Been going here for about 4 years off and on now. I go somewhat regularly, now. They have a great deal where you get $25 off if you buy gift card of $125. That gets you 5 one-hour sessions at $25 each instead of $30. They're cheap because they want you to give bigger tips to the massage therapist.
The main massage area is a large, quiet, dark room that has massage beds where multiple foot massages are performed at the same time. It's still a very private experience, though, thanks to the darkness and the quiet music that plays in the background.
There are also rooms on the sides of the main massage room where more private full-body massages can be performed.
One thing to note is that you need to be patient with the massage therapists and clearly communicate to them your needs. They don't generally speak English very well, so you also need to be patient in that regard as well. They can customize the massage, if you clearly communicate such.
In my personal opinion, it's not a good place to go for a full-body massage. I have spine problems and I won't let them touch my back. When I do the foot massage, once they're done with your feet they have you turn over for a back massage. I tell them from the beginning that I down want to turn over, so they spend more time on my feet. They're too rough on the back and neck, for me. So, I only go there for the foot massage (including hands, arms, legs and shoulders). If you go there for a full-body massage, be certain to clearly communicate your needs/restrictions before the massage begins and don't be afraid to have them adjust their technique as they go.
