friend a set of acrylic nails, and the woman doing it absolutely had no idea how to work with nails. She messed up the first time, didn't tell us what she was doing and called over her coworkers without explaining. When my friend said that they didn't like the color, she blew them off and said she messed up and was going to try again. She completely ignored the request to change color. Then she was going too quickly, cutting up my friend's cuticles, and the finished result looked as bad as the first- inconsistent and sloppy. When I told her that neither of us were satisfied, she offered us three dollars off a set of fifty dollar nails... and then less than a day later the nails started falling off. Unsatisfactory.
