I don't get massages often, but after my friend kept recommending this place I decided to give it a shot. It was my first time getting a massage in the US, and I was definitely skeptical at first due to heightened expectations from my friend, but Shiatsu of Pasadena went above and beyond to meet each of them. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end and this place was able to take me away to my own personal sanctuary. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out they provided any amazing experience that really emphasizes the effort they put into the details. I had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has never had a massage or is looking for a small getaway to de-stress!

I have had around 10+ massages in my life and this was hands down the BEST I've ever had. First of all, from the moment we parked, the customer service was above and beyond. Danni personally showed us which parking space to use and escorted us into the spa. She was an unbelievably gracious host from the moment we arrived until the last minutes of our visit. The spa is SPOTLESS and has this peaceful vibe that really adds to the whole experience. My partner and I agree that the massage itself was unlike anything we had ever experienced. The way they tend to pressure points almost felt like an artistic expression. After the massage, they offer a tea service which was very special. 11/10 - I can definitely see myself being a regular at Shiatsu.

I was referred by my friend and i love this place after my first visit. The decor here is very exquisite. What I enjoyed most is that my masseuse Julie is so professional that she hit all the pressure points of my shoulder and back. Definitely not my last visit :)))))

One of my coworker referred me to this place one day and I tried to make an appointment for Tuina treatment with Guasha. It was ABSOLUTELY the best massage I've ever had. The place was super clean and bedding product was over the top quality. Price is so reasonable. I will definitely come back with my family. Thank you.

I'm so glad I found this amazing spa near my work. I tried a couple of different massuse and they are all very good at Japanese shaitsu and tuina. I would highly recommend especially if you are looking for a great and clean environment. BTW they serve you the best white tea in the end of session.

Went today for a much needed massage... was not disappointed!! SaSa was amazing! I probably get 5-6 massages each year... this one ranks in the top 5 of my lifetime for sure :). I will def be back. AND... love their space - cozy, serene and the pot of white tea after with a few yummy nibbles was such a sweet way to end my treatment.

I had such an ordinary spa experience at this place. There’s no place like this in LA. Staffs are so attentive and welcoming. I had one hour shiatsu since the one I usually go was closed. It’s the BEST shiatsu I’ve ever had. My masseuse doesn’t speak good English but her technique is extraordinary. I’ll not just come back I’ll also ask my friend and family to come. The whole package they offer is just so amazing. Thank you!

I highly recommend booking an appointment with Brandi at Shiatsu of Pasadena Day Spa in Pasadena. I am so grateful that we met. Brandi is not only a fantastic stylist, but also such a great person. The whole experience at Shiatsu of Pasadena Day Spa is top notch from the time you walk in the front door until you leave. They always make me feel like such a VIP when I am there. I am always promptly greeted upon walking in the front door on the first floor. Then immediately greeted again at the front desk upstairs. I am always seen on time by Brandi- I never have long periods of waiting in the lobby. Brandi does such a great job of listening to what you truly want done to your hair. Upon my initial visit to her over a year ago, I remember being so shocked that she actually takes notes on what she does to your hair and keeps a file on you for future reference! Amazing! That is top notch service! I strongly recommend going to see Brandi. You won't want to visit another stylist ever again. Brandi is definitely my stylist for life!
