First time ever at a Korean spa, I was like butter after my scrub and massage! I'm hooked!

Adel Camac

Nice ..I like it

Peter Umbrell

Rude guard. Cannot relax after such behavior.

lindsay mattig

Best place in the world. I feel so relaxed and amazing after going. What a treat

Jumar Joe Busto

Nice relaxing place!

Jamie Lai

A very well worn Korean spa.

My significant other and I had decided to spend some well saved money on a couple massage package and will never return again. To start, whenever we got laid down the therapists gave us no privacy in striping our garments and on top of that they left the full door open so we had to hear some girl on the telephone as well as heard some people watching tv. Then when my significant other asked to closed the door, they finally did, and gave us some attitude. My boyfriend did not receive a full body massage and when it was over we felt it was a waste of money compared to the others. The least we could do was not tip the therapists for their poor work and rude attitude. When we confronted the front desk after this situation they said "we needed to let them know 10 minutes after the massage" VERY INAPPROPRIATE ! thats all they said. they took our name and number but we never heard from them again and no attempt to contact was made. Horrible experience and recommend that if you choose to get a message, there could be a 50/50 coin toss as to if it it will be worth it. I STRONGLY suggest spending your money somewhere that will show better customer service and care. This personally was a waste of money as well as an unprofessional experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. We will not be recommending this to anyone who asks about this place. Thanks!

I went here solely for the sauna's, but all that it offers without having to pay more and considering the amount of time you're given to be there just for entry is so worth it. The third floor is all the hot and cold sauna's and relaxation areas. The first floor has a pool area. It's to die for. Definitely try this place. Also if you want to swim you need to have your own bathing suit. So make sure you bring that, and flip flops because you'll either be in your shoes or barefoot the whole time. The Himalayan Salt sauna is the hottest, so if you go in there, make sure you fast walk faster than you've ever done before to one of the towels on the rocks. That ground will burn you unless you have flip flops. Enjoy!

Nobody really bothers you here. The jacuzzi felt nice, I could almost fall asleep. I liked the coed cold room too. The steam room was a little too strong for me, I had trouble breathing but overall, I enjoyed this place and would like to come back soon. Update: I went again and one Asian lady behind the check in was mad and about to call the police because there was an African American woman being loud in the locker room. At one point she said, "black people are so unnecessary!" And then accused an African American girl of stealing a shirt. You could see the hatefulness in her and she needs to be fired. I'm never coming back.

Great Spa to relax, get away and get an amazing massage. Love this place!

Zowie Janae

Great place to go to sit in hot tubs & sauna, big large co ed space. They also offer overnight stays and have resting rooms, sleeping pads & blankets for use.

Mia Shanon

The management discriminates against African American clients. Beware of this policy as it is a practice being practiced at many Korean spas in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

Makiema Beverly

You can’t go wrong with a underground pool! The Himalayan Salt dome is my favorite dry sauna. Need a place to get way and relax this is the place.

Poor treatment looses faithful customers of five years. We want people to know in the same way that we told everyone years ago how great the spa was that it now sucks! We are a group of 6 women from Denver who fly in to have a some relaxation at the Spa Palace for the last 5 years. The spa is beautiful and treatments should be enjoyably like in our past visits but that's not happening. We checked in and spent the night and found out the pool was closed, ventilation turned off, making the entire building hot and stuffy. We woke up several times during the night hot and sweaty. Morning was no reprieve, the restaurants did not open untill 10 and we were starving and wishing for a cup of coffee. We only found nourishment after checking out and going to lunch. Diabetics be ware! My 70 minutes scrub, massage, shampoo and face mask was such a disappointment. I was scrubbed thoroughly, rubbed with oil, make applied andthe shampoo was a joke, only to be repeated in the shower by me. My masseuse did not speak English and she just hit me on the arm when telling me to roll over or just punching me toward the shower. I never received a massage only application of oil. Lastly, my 70 minute service was only 60 minutes. When I complained to the front desk about my service I was told this is nothing new and they cannot give out management's name. So, I guess that means no one cares enough to respond. The quality of service has diminished over the years and now management could care less. Well, I guess we will just have to take our girls weekends to Las Vegas from now on. Don't waste you money here.

One of the worst place I ever been Front desk workers treat the customer like slaves They have no idea what is service means. Thay sell the coupon to customers and they don't take because coupon is expired. But there is no expiration date on the coupon Their attitude are very rude Second time already, will never go that place again.......

Trina Thompson

I love this place ❤

Sav Bessief

New, clean and not too many people. Service meh tho. The scrub and massage was okay at best. Cheap quality towels and not in abundance. No make up removing pads / lotion etc. No slippers.Basically spa on a budget!

Shaylene Tarvyd Mac Donald

I spent 4 hours there, taking advantage of everything they had to offer and I came out so relaxed! I cant even remember the last time I felt that relaxed! Amazing! Definitely want to make this a regular thing.

This place is the best spa in Los Angeles hands down from the staff at the front desk and juice bars to the level of respect the security give you really makes you feel safe and relaxed in this environment I'm truly grateful having found this place and for meeting these people there not just employees there now my friends I have so much respect for this place I can't put it into words iv stayed here for 8 months straight now it's so affordable compared to me getting a studio apartment I decided to purchase a yearly membership which I will be doing tommorow morning first thing when the owner is here

Albert

Traditional Korean spa. Very clean and comfortable. Normally this paces have just a common area mixed to everyone, but I liked this one in particular because I could stay with my GF in the common area and also in the pool area, bar and garden area.

Hex C.

My most relaxing day in LA took place here. A little oasis of tranquility just minutes away from downtown. Free parking. Soaking pools, saunas, heated floors, nap rooms, more saunas. It was awesome!

Paul Lowder

Odd location, but decent amenities. Same price for a day pass as WiSpa but not "as" nice. That being said, it's not as crowded. The coed saunas are nice. They have Himalayan salt, clay, and ice rooms. Day passes are good until 3 am. The larger pools are closed at 10 pm. There's an outside "garden" area but it's pretty lacking. Overall, a good place, but I'd pick WiSpa over it most days.

Kathiriena Chang

Great relaxation escape spot. Please talk quietly so other people can relax.

Yasmin Khan

So relaxing, each room has it's perks

Dahlia Turnbull

My friend hosted her wedding shower here and we all spent time together well over three hours relaxing. It was great

Leo melonson

Rude service inoperable pool and spa people sleeping everywhere like the bus station and after 2 minutes of this experience i asked for a refund and was laughed at after haggling i was finally refunded and promptly had security called on me

Ju Lee Kang

Lovely escape from the city. Super clean, large locker room, plenty of showers, nice clothing optional pool area, expansive co-ed outdoor pool area, good food, good people, quiet, not hyper like the other ones, and a good diverse crowd

Leo Lee

Worst experience ever Usually love this place and often come had a long day of work came to relex Paid $130 for body scub & masage service went to spa before body scrub and one guy had an erection sitting on a chair near jacuzzi with his leg wide open I cant control his erection so I left jacuzzi and took quick shower while taking shower, saw him going inside steam sauna so I went to the jacuzzi further away from where he was sitting moment later he came back went inside jacuzzi and start jerking off inside the jacuzzi so I notified staff member imadiately it took them almost 10-15 mins to bring security and with all shocking moments I've told staff member in the reception is that they cant refund me if Ive been in Spa for 30 minutes and mamager is not available and I can only contact them via email lucky me who stayed in spa only for 25 minutes or so otherwise I wouldve just throw away my $130 with disgusting experience ever

Shirley Taylor

I absolutely love this place, very relaxing atmosphere..

Lucy Soboleva

Love, love this place! It is a hidden gem. So big and beautiful! Great variety of rooms, and huuuuge swimming pool on the ground floor! Best thing is that it is absolutely not crowded at all! It's almost like having your personal spa! They also rent out the pool area for private events, and they have cool music and lights there. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. And, most importantly, they do have their own parking! !!

Flora G.

Great place to de-stress...the night receptionist does tend to come off a bit strong...other than that, always enjoy my time here with friends. PS - Do not chill by the green exit sign at the back of the co-ed room if you want to avoid the cigarette smell.

Will Ham

Came here on a Monday night. Place was pretty empty, practically had the place to ourselves. + Free parking + Huge swimming pool on ground floor (need to wear swim shorts) + Cheaper than other 24 hr spas in the area - No pockets on shorts, no sandals given, nor robes

Curtis H

It was very quiet today except for a group of young boys. They were very friendly but they wore their shorts in the tubs. Also, this place is in a rough neighborhood with lots of homeless. They do have security guards so my car was safe in a free parking lot. They do charge 3.00 for valet on weekends. I'll come again!

Calcee Green

I love this place it's going too be MY second

Ariel שײץ

Not bad, wispa better, better maintained better service, same price

anasheh shabandari

WORST SERVICE! This place is completely unprofessional and they lack good customer service! When I needed assistance, they don't attempt to attend to my issue. Front desk is completely careless. Worst and rude staff. And worst customer service experience. I would not trust this kind of place ever and unfortunately I paid and provided no courtesy request or solution to my issue with getting all my things my back pack my bra my watch my phone my Nike sweater my money STOLEN from their locker that apperenty they only have the spear kye and Staff were SHADY. Staff was uncooperative and forced a "policy" on me that they are not responsible and forgot about their policy of baggage check from everyone who leaves their spa and not having to provide me a solution for getting my things stolen and forcing me to pay MORE ON TOP of what I've already had paid for. I CALL AND THEY REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO MANAGER. They're shady and unprofessional. This place is skam no manager to talk to no one gives you follow up call no superwiser is charge!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!

Keegan Kovash

Very clean nice place..... Virtually empty had it all to my self.... Great experience! Ok thanks

In Na

I like this place better than another one that I'm not gonna name. It's big and staff keep it clean and well- stocked. I just wish they would figure out a way to have packed food from their restaurant delivered to the front desk upon guest check out because they don't currently allow to-go food. Some days, I want to buy their food then go home with it, but I can't, so I just end up not buying.

Erik Alexander

Very beautiful and comfortable.good place to meditate

Anthony Gioia

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Showers and multiple hot and cold rooms. There is an all men’s cold, hot and salt pool in locker room

Monique Laititi

I truly enjoyed my experience with them. Nice and clean environment

Cameron Ashkar

Terrable customer service, dodgy area. I would never go back. Wont last. I have been to spas all over the world and this one was the worst. Go elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed.

Ray A

This place is pretty nice. It cost $25, and they provide clothes when asking for it. The locker rooms are separated by men and women and there is a pretty good calm to the place. They do not have mud bath but do offer massage when you set an appointment and have 6 different sauna rooms. The lockers they provide is good to put your stuff in and they provide wrist bands that work like NFC. With the pool, They require you wear a cap on your head but not for the Jacuzzis. Its a place you would enjoy here and there but not everyday of the week. Just be careful with how much you spend, me and my wife left and realized we spent about $70 with the cost of entrance. The wrist bands also act as a charge card but you just wave the band for everything you buy because they do sell drinks, beer, ice cream, and they even have a restaurant. Things add up fast when you exit because they make sure they check your wrist bands to see if any charges been made to it then you pay with your card or cash. The wrist band is NOT linked to your credit card, it just keeps a record for everything you buy. Also keep an eye on the time. If you go there you will notice there is no clock. Me and my wife went there at 5pm and by the time we left it was already 8:30pm! We didn't bring our phones with us, as we didn't want to carry it through out the place, so we left it in the locker..the time goes by fast and the fact they have a restaurant and open 24 hours, it shows they want you to spend money lol...it is nice and peaceful and not so crowded, but just watch the clock and your wallet.

Shamera Johnson

Very clean, very relaxing; I've visited several times and I am never disappointed. The facility also provides $2 parking (great price considering the location).

Raymoan Ford

Horrible experience at this spa. 1. No signage indicating that the lighting directly above the tubs had ongoing construction happening now. Light bulbs, battery powered drill screwing, screws dropping on the stone floor, and light panel covering dropped straight down into the tub! 2. Screaming foreman when coworker dropped panel in the tub. Visibly uncomfortable guests discussing the issue then leaving. High intolerable noise spoiled the experience of at least four guests along with me. 3. Dangerous and risky conditions working above full tubs which poses electrocution injury to guests. 4. Also the company refused to give a refund. When I addressed my concerns with the staff; she was polite but explained and showed me a sign stating "no refunds policy". 5.The names and working hours of management were refused to be given when I asked. I will be disputing charges and contacting management directly through email. Never give your business to this spa!

Carrots 21

The elevator closes really quickly, be careful. As we arrived people were walking in and out but as soon as they saw my mom in her wheelchair they claimed their "water wasn't working" how does a spa with pools and showers not have running water? The lady at the front desk wasn't very polite either.

First Name Last Name

The place is cool BUT they find every way to make money off you. There check in/out cut off time don’t make sense. They charged me more and it comes with half the amenities. Everything is closed and she said I’m a minute late I have to pay admission again like what?? Before I even stepped in she like jumped at me telling me it’s $30 ALSO I have a coupon from 6am-12am and she didn’t want to accept it.

Keu Reyes

Good place for saunas and relax.

Christine Simmons

I give this place a NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! Sarah is extremely rude, she charged my credit card, and i didnt stay, after reassuring me she wouldnt, then lied & said she credited my account..dont try emailing, yhey dont respond. I sent 3 emails.Do yourself a favor, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS

Andrew Lee

People who work there are very rude and the people who go there are very noisy even after1am and no one tells them to be quiet. Not going back. Stay away.

vyacheslav latushko

Used to go there. Maybe will go again. What stopped me ......? Don't laugh, children. Noisy children at the POOL BAR AREA where alcohol is being served to adults. Maybe they stopped it as of today? But I was soooooo shocked just from the idea to train children in the swimming pool in the spa complex NEXT TO THE BAR DURING THE BAR HOURS. I'm sure it's violation of the law

Steve Kim

So disappointed with service and too much mosquitos. Got bitten everywhere. Also the kitchen only serves ramen due to owner change. Crazy ugly giant chairs everywhere.

Lucy Oganessian

They refused serviced to me because I am plus size!!!!! They discriminate against fat people!!!

Richard Schneider

NO NO NO This is the first spa/massage place where I was FORCED to wear a stupid uniform they gave me...tee shirt and shorts which did not fit, and was told to where the clothes during the massage. Are you kidding? I was NOT looking for any "funny stuff", rather a relaxing, chill massage with no clothes and a towel covering the right places. Instead, I endured a 90 minute terrible massage, fully clothed in their outfit. I had to ask three times for massage oil and could not stand the "dry" massage. The older Korean woman spoke NO English and continued to try and massage a very bad cut on my leg which I asked her numerous times not to touch. Now I know why the place is not busy. The price seemed great at $110 for ninety minutes. In hindsight, I wish I had spent the $220 at the Ritz Carlton Spa and enjoyed myself. Guys- stay away. Not a good experience which is why I give this place ZERO STARS but had to give at least one to complete the review. At least it is clean.

Leticia Dillard

This place is a no go. The front desk didnt show us around and when a cleaning staff showed us around they gave her trouble. This lady should not be cleaning but in the front desk!!!! Unfortunately I wont come back here. I was very disappointed of their service and I find the place clean but in need of maintenance. The cold room had rusty areas around and their products are very cheap. The only good part was the fact is wasnt crowded.

Jamila VideochickLA

Its a hit or miss. The food was selection is ok, the staff members were friendlier and guest are loud. The main area where people should be socializing was covered with these big white chairs when I went yesterday, those never been there so I couldn't lay out like I do and it took away from the area. There's too much chlorine in the hot tubs way too much. I love the themed sauna rooms at this location, it's really hot and you break and good sweat. You also need shower shoes at this location. The staff walks around in their outdoor shoes, even in the shower area!! Less and less Koreans are actually working at the spa so the upkeep isn't the same. If you're a curvy female request a men's uniform, otherwise request a size up.

Aasia W

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Clean, amazing saunas, good food and smoothie bar! Coed areas are amazing and also SO HAPPY they have a beautiful zen garden/smoking area. Bar downstairs is okay, and the women’s only side has two other saunas for a full on naked steam. I go atleast once a week with the boyf or friends to relax and enjoy myself.

Liz G84

This place is cool! I got a 1 hour Swedish massage for around $100. My massage therapist was awesome. They have a mini Korean restaurant inside and a cafe. The women at the restaurant had an attitude. lol! The pool is huge. They have 2 Jacuzzi's and they have nice steam rooms. The lockers are so beautiful! They have a hair dryer, Q-tips, Towels and lotion for your convenience. Bring your shampoo, conditioner and sandals. I'm coming here again.

Bri Monroe

When I'm at the spa, I like to relax and have things close by. This is truly a palace in a sense its very large and spread out. They do have women and men sides and an coed side which is nice. I felt the sanitary conditions weren't up to par. Also if you do decide to go do yourself a favor and bring your own large towel and robe and slippers because for some reason these things are not provided or are in terrible condition.

stanley fleming

Disorganized and strict. I use this facility to sleep mostly. If you choose to sleep here you have to scramble to find a sleeping mat on which to lie (about a half an inch in thickness). These mats are not kept in any one central location, but rather spread around and left where someone has used them last - which leads me to believe they do not get cleaned often. Often times the mats are hoarded and you will see them stacked five at a time while someone sleeps on them; explaining why at times they can be extremely scarce. If you choose to sleep during the day, blankets are not provided. Like the mats, if you manage to find a dirty one lying around, the barely three feet of coverage that it offers will leave you wanting. Overall, I have used this facility many times. If you come here I suggest taking advantage if the pool and saunas. Generally speaking the facilities are kept clean, but with no one inside the spa to inforce the rules many things are quickly abused and the staff do not care to remedy the situation.

Anjirlic Aminu

Surprise $30 charge with my overnight visit. I called to ask about pricing and they never mentioned additional charges they just instituted 2 weeks prior. They locked me out of my locker to let me know they needed more money. Very Unspa Like... I flew in from Atlanta and was anticipating a relaxing and amazing experience... Disappointed!

hip hop granny

My moms first time she loved it ...FOOD SERVICE LADY SUCKED HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! But everything else was decent

Yolanda Ramirez

Great we love it Will be back

cynthia v.

Lots of different experiences to indulge in. Go during off hours if you can.

Gary Milson

Great new spa find! Was enticed by the luxurious looking pictures of the facilities so decided to make the trek out here! The facilities: 5 There is a seperate mens and womens section and then a co ed spa room section as well as a giant pool floor. Men's section : 3 hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna. Honestly no complaints at all. Everything was very clean, the temperature was nice and hot in the rooms. The showers were also well maintained and each guest gets a toothbrush and a razor! The co ed section: i loveddddd the rooms here. My favorite was the one with beads that you lay in (forgot what its called) - it really hits all of your pressure points just right. The Himalayan salt room was a close second. Super intense. Pool area: we only briefly came down here, but they have a giant pool room with led lights everywhere! It looks like they could throw raves here! I would so come back and throw a bday here. Cant wait to be back!

Erin Allese

Way less crowded than WiSpa. Security comes around at night to check wrist band which is obnoxious. Towels and blankets are not free flowing. Food is yummy. Like the fact that I can turn off lights in heatrooms. Spa area has blue lighting which I dont love. Spa seats are slippery. Overall okay experience.

lisa griffith

Amazing body scrub, clean and friendly service. Suggest eating ahead of time if you expect to attend after 8 pm. Extremely long wait to place order and get your food.

Ceason Smith

Was nice. They can use a little too much pressure at times during the massages. Plenty of rooms to try out at varying temps which was cool.

Carole Murphy

Horrible racist service. I arrived at 9:10 for my 9:40 appt and was told to soak/wait in spa for 30 mins to be called. At 9:50 I had not been called I went out to desk; they said I was about to be called. 10:00 still not called and my service was for 70 min. I had to leave and at 10:05 I dressed to leave and requested a discount on my next service for my inconvenience of driving here and no svc. They refused

Marvin Wilson

Great! Our first time. Just wished someone would have show us around first. Once we figured out where everything was it turned out incredible! Will be coming back

E. Ivy

Great place to relax and unwind. Great for a girls night out as well. Quiet in the evenings.

Eboni Harris

They allow kids under 16. Deal breaker Everything else about the place is bomb. Spa sauna pool all bomb then you get upstairs and kids are swimming for dear life.

Natalia Murachova

Great time with friends. Nice, clean. Not 5 stars luxury SPA, but quality is good.

Green Hill

Good environment but service is not good

Griselda Flores

Excellent food.. Nice cozy place... Definitely recommend it.

Frederick James

Not a very clean place. Much more to say, but I will respond on yelp.

Katherinne Perez

Good spot to relax. Various saunas such as the golden one (obv. Has gold in it on the walls), and the Himalayan pink salt which is my favorite so I highly recommend that one, etc... each with different benefits for the body. Also jacuzzis and 2 pools. Bar, restaurant, massage chairs, and a projector on the wall, with comfy sofas and floor mats to relax. Inside the female's area there are lockers, hair dryers, two other saunas and a designated are to bathe korean/japanese style where you can only enter naked, in that area there are 2 jacuzzis, a dry sauna, showers and a cold little pool. When you enter the place you are provided with towels, a shirt and some shorts which you must use at all times in the common areas so basically you can't be walking around in your bathing suit unless ofc if you are inside the women's or male's designated locker room/bathroom.

Thomas Wright

The security guards are nicer than the receptionist. She’s extremely rude, no matter if you come often, and she is very demanding. Other staff is amazing, including janitors, and all others. The main night receptionist is just rude and racist. Has no respect for others. Other customers waiting to get checked in have left for the way she talks to others. This is something you may want to address. I love this spa and will definitely continue to return, but your guest are #1. The way this person acts is as if everyone is trash if they aren’t dressed accordingly. I wore my work clothes one day, it’s fine. Next day I wear my sweats and t shirt, I get treated like trash. Since then, I switch to see, and it’s the same discrimination and acts that tell me stay away. Tonight will most likely be my last time if you guys can’t fix this. Thank you

SEYER

I was there a few month ago it was a great experience it was very clean and the price was very affordable

Nathaniel Grant

This is a really cool place to go and relax

lily dam

Day Pass($25): Had a good experience wasn't too crowded, but the place wasn't idle either. We hit the underground pool (swimsuits) and the co-ed sauna rooms (35°, 130°,140°,191° salt room, and hot beaded room) all were nice! For co-ed areas, you're required to wear their provided outfits. They provide you a locker and a wristlet/key that's also used for food transactions in house. Note that you cannot bring outside food into the spa! Overall, a good place to go with your friends! Night Pass ($35): I went to spend the night since it was a cheaper alternative stay to other things in town and I wanted to enjoy the saunas again. I chose this place particularly because we were traveling with some kids and a big group in general and this place wasn't as busy as other spas in town. The night was quiet and not as busy (even for a Saturday night) and that's something I was looking for. Woke up early (6:15ish) to hit the steam room, take a dip in the jaccuzi and shower all in the women's locker room with no one around (no private area and no clothes allowed, not even their provided ones).

Akram AbouKhalil

Spa Palace is a pretty interesting place located and what I perceive as a tough neighborhood. After you park in the lot you taking elevator to the lobby where you check in and you separate to the men's and women's locker room. In the locker room you have the amenities such as showers, jacuzzis and saunas. In the co-ed area a pool to hot tubs, a few different saunas and a cold room. What I didn't like was in the pool area they were blasting "today's greatest hits" what's really prevented you from swimming or sitting in the hot tub in peace. The showers were fine but no one refilled the water in the men's locker room and I didn't know that you had to ask for toothbrush and a razor until after I finish showering and walk out to the lobby.

Elain

It's not bad, but the spa has a bad smell

Joy Leance

The front desk Asian lady is rude but other than that its clean

Barbie Rae

Very relaxing

Zarina Khabibulina

Very fancy salt room!Loved it.

Joshua Choi

Good place for Korean spa. Everything is good except the food. Snack bar is ok, but the restaurant food can be better.

Logan Lopez

Great services and offerings. Unique look and interesting layout. The outdoor garden is very nice and the pool is surely the best pool in the area compared to the other Korean spas. The pool area is huge and would be great for parties. The atmosphere here seems to appeal to a more new-age, younger crowd as opposed to your traditional patrons of Korean Spas.

Priscilla Loza

I can't even explain it.i was amaze of how peaceful I felt....

Geo Valdez

My Girlfriend went to this Spa this past Sunday and was given antibiotics due to a bacteria she got in the hot tubs. She mentioned she had been in the hot tub by the pool and in the showers. She will be posting her review along with pictures. It saddens us because we come here a lot and never had a problem, we also bring our Son. Who ever is in charge of cleaning the hot tubs is not following proper health codes. My Girlfriend has a rash all over her body or what she thought was a rash now identified as folliculitis bacteria only found in hot tubs.

Christine Thompson

So impressed with Spa Palace! So much quieter than Wi Spa, more saunas, and a co-ed pool floor! The pool is included in your spa entry but don't forget to bring a bathing suit if you want to use it. Best and most unique part of the co-ed pool is that there is a bar with alcohol! The restaurant in the jimjilbang area is great too, they have all the Korean classics plus tacos, quesadillas, and mini corn dogs. I love the giant 12' projector TV on the wall in the jimjilbang too; they were playing the Dodgers when we were there (on mute). The scrub ($40) was excellent, and for $25 more, you can add an hour long massage ($25 entry fee is waved when you get the scrub + massage for $90 total, or the scrub and entry fee is $65 total). The massage was just okay, but worth the extra money if you're feeling fancy.

Valerie Haney

Nice place. They have both communal and separate Himalayan Salt saunas, Jacuzzi, etc. Everyone is very nice, both staff and costumers with the atmosphere very pleasant. Good vibes! There's a huge pool level and parking garage below. Went to other spas in LA and this one is the best for the price!!

Jed Joseph

Loved it, great amenities and so relaxing. Best during the week, I avoid weekends

Cynthia Divinity

My first time going and the experience was a little different from what I’m use too but nice. However, I booked online and once I arrived I paid in cash. It’s been two weeks and after several calls and two emails I have yet to be able to get the situation resolved. I’ve spoken to Clair and Anna who has taken down my information and promised to call me back, I’m still waiting. I find this to be so unprofessional. Let me mention it’s a $400 charge.

Sherease O'Guin

I do not recommend this spa. Horrible Horible customer service! First off why is there a parking charge? Secondly there is nothing on their website that says “no bags allowed”. When I arrived to the front desk I was told “we have a no bag policy”... Why would there be a no bag policy at a 24 hour spa? I personally love my spa bag. I I left for Wii Spa. I called back to ask for a manager to let them know there is nothing on their website that says no bags allowed and spoke to an extremely rude employee who told me it was for me to figure out their no bag policy & I could call back on Monday. Bottom line I will stick with the tried and true Wii Spa. Where everyone brings a bag in with no issue. I made a mistake by trying Spa Palace out. Your no bag policy is ridiculous especially for guest checking in over night. Your employees are rude. Spa Palace will never get my business or anyone else I know.

I really enjoyed my experience. I took my sister for her birthday. It was our first time there and her first experience at a Korean spa. We both got then"the Ritual" treatment. It was worth every penny. I got my money's worth compared to other high end spas.

Great location and easy access from LA down town. It seems not well advertised since not many people are there no matter when weekday or weekend, but this is very spacious open area with warm (heated) flower where you can enjoy TV on individual sofa (~30 of them) or lay down on cushioned mat. You can order food to enjoy either in above mentioned open space or table/chair space located near counter where you order your food (toward opposite side of entrance). They have 4 different type of dry sauna in common area, and I was told there are additional sauna for woman only. Three jetted water tub with differently temperature and one dry sauna and steam sauna in shower facility. There are swimming pool on lower level.

Connor Hayes

One of my favorite places in the world, literally.

Space a def. newer in comparison to the Wispa of Korea Town- Newer , bigger and more hip younger sister! I think I probably need to return to remind myself if their massuse was just as good ..

This place is great to visit with friends. The common area has food, and drink items, as well as many different saunas. There is a great pool area with a bar that serves reasonably priced alcoholic beverages. Pool area is only open till 10pm so come early. There's a beautiful waterfall pool, private saunas, steam rooms, and Jacuzzis through the locker room as well. I had a great body scrub, facial, and massage too. Definitely recommend this spot for a day of R n R.

AVOID THIS PLACE if you are looking for good customer service and a relaxing environment. The owner's son Mike runs the smoothie bar. My girl friend ordered a drink and it tasted terrible. She asked if she could return it, the owner explained that she should have been smarter and ordered something she liked. He wouldn't refund or exchange the drink. After this experience we decided to ask for a refund for all the message services we handn't received yet and management said they could only refund 50% of our money. We had to call our bank and dispute the charges in order to receive a refund

I really enjoyed my time that I spent at the spa Palace. This is the first of all I have ever been to so take my opinion with a grain of salt as I've never actually experienced any others than this. The staff were nice, the environment was extremely relaxing, the deep tissue massage that I got was just fantastic. They also had a good selection of healthy foods to snack on. Overall I left feeling refreshed and ready for the coming work day. Definitely worth the money

This place is great facilities and smells good (very important) the only bad thing about this place it’s not the facility but the people that go there I was trying to nap and I hear kids running around in flip flops shouting making its impossible to sleep and other non Korean people who do not know how to act in a spa facility other than that is a great place

Angel Fox MUA

Feels very nasty and cold.

KOMA REPUBLIC

This place is no good! I love sauna and been in many places all part of the USA. Owner is trying to save as much money is possible. They offering you only on towel:)) all sauna rooms are the same, but has different manes :)) they all are overheated. Water in pools and hot tubs are with chemicals. U may see foam in it. But this is not foam for bath use, it is chlorine. You seating AND BREATHING THAT CHLORINE. Even ice water pool is terrible. You not able to chill yourself. 10$ for sauna like that would be fine. Korean sauna in Chicago coast same price. But 10 times better!

Luxury SPA❤️️ Love this place, very clean and big pool

Super Body LA

I booked 2 massages on the phone for me and my mom. The lady didn't know their prices and asked for $20 more for each compared to their website. After we came to understanding about the price we went for the massage and it turned out that its only booked for one person and the other one has to do it 40 min later. We had to cancel them and I had payed a babysitter for the time of the massage. On top of that we didn't know that there is a valet parking and its only cash. So I had to go and look for an ATM machine. So $50 for baby sitter and no massage foe me and my mom :))) What a a great experience!

Came at 11 pm after long flight from Australia. It says its ope 24 hour however i just checked around couple of different rooms with diffrent concepts such as cold room , gold sauna, forest realxing room which was exciting and then, was going to have a shower but they said i can't use shower for an hour from now cause they are cleaning which means i can't use what i pay for as i need to go back to hotel and sleep for the trip for the next morning. They should've gave me a notice that this is their closing hour so i wouldn't have to pay $30 for nothing. They don't even seem like sorry for inconvenience even though i left with dry hair and didn't get any treat what i paid for. Very disappointing

juan gonzalez

great place to stay overnight if you just want somewhere to sleep. 24 Access to steam room, saunas, jacuzzis etc... No private sleeping area, it's communal.

Javon Moore

I come here often. I love the idea of the bar by the pool and more jacuzzis in the coed area. I great place to relax and chill.

Japonecita

This place is so relaxing. I have been there twice. Just as people leave comment, this place do discriminate disability people. My husband and I enjoyed the place so we wanted to bring my mother in law and brother in law. My brother in law is a handicap person, he is on wheel chair, he just cannot walk without wheelchair. Everything else, he can do by himself. We asked front desk if we could bring them here so they could also have fun and relax. A lady told us that they cannot accept handicap person because there is no life guard and want to avoid any problems. I found it weird because I saw a handicap sign by the elevator and the pool area. Oh well, i think the sign doesn’t mean that we can bring handicapped person but I felt the same way as other people that they discriminate disable people.

Best time to cone is weekday morning. Empty and really nice

What a wonderful place and an excellent price. There was so much to do we couldn't do it all in one day so we have to go back. Recommended for anyone seriously interested in relaxing!

Let me start this by saying I this used to be a regular stop every time I would come up to LA. My latest experience on 2/9/2019 however was awful enough that I don't see myself coming back. The facilities have become rundown with some of the showers no longer having shampoo, conditioner, or bodywash (likely to theft) That I could deal with, but the fact that 3 women wearing bathing suits (this is a nude spa) were taking pictures in the jacuzzi area. I alerted staff and they claim they spoke to them. That was a lie. I told them that I would like a refund because of this occurrence because I now felt incredibly uncomfortable as these women were not asked to leave. I have worked in the spa industry for over a decade and this was handled very poorly and I was treated abhorrently by the staff. Their attitude was completely unacceptable like they didn't even care. If you are considering going to a spa like this go to Wi Spa. It may be more busy, but they would never allow anything like this to happen

t akinstou

Mainly because it was clean and we could go as a whole family with toddlers.

Howard Baerresen

Amazing!! I loved it. Spent 7 hours there with a friend and honestly it was the best mini day vacation ever! It's not too crowded, even on a Friday night. And super clean! I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.

Azucena Rojas

Relaxing 24 hrs spa ..I recommended

Alexander Zhukovskiy

Came there at 9 am with my girlfriend, half of the amenities doesn't work, jacuzzi, restaurant, pool area stinks. No one told us about and not only this, I haven't experienced such a rude receptionist for a while. Complete waste of time and money.

The Spa: Very new huge spa. All the facilities are news. Love the swimming pool and hot tub level. Not many customers using that. It only open from Monday to Thursday. Friday to Sunday they rent out for private events. They sells food & beverage. You don't need to bring your wallet, they just scan your locker key and you pay when you check out at the front desk. The food is a little bit pricier compared to the restaurant; however, it makes it convenient for the customers. They sell shave ice dessert too!! The Service: Front desk check in easy. They give you locker key and spa uniform. It is easy to find the locker rooms. Next to the locker room, there is a resting room with comfortable lounge chairs with big screen TV. The Parking: Private parking structure (free). During busy hours, there is valet parking guy. They have good deal selling spa day pass on Groupon now!!

This spa is fantastic! The rooms are all quiet and easy to access. Very clean facility! Make sure to bring your own beach towel and slippers, also note you will be naked in your designated side! Also the pool is co ed, it’s only location you would need to bring a swimsuit for fyi! Will definitely be returning

Ijlal Carter

My partner and I arrived there around 2 am. We were told the only thing that was opened was the sauna, which I found weird since it's a 24 hour spa. We agreed to try again in a few weeks

Kellye Aguirre

Can't wait to visit services at $25 I'll be there

Curtis Hisao

It was pretty dead for a Friday night. Pleasantly surprised that they have 2 prices at night. If you leave by 3 am it's $25, if you stay pay that, through 11 am is $35. Hot rooms were really hot!

Cassandra Cooper

Thankfully Olympic spa was overbooked or I would have never discovered this place. And wow. It truly is a palace inside. Great spa services if you want that extra treatment. I went for the seaweed wrap as a treat to myself on my birthday. Heavenly it was. I didn't plan accordingly and had to leave after just a few hours but I will definitely be back when I have the day to spend and try out all of the many rooms they have.

Nenesha Brand

Omg! Great place to relax and spend the day.i had lunch and really destressed.

Jeffrey Coooper

This place is awesome. I’ve been here since the beginning, it's pretty consistent and it’s still on point. Not to sure about those few recent negative reviews (aka fake news), but I’ve never had an issue and been 30+ times (I live a block away). I’ve put all of my friends on to this spot and they love it. It’s chill, newer than other spas, rarely crowded and great for couples. Parking, be creative, there’s a big lot close by! Just know, what you put out in life is what you get back - namaste!

selfish mom

Let me explain this place you pull up you can either park outside or there is a security guard that watch your cars or you can park down in the parking structure sometimes they charge but now lately they have been not been charging.Prce $25 for 8 hrs.Ok so you then go to the elevator you go upstairs to the third floor once you go off of the elevator on the third floor you will feel a sense of serenity. There's only one way to go once your off a later you go to the reception desk they will ask you with services are you here for it is $25 for 8 hours to enjoy all of the great amenities you will love trust me. I do know if you give an extra $10 you can stay the night over which most people do and get up and go to work from there told her relax not in a crazy state of mind.I do suggest that the US Postal Service workers be mandated to go there at least twice a month. They have a great body scrub which our recommend and the massages there are cheaper than Burke Williams no disrespect Burke's Williams I do not like paying $200 and don't even have half of the amenity Spa Palace offers, plus they have a co-ed section inside there as well. Okay once you have told the reception all the services you would need they would then judge you by your size give you your t-shirt and shorts and the towel and also you have to sign in and get a key bracelet, what is a key bracelet? That will be your money no need to carry cash in your bra or....? But please do bring cash with you the cash or credit card or debit card will remain in your locker. So you put it on your key bracelet you walk to your locker you take your wrist or your arm and you scan your locker the Locker within go from a red light to a green light and open up YouPlay soluble onie's inside there including your cash and cell phone it's time to relax. You will be in all female all male room you can walk around as pretty as you want once you exit through those other doors you may want to have on that uniform. It is co-ed from that exit door on out. You walk out and see to massage chairs that massage from your feet to your head that is only thing that will take cash it's a $1 for I believe 3 minutes you can peek your head and all the rooms they have a gold room,Himalayan salt room, a clay ballroom, quiet room,a cold room a kid's room with a tv inside. There is also a big huge wall and the TV on are some people take their do tablets and hang out there quietly they have Matt's and small pillows for you to lay comfortably there is also a food area that is right there they have opened up your menu quite a bit. They now serve alcohol upstairs which is a great bonus when you bring your kids.

Ruth Tallmer

Wonderful spa! It also has a swimming pool & a nice array of saunas. Great massage & scrub.

san ai

Reasonable price and service and definitely less crowded than nearby spa. I enjoyed the peace and serenity of the sauna

Sheana Duncan

A great place for groups! A must! A very relaxed environment. Different saunas and steam rooms. Hot tubs and pools. Body scrubs and massages. And food selections.

Ashleigh Chilton

Great price, awesome facilities, the staff were friendly and polite. Cheap great parking with valet staff. I loved it , and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Very Good & Very Bad. (maybe just a little bit dangerous). The SPA IS NICE, DINNER WAS NICE, the SERVICE WAS VERY BAD. i would go back, if the service was friendly & capable. More on that later if you care. Parking There is a small parking garage, very close to the elevators, go to the 3rd floor for reception. I parked (for free) i think some reviews mentioned they paid, i got the best parking spot, maybe they weren’t very busy, Thursday night around 8:30-ish. Reception The host(s) were both very young women, one was new to the space very friendly, but deferred to the other for most all questions. The other one seemed to know the drill, but wasn’t very welcoming This is a nice facility overall. It is very clean and well laid out. It appears to be newer construction than most of the other K Spas in the area. Mens facility has 2 hot tubs, one hotter than the other, and an cold water plunge tub. It also has a dry sauna which is fine, but the upstairs coed spas are all nicer. The steam room in the mens seemed to be only partially working, so it had a very little amount of steam and was more like a warm humid day, a little musty, not really a hot wet healthy room. The coed space The coed space is nice, it is a large room with some fancy sofa like seats, large for chairs, cozy as love seats (see pics). There is a very big projection along one wall, that was playing an LA Lakers basketball game. There is a drink counter with a lot of choices. I had to holler into the back, as there was nobody manning the register. I got an Aloe water and a Corn Silk tea, both are nice, and my go to, with water when planning for a lot of sweating. I went next window to order dinner, and again nobody was there. After hollering to the back a nice lady came out and discussed some of the options. I went for some steamed dumplings and an Udon noodle bowl. They were both nicely cooked, and came out very quickly. Now with dinner out of the way, i started my circuit, by going into the gold room, a large gold plated pyramid shaped dry sauna room. it was comfortable, and then i wanted to go a bit hotter, so i went to the clay ball room. I laid into the clay, and love the way the clay balls surround the body, and start to cook you. This is where it got DANGEROUS. When i sat up, i put my hands down into the clay balls to help myself up. there are wooden rafters under the clay, and when i put my hands down i got several splinters in the end of my middle finger on my strong hand. This is the most annoying place to get them, as i use that finger for everything /: 2 of the splinters were small and exposed. i managed to get them out OK, but couldn’t get the big ones out, as they were under the skin. I went to the front to ask for tweezers, and was told they don’t have any. i asked to look in the first aid kit, which they did, but didn’t have anything. I went back into the mens, and tried some more, but was likely just making it worse. I got dressed and went to reception. i asked if i could pay, and then have a pass to come back in, so i could leave and fix my situation. i was told “no in & out”. i asked if there was any way to make an exception, and was told i could have 10 minutes! impossible. Unfortunately, i did not get to do the circuit of saunas, or check out the pool area or lounge ): This was all very disappointing, as i had driven 45 minutes to get there.

Tina Jordan

Good little spot...the massage therapist did to much talking during my couple's massage but it was good...

Sheila'sVlog

asian lady that does facials got upset because i gave her a low tip affect paying her $100 for one hour

Gabriel Brambila

I love this place so relaxing I wish the pool and bar were open passed 10pm but everything else was wonderful very clean and quiet

Oscar Cortez

Anyone reading this.... the most annoying thing you can do at spa palace is to open the door to a sauna and stair into the room, Deciding weather to go in or not. In the mean time all the hot air is escaping the room. This is very rude and inconsiderate. What people should be doing is opening the door just enough to walk in but not so much as to allow all the hot air in the sauna to escape than shutting the door quickly once inside.

Frozen Pyt

I cut my foot in the jacquzi , there were 9 people in the jacquzi and the capacity is only 6. There was no employees at the bar and they didn't have anything offer. The employees were on there phone at time I cut my foot so they had no care in the world. They refused to give me my money back and give me credit for another day ? Why so I can cut my foot again ? So appearnlty they banned me for liability cause. They treated me so badly . I don't recommend it anyone until they thoroughly clean out the pool/hot tub. Disgusted in how they run business. I deserve a lot more then my money back.

Alicia Richter

Interesting experience, stayed overnight. Enjoyed the quiet jacuzzis and had a massage. Many options of saunas, laughed at the "ice room " as I am from MN and it was warmer in that room than it was at home. Not sure if I would go again.

Colton Case

24 hour hot tubs. Great massages but have to be there before 10pm. Restaurant there good food. This is a top A+ spa. Located in Downtown LA.

Cassandra Joseph

This was the worst experience I have ever had. There is no privacy. The "aroma oil" that was used might have been olive oil for all I know.

Credit Fix Now

I just walked by however sidewalk smelled like

Michelle Seaton

Attended with a huge group. Very accommodating as I know large groups can be frustrating. If I wasn't at a scheduled event I would have stayed all day.

ISLAM

Love this place..exquisitely clean..24 hr facility which is wonderful..when I come out of the Salt Sauna my skin is so clean and clear..great place to detox the pores

Natasha Platt

This is an amazing spa— one of the best I have been to. It is clean, quiet, beautiful, and the variety of saunas is amazing. I wish I could spend another full day here. Highly recommend—it is much better than Wi Spa by the way!

Antoinette Anderson

My daughter's and I love the spa palace. It is so relaxing. I wanted to give 5 stars but I think the staff should enforce the spa rules. It should not be up to the patron to tell another patron what they are doing wrong. Uniforms are given and they should be worn, not street clothes and in the whirlpool area swimsuits and other clothing are not permitted per spa rules and the staff should make sure that no one is getting in the water without taking a shower and should be nude. Anyone sceamish about being nude should not be in that part of the spa. These rules are for everyone's safety and any spa like this, the rules are the same, we go to the spa alot.

Antonia Reid

Relaxing and clean!

Joel Jeong

Ok, it was ok, like it had fancy uncomfortable chairs but ok

matthew polinger

Totally a fun experience. People of all walks of life are in there.
