August 2016 Worst experience ever. Michelle, the owner was my therapist. She didn't turn the bed on and used one hot towel and wash cloth for a 75 minute treatment. The air conditioner was blowing. My bad for waiting too long to tell her how miserably cold I was. When I did, there was no apology, only that she had just 10 minutes left. She HAD to have felt me shaking. My BFF in the next room had a very different experience. Bed was on, hot towels galore...all the comforts the "owner" did not give me. I called later to ask how come my BFF and I had such different experiences. She called me "bipolar" because I tipped her. Screamed at me and called me names. I never did get to ask my question because she hung up on me. I put her on speaker so my friend could hear. It was unbelievable. Spend a little more to go to a luxurious resort spa where someone cares about your comfort, doesn't try to save a dime, and treats you with respect. Oh....and speak up immediately if you are not comfortable. Oh...one more thing...don't get sucked into a tip because you are afraid of hurting someones feelings. I just wanted out and into the sunshine! I've never left a bad review online before, but this one could not be passed up.

My BFF came up for a weekend with me in Napa. To celebrate her birthday I wanted to take her to a local day spa. This spa was just a short distance from my house and I had been intrigued when I saw it while on a walk. Booking was simple. Although I was on a somewhat limited budget I splurged for what I think is their most expensive day spa package. With the local discount it only cost me about $185 per person for two and one half hours of pampering. The massage included with the package was magical. Besides the adorable outside the spa featured an interior that was done in a minimalist style yet still provided a warm and intimate environment.

Finding a day spa in Napa Valley that offers a great massage is not that difficult. Finding one that is affordable is another question. I did my searching on the web and came across this spa. It looked like it had something special going on. The all white exterior reminded me of an old time Sees Candy Store. Inside was tastefully decorated. We went with a group of 5 people. Two of us got the 75 minute massage and the rest of us received a package that was 100 minutes long and included a massage, body scrub and "herbal" facial. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. The nice touch of little snacks of pistacios, granola, chocolate mints and bottled water rounded out the experience. The prices were very reasonable considering this was Napa.

I received a gift certificate for a 75 minute massage, for Christmas. I felt a little intimidated, as I am local, and was not really going for a full blown spa experience. I had my massage at the Lernhart Street location, it is very convenient and easy to locate. The facility is very intimate and beautiful, very conducive to relaxation and pampering. Ophelia was my massage therapist, I can't say enough about what a wonderful person she is. She was so kind and friendly, immediately put me at ease. Her massage was absolutely amazing, she was very attune to my comfort the whole time. The 75 minutes just flew by. Between Ophelia's terrific massage and the heated massage bed, I didn't want to leave at the end! I would recommend her and this facility to everyone, and I will definitely be going back soon!

Can't recommend enough! Lovely 75 minute couples massage. Good price (especially for Napa), welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere, and incredibly relaxing massages for both of us. Nice combo of relaxation and really working on injuries and kinks. Great way to heal from our day long bike ride through Napa Valley!

What a lucky and spontaneous decision! For Fathers day my lovely lady and I went to Mais Oui on the recommendation from her aunt who lives in Napa. We picked the Honey Couples package on that weekend. The package includes a massage and facial. The business was a charming white Victorian on Jefferson st downtown Napa. They let us get a room so we could get the massage side by side and the therapists work was great! I would highly recommend this experience as a couple or just to relax and decompress. The staff is friendly, the spa is welcoming and my wife and I would be happy to go back.

The best massage I've had in my life! Michelle was FANTASTIC. She is not only a gifted masseuse but such a lovely person. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the time I walked in. I left with a renewed spirit and felt weightless. I would recommend her to anybody who comes to the Napa area. If I'm ever in Napa I will definitely be back. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Mais Oui.

We arrived quite a bit early for our day spa appointment and we were escorted into a side room while they prepared for us. We were offered bottled water and snacks. I had a massage and my girlfriend got a package that had several treatments. I've been to day spas in the Napa Valley before and was expecting the worse when it came time to pay the bill. My girlfriend had booked it but had not mentioned the prices. To leave a spa in Napa after almost two hours and having to pay under $250 for two people is almost unheard of. The spa created a very intimate feeling. We were able to have our massage treatments side by side. It used to be a Victorian home and I'm guessing that we were in what was once the living room. While it is not a large mansion style Victorian it still had plenty of room. It looked like maybe three or four different rooms for massage and a very large waiting area. I recommend this place if you're looking for something other than a cookie cutter style spa and want something that gives a very unique wine country experience.

Just went there last week end with 3 girlfriends for a girl's "spa" day out. From the outside it's the cutest little white Victorian. The first thing you notice when you enter is the fantastic smell. We were greeted and taken to a large waiting room. The spa has two main rooms and we divided into pairs so that we could all have our massages at the same time. All of us had the Deluxe Package which was 100 minutes and included a 50 minute massage and a herbal facial and a shea butter body scrub. All of the therapists were friendly. My massage is one of the best I've had. When you consider the low price of $125 per person for the package it is unbeatable, especially for Napa. When we arrived a honeymoon couple was just leaving. I'm hinting hard to my boyfriend what a wonderful place this would be to go to next time we are in Napa Valley.

My girlfriends and I went up to Napa for the weekend and we came here to be pampered on our last day. The cottage is very cute and clean and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. We all had fantastic massages, an invigorating body scrub as well as a relaxing honey facial. Afterwards the staff made us some tea to take on the road home!!! We definitely recommend Mais Oui Spa and hope your experience is as amazing as ours was! Enjoy!

My husband and I were given a couple's massage my Nancy and Jessica. They were excellent! By far the best massages we've had. They seemed knowledgeable and took plenty of time for us. They were very accommodating and friendly. I wish we lived local to Mais Oui so we could come more often!

Glad I went? yes. Did I go for what I was looking for? No I've been to a few day spas where I've gotten massages at and this in no way was near the others. This is more of a "quick fix" but it shouldn't be at the price they charge. Would I go back? No Would I recommend this place? No. Masseuse were nice and professional -Yes.
