Loved this spa. Great amenities. Decent (but not great) facial. I have been to MANY spas and have had 100s of facials over the years. The lady didn't perform any extractions and it seemed as though more services could have occured during my 50 min session. She also didn't possess great technique that only comes from experience. Decent prices. Nice location. Improvements? Relaxation room needs snacks and drinks. All they have is tea and apples. Wished they had a pool and jacuzzi. No sauna, although they do have a steam room that is very nice. Clean and works well. Overall, pretty small spa but it still deserves 4 stars. 5 stars are reserved for the absolute best spas. If the treatment had been better, I might have given 5 stars.
