DESCRIPTION

Here you will be able to see all the reviews of people like you who are buying the products and services of Pacific Waters Spa (Spa) in the state of California.

As of day the business receives a score of 4.7 stars out of 5 and this rating was based on 27 reviews.

You may have noticed that the average score it has is virtually the best, and it's founded on a very high number of scores, so we can say that the rating is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they are pleased, it works.

You know that we do not usually bother to give opinions when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

This Spa is included in the category of Day spa.

Just 3 stars because I had a gift card and they didn't honor the treatment, they charge me more because the prices went up, which is ridiculous. If you wanna do that, you have two options: put an expiration date on the card or don't sell treatments, just money. So, I'm really disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, and the treatment was great.

My husband and I had the water soak and the couples massage it was so relaxing.

I have been a member for over a year. I love this place the pricing is high but I feel is well worth the service. I usually plan to be there an hour before and an hour after my massage to enjoy the facilities.

We celebrated our anniversary recently to a couple massage together at this spa facility. The hotel grounds are lovely. We had complimentary valet as part of our spa service. As we walked through the hotel grounds to the spa, we took a nice stroll to enjoy the ambiance. Even though we are local to the area, it felt like we were transported back to our honeymoon far, far away. Upon arriving, we were immediately checked in and taken to our separate locker areas. They provide robes and shower shoes for you to walk around the spa with. Once dressed, you walk over to a quaint waiting area which has water, tea, coffee, snacks and cookies. Once the staff is ready for your treatment, they will call you and take you back to your treatment room. The massage was absolutely amazing and the best 50 min massage I've had in a very long time. The staff was friendly and made our special day - even more special. After our treatment, we were escorted to a co-ed area which offers lounge chairs and water features to relax you even more. We sat outside and enjoyed the great weather, sunshine and refreshing glasses of champagne together. We had a great experience and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The women's section of the spa does offer a dry sauna, steam room, showers and a jacuzzi. They also have plenty of toiletries in case you forget something.

Very relaxing, day pass costs $25 and gets you access to Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Well worth it. Quiet and staff is super friendly. Separate areas for men and women.

Amazing full highlights, cut, blow-dry, and style from WENDY! Full service comes with INCLUDED full day spa pass AND validated valet parking. Great stylist, very nice full service salon & spa in South wing of Hyatt. Steam and dry sauna, jacuzzi, pool, water, tea, coffee, and light snacks in each gender separated quiet relaxation room or outdoor secluded patio only for spa guests.

Three stars because the facility is beautiful and I could spend hours in the steam room and showers. When I arrived, I wasn’t even acknowledged while the receptionist was on the phone. I wasn’t expecting her to hang up, but it’s basic etiquette to give eye contact. I wish there was a rug under the table, I don’t want to hear the chair wheeling around the room or the masseuse’s shoes squeaking. I also told my masseuse that I’m ticklish on my feet, and she spent a lot of time massaging my ticklish feet. And lastly although you can change it, I didn’t like the automatic added gratuity.

The spa itself is very nice and relaxing. My 90 minute facial has me wishing I'd saved the money and just booked the 60 minute one. My aesthetician did no extractions, which is the reason I booked the longer one, so there would be time to do plenty. She just spent the majority of the time massaging me. If I wanted a massage, that's what I would have booked. So disappointing and expensive.
