It's okay. Just okay. The staff are not exactly what you'd call friendly. It's a bit dirty, there's so much hair in the bath. Nobody told us where anything was, so we missed the clay/salt room. The tea sauna is the best part about this place, it smells amazing. It was a bit too crowded for my tastes.

The spa is beautiful. but on my last visit the spa was shocked with chemicals prior to everyone leaving, and I had an allergic reaction. My swimsuit was bleached by the huge amount of chlorine dumped in the spa. And even though I brought it up to the manager, I did not even get an apology.

It's like a Greek decor. The facial was amazing. Instead of putting a mask on you and walking out. They massage your scalp, neck, and shoulders You can wear a bikini here. Mineral whirlpools. Little oasis right across from Masros. Who knew??? Didn't want to leave.

Very old school glam, full of Antique style and old world charm. We won a trip and got to stay free, otherwise its expensive. Lots of high end cars outside in the car park.

This is the BEST spa in LA. I have been to the spa at the Hotel Bel Air and many others including the Waldorf Astoria and this is by far the best. It feels very very grand. Love it.

Spa Montage Beverly Hills is inside the Montage Hotel on Canon Drive. There are a handful of upscale spas in this city and this is among them. After acquiring residence in this Montage complex, having access to all the hotel amenities including this spa was a persuading perk. The menu of services is like other spas offering massages, facials, hair and mani pedi also available with the hair salon next door. Usually go for a post sports massage and facials, and use the sauna and these merit a recommendation. Service from the staff can always be improved, need to be more courteous professional and nice. Primarily come here for convenience and the indoor mineral pool, the rooftop poolside access, reflected in my 5 star rating. Staff service has improved, they are more attentive, courteous and accommodating. Access to the 9th floor rooftop swimming pool, private enclosure cabanas and grill is nice. Valet parking is validated. Self parking 2 hours free next lot is available.

The team here is just fantastic. I'm an event planner and was planning a fun surprise day for two clients. Part of the day included a stop for a couple's massage.
