YOU MUST TIP. Today was a first experience with body massage of any sort. I’ve got to say, for a first time, everything was great; pricing, music, quiet environment, friendly staff, clean facility, etc. My only downside(s) that I found while being there was the bathroom was slightly hard to find, but they will guide you. Another downside that I found was that after first paying and getting the message you must tip, which I think $45 for an hour is a great price so I tipped $5 but the lady at the front makes sure every single person tips( I made a reservation for three adults)and then makes you feel uncomfortable as if you didn’t tip enough and then throws the tips in a drawer looking like she got ripped off. Overall, I would go back because of the pricing and quality of massage, but at the same time I might look at other places because of that issue. The staff speaks English, with heavy accent but I didn’t find that an issue to me, there’s just less talking which I understand. The man who massaged my body was very professional, very humble, and friendly.

Um , I’ve never experienced something like this.. I walked in for my appointment and the guy didn’t say anything just walked me back to the room and proceeded with the massage, very painful & he didn’t touch my feet ( I came for a full body). I come out to pay and put a 5.00$ tip then he gets upset saying 10.00$ ! 10.00$! I couldn’t understand him so he was just pointing at the tip telling me 10.00$! Maybe you should make the prices more expensive if you’re going to expect a bigger tip or put a sign saying *10.00$ minimum tip*. So I had to re-write my tip and just walked out. Not worth the money and definetly not worth a 10.00$ tip hence my 5.00$ tip!

Our first time to Pismo on vacation. Great place with lots of activities. The wife and I needed to unwind after a full day on the go. We found this place and WOW! What a great place...Super friendly,,,Very clean...Great prices and most of all.... AWESOME MASSAGE!!! We will tell all our friends to make sure they stop at this place if they are in Pismo Beach. I know they will thank me when they get back! We will definitely be back the next time we are even close to Pismo!

For the price they do a pretty good job. You'll basically get the same massage everytime. It's easier than going to a spa. If they feel like you didnt tip them enough? Regardless of how well they did or didnt do? They WILL follow you out to your vehicle requesting more $$. That is no joke. Dont bother with their gift certificates. Buying them is super easy. But redeeming the certificate is about confusing as it is to communicate with the people working there unfortunately. My gf and I put both of our foot rubs on a $100 gift certificate. When we were pulling away in the car, the lady came out and knocked on the car window. Asking me to come back inside? I went back in and she told me the certificate was only good for my gf and I must pay my half.So I did with $7 tip cash on top. Back in the car I told my gf and she went inside to get the remaining balance changed on the gift card, for 1 massage insteadve 2. My gf came back out saying that she was told they still were charging the gift certificate for 2 massages, and my payment had been their tip?A $40 dollar tip?! Um yea... Long story short, I will not be going back again. They are very crafty!! Dont be afraid to put your foot down come final payment and tip time. Or they will bully/lie to you into paying more.
