I had a facial with Eden and she was fantastic! She explained what each of the steps were that she applied on my face and catered the facial to my skin type. There were also skin softening gloves during the time. To top it off, she also did wonderful shoulder/neck, foot, and hand massages. Will definitely be a regular with her!

Got an amazing massage from Hermann. I had some intense muscle soreness that wasn't going away. He worked it out and in and hour I felt better and the next day all pain was completely gone. He has a lovely energy and will def work out your kinks ! I will go back to see him as often as I can .

A happy place for me. Open late, cold plunge, incredibly hot saunas & nice view on the roof. I just wish it wasn't so crowded but all the naked-ness in the clothing optional floor is manageable. Bring a friend!

I have traveled the world and been to many spas. However this spa by far was the best. The ambience was very relaxing. They did mess up my husband's timing of massage and bath soaking which of course made him upset. They did take me and right away. A little pricey, but the facial and massage I received has me looking into going back-and-forth once a month from Montana to California just to visit again. I definitely will be buying some of their skin care products on a regular basis.

The spa facility is really great, hot tub, steam room, lounge, fresh water and tea, sauna, showers, blow dryers and hair products, etc. The massage was amazing! The facial was kind of irritating... They try to upsell you on EVERYTHING! Recommending several add-ons while you are already in the room/on the table. And then when you go to check out they have a list of products, and a basket full of them to try to sell to you. I didn't come to the spa to be sold things, I came to RELAX!!!!

Big THANK YOU to Andre, Antonio and Dani. All 3 made me feel very welcome, their service was beyond exemplary. It's because of employees such as these that provide exceptional service that I have kept coming back. There wasn't a moment that Antonio slowed down or stopped, he was constantly moving lugging supplies back and forth from the rear of the facility to the men's area, cleaning and arraigning the sink area, stocking towels, moping floor, bringing a new water jug, adding eucalyptus scent to the steam room. Inspecting every square inch of the men’s sauna area. This guy knows how to hustle and because of that I felt the men’s area was ALWAYS spotless! I only hope he is recognized appropriately for all his hard work. Andre was beyond amazing, not only did he listed to my requested target areas, he skillfully accomplished treating those areas, there are not enough words in the vocabulary to explain how good he is, utmost respect for him and his profession. He is a complete blessing, I came to find out, unknowingly I have a few friends that have selected him in the past, all with stellar reviews of him. At the end having spent a quiet relaxing evening slowing relaxing away all stress, Dani, with her cheerful, gleeful personality made the end of a 3 hour stay the icing on the cake. If only every day could end with a team of relaxation experts like Andre, Antonio and Dani. Thank you all again.

I have been going to this spa for 12 years always an amazing experience. This time my face was burned during a facial. Not such a great experience as my regular Esthetician left. Thats the only downer.. I have had to change massage therapists and Estheticians several times. Facilities are excellent. Staff is great, friendly, and welcoming. No one makes you feel uncomfortable if you want to wear your suit in the saunas or just go nude. Its a great vibe and my husband loves it..

I have been going to BW for years. I used to work at the corporate office, but now im just a member. My usual location is Pasadena. But i recently went to Orange as i have every intention of trying each location. I was pleasantly surprised how much i enjoyed the Orange location. I was completely pampered by everyone. It was a little busy when i went but the staff was all around amazing. I had a custom body polish with Laura. She was super informative. I have been applying the tips she gave me to my every day facial regimen and i see positive results already!! Orange is my new all time favorite location! Definitely recommend this spa and if youre looking for great skin care, request Laura!

Absolutely wonderful. They treated me and my mom so well. My mom is always so worried to get pedicures together because the people always hurt her feet but she was so happy tland pain-free. We will definitely be coming back! It is a European spa, so be prepared for nudity. It didn't bother us, but just wanted to point that out

I went to receive my very first massage ever! My first experience was amazing! I met up with a few girlfriends from work and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room, and social rooms. The staff is friendly and accomodating. You litterally lose track of time. Time is non-existent. I had the pure relaxation massage. Afterwards I felt like nothing could ruin my state of mind. I still feel like that today. Last night I slept so hard. I would definitely recommend this facility as an oasis to release you from your body's tensions. Loved it! I'm already thinking of my next escape...peraphs after the holidays...

Go early and enjoy the ammenities prior to your appointment. I was a bit hesitant since I fell in love with the Mission Viejo location, however, this is close to parking and just as beautiful and relaxing. Im really sad theyve changed the menu so much, there were free birthday baths and more package options. It is still the greatest get away in OC. I like to go during the week when it isnt so busy

I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, the rooms were soothing and quiet. I always ask for Valerie , she does a great deep tissue but then some spots like my lower back need a softer touch which she is equally amazing . Look forward to a Christmas gift card from my husband :)

Thanks to a very kind and generous friend I was treated to, by far, the best spa pedicure and (gel) manicure I've ever had. My nail specialist was Duc Nguyen should be considered the Jedi Master of his trade. Duc was not only extremely talented but very kind and genuine. I would send my mom, sisters and anyone to see Duc who needs and wants to be spoiled and refreshed. I literally left the spa as Burk Williams says "floating ". I included a couple pics from my experience.

As always, Mack is the best masseur. Being athletic and typically training for the next event, the deep tissue massage is targeted as requested and definitely therapeutic. The facilities are superb and always well stocked. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The massage was by a newly licensed therapist who seemed to flounder a bit. The facility was similar to my gym, and was very loud. If you are looking for a soothing and relaxing spa, this is not the place. The conversations echo terribly in the whirlpool and locker areas. I went on a weekend and the sauna was packed and smelled of body odor and sweat. The only plus were the receptionists who were professional and cheerful. However, beyond the front desk the attendants in the spa looked unpleasant, unhappy and were reluctant to help. This was my first and only visit, perhaps the experience during the week isn't as dreadful. I will not be returning to BW, and I do not recommend it.

My experience is only with the front customer service floor and products. My sister and I were helped by June. It was our first time there. She was quick and honest with her responses to our questions. She provided great insight to the products and offered appropriate suggestions for other similar products. Love this facility. I became a member recently and am so glad I did. It's so worth it. This is so much more than a day spa, I am able to actually appreciate the amenities, which include Male/Female only sections, a jacuzzi, wet & dry saunas, a cool misting room, fabulous showers and other accoutrements. Then there are massages, facials, mani/pedi's, different rooms to enjoy, fresh fruit, towels, etc. For a really great experience spend a couple of hours to free one's self from the day to day stuff and relax. The staff is very attentive. Enjoy.

Very calm inside, they offer complimentary water, tea and fruit. They have a Jacuzzi, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cool mist room, private showers and bathrooms and a cute little vanity room to get ready in which includes brushes and hair styling tools and products. The showers have shampoo, body was and conditioner. You get slippers and a robe in your locket and unlimited use of towels. I've been there twice. The services i got were a spa style facial, mani and pedi and a radiance facial. I loved all the services and highly recommend any of the facials, the massage is so relaxing and calming. Everyone who works there is super friendly and make sure you know what is going on. It is a european style spa so clothing is optional. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because compared to their other locations, this one seems to be a bit outdated or in need of a renovation.

They have amenities that will keep you there for a while as well before or after your massage. There's separate areas for both women and men areas. - Quiet room - a place to TKO after the massage. - Whirlpools/saunas - so nice and warm. - Cool mist room after you been in the sauna for too long. - Steam rooms to indulge and relax your body. -There are robes, towels and sandals in the locker room upon arrival after you check in with the receptionist and vanity areas are equipped with hair dryers, facial and spa products, and more. - Swimsuits are optional in the spa areas or you can go commando. - There are nice vanity areas that includes hair products, shaving goods, blow dryers, curling irons, mouth wash, hair ties, and shower caps. Great way to distress, relax, and enjoy some time to yourself.

I have been coming to BW for several years and have always had a great experience with the various treatments, massage, facial and specialty treatments I've had. I've finally decided to become a member. Services are wonderful, ambiance is fantastic, the prices are up there but with the membership the discount is worth it. I would recommend BW to anyone looking for a reputable spa facility.
