I have never seen incompetence in EPIC proportions! I booked 4 appointments for a group over a week ago. I made it clear at that time one may cancel & change to a day use. Well, the change was made 3 days before the service and confirmed the remaining appointment's we're as scheduled. The group showed up for their scheduled appointments only to find out all of the appointments were cancelled except t for changed appointments. They were apologetic but not empathetic. Their resolution was accommodating us throughout the day & not the services requested. They made no attempt to make their mistake righted. To add insult to injury, the manager delegated the chore of relaying their remedy to an employee, afraid to discuss the incompetence with anyone in our party. I hope the health department doesn't show up. I read the review of dirty sheets & bloody towels. They are the worst!!!!
