The lady of this business is very knowledgeable and she doesn’t take advantage of you if you don’t know about spa care and treatment. What I mean by that is she teaches you how you can care for your spa yourself if you want and she doesn’t doesn’t “rip” you off. She is HONEST which is hard to find these days, especially in this Mountain. I highly recommend this business.

I've used Timberline since I purchased my Big Bear home 10 years ago. They are fabulous - and have always gone above and beyond for me. They are super fast & dependable. There are other companies on the hill that have tried to get my business over the years, but I'd never dream of going to anyone else!

We contacted Bear Valley Spa to service our spa and de winterize it. Upon inspection we were told we needed to move the electrical, needed a new heater and multiple repairs made as it was leaking. Their estimate, though not guaranteed, was over $1700.00. We called every couple of days to see when they could get it repaired as they'd filled it and the spa was continually leaking all over the deck. I called Timberline and they were out on time the next day. Shane tightened the power imput lug , changed 2 bad O rings and the spa was up and running perfectly in 15 minutes. The other company wasn't even sure the spa was worth the repairs. Timberline believes the spa is in excellent condition and should last us for years. Thank you Timberline!!! Showed up early without calling ahead as instructed when I made the arrangements.They were unable to preform any inspection at that time even though I was home and said a different service tech. would be by shortly. They never showed up that day, then on the sch. appointment day I called to verify the appointment and they never showed up. I received a call back from the owner's wife 2 weeks later inquiring if I was satisfied with their service. They are a completely screwed up business and should not be used at any cost.
