Amazing relaxation room. Destiny listen to all my needs, Great massage therapist and she gave me a free upgrade.hot stones. Customer service is great. Place is clean, love the snacks. Made me feel special. This is the spa in Carmel by the sea. Definitely worth the price.

Fellas let me tell ya. If you want to treat your girl then do not hesitate and sign her up for a massage. I took my lady here and we left "floating on Cloud 9." Destinee and Ethan set us up with a couples massage and we were very impressed with their service and their knowledge of massage therapy. Ladies and Gents, do not wait for a special occasion, treat yourself or that someone special and you will not regret it!

They took me to another world. I've never had a message like that. I don't know how long I got messaged. It could have been an hour or five hours. When Lila told me that she was finished, I had forgotten that she was there or that I was there. I didn't know what was going on. All I know is that I felt really good.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone there is professional and very knowledgeable, overall a great vibe throughout! Received a phenomenal massage from Destinee, she even took the time to show me a few easy stretches to help keep my neck and shoulders from becoming too tense at Work/Home. The relaxation room is incredible and very calming, I could stay there for hours. In my opinion this is definitelty the best spa in Carmel!

Recieved a 60 minutes massage from Destinee today. It was incredible, she worked stress out of my body in a way I havent had before. It was slow, precise pressure throughout all of the tensions zones. I was left feeling totally relaxed and renewed! The atmosphere is so calming and beautiful. This is truly a lovely spa!

I've been going to Tricia for years at their PG location and I was excited to see what the new Carmel spa would offer. It did not disappoint. The whole spa has a great vibe, the treatment rooms are clean and comfortable, and the relaxation room is incredible. In sticking to the water theme that it's named for, the waterfall fountain they've created it the master touch. I've never seen a water feature quite like this, and it's the closest sound to actual rain that I've heard. It's the perfect spot to unwind before or after a massage or skin care treatment. The massage given by Tricia is by far the best deep tissue massage I've had. I have a strenuous job and have seen at least 20 therapists over the years. Tricia's knowledge and intuition keeps me coming back, and I'm pretty sure she trains most of the therapists in her style. Best of luck on the new spa!

The waterfall is like nothing I've ever seen before. Love that relaxation room. The hospitality as the water tea snacks was a great touch before and after my facial. The skin care line Eminence really works!

Amazing customer service. Experienced my first ever facial here and I can eagerly say I will be back! My skin is glowing like never before. There is a great relaxing vibe, the relaxation room is a great way to start off any service. The snacks and tea offered were a nice touch!
