I WISH I COULD GIVE YOUR A ZERO STAR! Oh yes im one of your customer. The one that you promise a refund but I never got it. I had a facial spa package but was billed for the regular prices on every single items of the package. I contacted the spa and asked to talk to the manager but you never reach out to me. The front desk girl told me that she will talk to you about my issues. Your institution held more than $600 from my account for more than 4 days for services of less than $300. And of course you denied doing it but I have proof. I called several time to the spa and I have waited enough for my refund. So yes you deserve a zero for your bad customer service and your fraudulent financial practices.

I’ve been to many spas in Hot Springs and have never been so unsatisfied! The staff is incredibly rude and pushy. Upon arrival I didn’t feel comfortable with the therapist they had picked for my service so I rescheduled. I still wasn’t comfortable with going back due to how rude and uncomfortable they made me feel the day prior, so I canceled my services and even then the staff was incredibly rude. The receptionist being one of the biggest issues.

Me and my boyfriend went hiking in Ponca the day before. I wanted to surprise him with a couples massage because I knew we would be sore the next day. I purchased the West Coast package for 80 mins and also puchased and extra 25 mins because when I spoke to them about the package in the first place, I wanted to make sure we had good timing for everything offered. I called to make my appointment for these services and was told a total of $350. I got my confirmation emails and a couple days before I received an appointment confirmation. Once I clicked confirm it again showed me a total of $350. The massage was very mediocre. A foot scrub was maybe 3 or 4 passes around your feet. I guess you can say for the most part, everything felt rushed. Certainly not worth the money unfortunately. If you can't do a good quality job in a package you offer in the amount of time given, either raise the time or take away things in the package. And mind you, this WAS with 25 mins extra time add on. Go to check out, and my total is $400 not including the tip. I did call and speak to them and was told I was misinformed about the pricing and they apologized. I wasn't going to argue or ask for my $50 back since I was told a seperate price, as well as having that price on a confirmation email. So needless to say, if it wasn't worth it at $350, it certainly wasn't worth it at $400. I'm a review reader and I was very hopeful going with this place. I was sadly disappointed. Staff was at least friendly though.

As soon as myself and my friend walked in we received a warm welcome, glad of wine, explained everything to us and got us in our room. We got the exfoliating massage with facials and warm shower afterwards. Afterwards we sat in the front room relaxing and sipping on wine. I bought a set of facial products before leaving, even bought more months later and they shipped it to me. My fiance did a great job looking for a spa to send myself and best friend to for a day. It was worth the hour in half drive.

Not good. Was supposed to be a deep tissue massage, but not even close. Masseuse would not stop talking and basically gave me a complete description of my body's abnormalities. Not pleasant and achieved nothing. Also, it's obvious that the workers make commission off of the over priced lotions/cremes. They were working way to hard to convince customers of the "benefits" of the products. Before the remodel, this was the place to go. Not anymore. It's cramped as soon as you walk in. At one time I enjoyed it. If I owned it, I'd close for a while and start of scratch.

Went in for the MicroZone+Massage and it was the most amazing 75 min of my vacation!! I had Eric and he was excellent. I told him a few of my aches but he seemed to find the rest without me saying anything. Overall it was a great experience. I debated about going to a bathhouse but needed extra attention and I know that I made a great choice. The hot towel around the back of the neck with the facial was superb.

I had my very first massage today with Jayne Webb at the Lake Hamilton location. Honestly from the outside it’s not much, but the inside is so calming and welcoming. The facility was clean, tidy, and is way bigger on the inside than it looks. Jayne was the first person I saw when I walked in and knew who I was before I even said anything. Both she and the secretary were very friendly and kind. I signed up for my massage online the night before and it was super easy. I just signed up for the 50 minute Swedish massage and showed up like 5 minutes before my appointment. They do request you sign some papers just for their own safety and records, but I was taken right back for my appointment. They give you plenty of privacy when getting undressed and ready for your session and honestly, it was just heaven from there. The rooms are nice and dim, have super relaxing music playing, and I swear the table I was on was heated. I never once felt uncomfortable and Jayne checked in with me to make sure I was always feeling ok. My massage included oils, hot towels, and head to toe care. The 50 minutes went by way too fast and afterwards they give you privacy to take your time, stretch out, and get dressed. Jayne greeted me with a cup of cold water and thanked me for my time. I would definitely go back and I suggest requesting Jayne for any massage! Also, don’t forget to tip them for their services!

I have had massages all over the world including every spa in Hot Springs. Thai-Me has far exceeded all of my expectations!!! The atmosphere is very cool. Has a natural theme with bamboo, fountains, an aquarium. They even have a tree in the waiting room. When I go I usually get the deep tissue because I like a good massage where they can work out the knots and it doesn't hurt. I have had several of the massage therapists work on me and they're all great even the guy who works there. They all have great skill and seem to have a passion for their career. I have had some of best massages of my life at this place!

I've had both good and bad experiences with this place. The reason I am giving it only a 1 star is because my last experience was not good. After informing the front desk girl she said the owner takes all complaints serious and I would hear from her ASAP....well almost 2 weeks out and still not word..... Plus I requested a one hour message and come to find out AFTER my message they scheduled me for a 80 minute $145 message. Small town mentality and business practices is all I have to say.

I had never had a facial before, and I am shocked to say that I may have switched my preferred relaxation treat to a facial instead of a massage. Really great ambiance inside, with polite and friendly staff. My masseuse was very thorough and showed remarkable skill. I'm a tough patient because my upper body is typically full of knots from a constant, active, sporty lifestyle. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. AND they made time for my wife and I on July 4th. Nothing bad to say - this is a fine establishment. Go with confidence.
