The best Massage place in Burbank City for sure. I don’t even live in the Valley anymore and I drive all the way here for my little piece of Heaven: Lovely owner, private rooms, very clean, moderately quiet, friendly staffs and reasonable prices. I am so impressed with this place and their excellent service! Dim candle lights encourage relaxation with soft music play through the entire space, you feel amazing afterwards. I will definitely be a future customer!

I had read many good reviews on Gentle care health Spa and was eager to try them out as I was looking for a spa that was reasonably priced and good and being near my home would be an extra bonus. My family gave me a Mother's Day gift massage voucher and I was thrilled. I chose the one hour Shiatsu Massage and no regrets. I could feel all my body and shoulder aches being gently kneeded away.I had another massage two weeks later and this time I extended another half hour. It was just as good and this time more thorough and relaxing. Both times , both masseuse were very professional. I took a shower after I done this place is well decors & clean. I would definitely recommend Gentle care health Spa to my friends and family

Worst massage of my life. I don’t think my misuse was trained or even knew what she was doing. Very uncomfortable feeling the whole time. Never even massaged my feet or neck. I had to ask to be covered up. What the heck??

This was the worst experience of my life, the room was dirty the massage therapist did not know what she was doing I felt like she was not licensed at all. I asked her how long has she been doing this her answer was “two years” I don’t think so. No customer service. She did not even ask would you like deep tissue massage or soft massage she just went straight to my spine and put as much as pressure as possible to the point where I had to tell her stop. My messuse kept on leaving the room everytime someone walked in.

I believe one of the best places to get a massage here in North Hollywood. All the masseuses all give a really good massage. I have been going here for a few years and the only complaint I really have is the hours are limited. But my guess is there must be some type of Los Angeles rule that they must close at 10 p.m. as the majority of the places out here close at the same time . It would be great if they were open until midnight because those of us who work 2nd shift cannot always get there. Some of the employees do not speak very good English which can sometimes cause confusion if you're trying to explain or certain injury you might be experiencing but the benefits they offer overshadows this. The pricing is fair I would suggest you go with the hour to get your money's worth though. I have found the place to be clean and the music that usually play is soothing.

Cozy & clean, friendly staffs, fair prices; The massage was a relaxing experience for me, The session is designed to make people forget all cares and worries and enter a pure state of relaxation, help stimulate circulation and boost metabolism (just what I need after a long flights) Their measures not only tend to release those sore, stiff muscles but also ensures you are comfortable throughout the session, recover your energy and put your mind at ease. I actually felt relaxed, all stresses in my body has gone away right after the massage was done. I really am satisfied. It was very good. The service is thumbs up! Overall, I loved my experience with this place.

1. Rude staff 2. Dirty lobby, ghetto massage room 3. Music kept stopping and re-starting every few minutes, not relaxing 4. Ticking clock in the room was annoying 5. Weak massage 6. Didn't do what I asked 7. My maseusse kept leaving when the phone or doorbell rang 8. Made me pay up front Ghetto, dirty, horrible customer service.

This place is dirty. Bathroom had no towels. Massage was okay but nothing special. I will not be going back again.
