Caleb was amazing he was receptive to my needs and he was professional and was the perfect amount of pressure and so kind and caring ... I have received many massages and this by far was the best worth the money loved the facial and foot scrub too and the best massage I have ever received. The mommies to be special was so amazing made me feel so special and walked out of there relaxed and renewed. The atmosphere was beautiful as well. And front desk receptionist was very kind too helped me feel welcomed as soon as I came through the door

This place is very affordable for a spa. The downtown location also has the Oxy-zen bar, and the Argentinian coffee and wine in the same store front so I would highly recommend planning to spend a good deal of time here. My husband and I did the couples bath and it was very nice and relaxing. You get a private room and 30 minutes in a jetted tub with aroma therapy bath salts. You can order coffee or wine at the Argentinian to take in the bath with you so that’s pretty awesome

The massage therapist was fantastic. couldn't have asked for better. We got the Thai Me extravaganza which includes massage, foot scrub and facial. I was expecting the facial to be a little more than just something i do every day at home. Otherwise very relaxing and pleasant staff. Will go back for sure.

Excellent and professional service. My partner and I did the 80 minute couples incredible massage - the description matches the title. Both of our masseurs were excellent and did a wonderful job targeting high stress areas. The facial and hot towel wraps were a nice touch, as well as the different aromas used during the massage. Highly recommend the coffee bar out front as well, the cappuccino I had was great.

It was worst . I told to deep - pressure but therapist did not use energy at all. When I complaint, they gave excuses eg. All staff was tired due to long weekend etc. Therapist kept looking at clock . Thai herbal Facial : therapist did not do good job. Thai scrub : it was worst. Do not waste your money.

Our couples massage was amazing. This was our first time and were hooked!! However the reason I only gave 3 stars is the loud, obnoxious, foul mouthed clerk upfront who was bad mouthing her job and coworkers and behaving extremely unprofessional from the time we walked in till we were taken back for our massage even with other customers coming in took away from the experience.

I would highly recommend avoiding this spa at all costs. There are so many better options in downtown Hot Springs that I would only suggest going here if you are desperate. I booked the "Royal Thai" package and added an aromatherapy bath. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken to the bath soon after. The lady who put me in the bath then immediately took her break and did not tell anyone that she put me in the bath, so I ended up being in there for twice the length of time. I finally had the sense to get out because I was so dehydrated and light headed. I dressed and went outside to a different receptionist who told me "I was wondering where you were." I was so angry and dehydrated that I could feel my blood pressure sky rocket. I proceeded to at least give them an opportunity to make things better with my massage/facial/mud wrap/scrub as a part of my package. This part was much better, but I was still stressed and agitated from the bath that lasted double the appropriate time. Moreover, because my bath was so long I was unable to receive the reflexology that was also a part of my package due to time constraints. I left and was charged only for the services rendered minus the bath. I was so mad and wanted to get out of there that I didn't even fight the fact that they made no attempt to solve my problems. I spoke to the manager the following day about this terrible experience and she told me that she would be issuing me a refund due to my terrible experience. I received a whopping $34 refund (I paid $234) and a $100 gift card after I told her multiple times that I was from Dallas and would not be visiting Hot Springs for a very long time. I was deeply offended that Amy, the manager, thought that $34 was worth the distress, dehydration, and stress that her staff caused me. Please do yourself a favor and book a spa treatment at ANY other place in the area. You will regret coming here.
